A beautiful location with views all the way up and down the coastline. Gorgeous! The staff are extremely friendly and the breakfast buffet is excellent. We were walking from the Coastal Camino to the Central Portuguese and took a small detour from our route along the cycling path from Póvoa de Varzim to stay here. It’s a little out of the way but very doable for walkers, and from what I hear, a little longer but better than the other crossover routes.

For walkers, it’s isolated on a large hilltop. There is still carpet in the rooms which seems kind of dated, and the pool locker rooms were being remodeled. Otherwise although an older facility, it seems like it is well cared for.

Everything! The hotel is very nice, very clean and with quality and taste in the deco. Very comfy and breakfast, besides small, everything was good. Amazing view! The bedrom was big and I liked a lot of the ground in cortiça For paste, the staff of the night was super, nice and helpful. I called reception in the middle of the night and he was super helpful and efficient.That are the type of staff in tourist hotels that it's not so common nowadays.. I'll come back for sure and recommend. Thank you.

Tudo bem, muito obrigado 😊 The staff were all amazingly nice. The hotel was spacious which was great, being there with 2 kids. The room was just big enough for all of us to fit in, for a couple that will definitely be perfect.

Generally everything was great. If I'm going to be picky then the lights in the room were a little bright and "cold", the sofa bed was not the most comfortable but ok. Would've also been a nicer breakfast if there were a few more fruits in it. But again, it was nice just as it was

The hotel was perfect for a 5 day break in Portugal, located in the countryside it has spectacular views around the surrounding area, over treetops, woodland and you can see to the sea. The staff are very attentive and helpful, the hotel is very clean and tidy and the pool area is perfect. I had a car for the stay and was able to travel to Porto and Braga with relative ease. I would highly recommend the hotel, it was a thoroughly pleasant experience.

The hotel sits atop a hill with spectacular views out over the flats and to the Atlantic. It also allows for nice little walks around the close vicinity and is far from any through-roads or traffic, so really a place to relax. Probably often overlooked but higly recommendable as an alternative to a hotel directly on the beach or further inland.

The overall design could make do with a refurb, and some parts of the building need a pain job or a little more maintenance, but this is noserious concern.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful, quiet location. Very friendly and polite staff everywhere, lovely swiming pools and sufficient sunbeds. Breakfast is good. Must say the restaurant was the best part of our trip. Amazing dishes, good ambience, you can have your dinner indoors or outdoors.

Being a 4-start hotel, there are a few things that must be improved. We stayed in a Superior room, but A/C was too noisy to use at night (even in slowest mode), our mattress and pillows were really hard, and wifi on the room was very weak/intermittent.

Exceptional view on the plain and sea direction, a hotel from the 1920-30's. Excellent reception by the chief receptionist who speaks French very (I am French )

Maybe slightly isolated in the mountains.. but that's why I chose it. Yet if you are looking for activities and action, it's not here. Maybe they could have plugs by the windows. So one could work on the laptop in the lobby

Everything!! The views, the pool, dinner, breakfast and all for a reasonable price. Great getaway if walking on the Camino especially if switching between Coastal and Central. Did I mention the balcony and views?

Honestly nothing. I guess if I would improve anything it would remove carpet from rooms and put in a hard floor.

I enjoyed the view and overlooking the city along with the ocean, the staff were amazing and very friendly. They were very patient with me when i was confused or not sure about things.

I do think the decor needs a little updating as it is a little old fashioned but that is charming in its own right to be fair. The games room needs updating for new games or pool table etc.

property is lovely and in a fabulous location. it’s very clean and has breathtaking views of the local area out toward the sea. the food was very good just not much variation when you are there all week, also limited breakfast if you don’t want pastry or bread. there was a couple of cereal items and some fruit the hot breakfast items are scrambled egg, sausage and bacon.

The beds were really firm, dinner is served really late
