Lovely quirky hotel, spotlessly clean and exactly what we needed. Huge bed, we were upgraded to a superior room due to having a travel cot. Reception staff and most of the restaurant staff were excellent and extremely friendly couldn’t have been more helpful.

Air con was functional but dated, could do with being upgraded. One evening we ate in the restaurant and we were served an undercooked burger after asking for it well done (we are aware that some places offer burgers cooked medium) however I asked for a new burger and the same burger re cooked came back out. Seemed to be a huge language barrier that evening as other members of our party waited a long time for drinks etc. when I went to pay I asked for the burger to be removed from the bill and the waiter had to get someone else to explain he was also rude to the other waitress on the night. Other than that 99% of staff were exceptional.

This was a great find a short walk off the Camino. The sweet girl at the front desk was so kind and helpful and welcoming. The bartender/waiter was also super nice and attentive. There is a restaurant/bar and interesting little shop in the hotel. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. We didn't use the pool or gym as we were tired but they looked very inviting if we had more time there. This hotel deserves to be a 10 star place and I definitely would return here.

Very friendly staff. Hospitable and flexible. We were able to drop off our luggage early before check in then enjoy a coffee before exploring the town and coast. A little oasis with easy access to the beach and town. You don’t notice the road. The wine was very cold and served with a smile!!! The suite was huge with 2 toilets, making my wife very happy. Breakfast selection good and pool/sauna made for a welcome chill out in the afternoon.

On a hill!! Wine and port power was needed!

Very clean air, decor also felt smooth and comfortable, staff were very friendly and helpful. I stayed for a couple of days to get ready for my wedding day. I had a few people in and out of the room to help with the big day and the staff were very supportive. Later, when I returned, there was a lovely congratulations note from the hotel, and the room was tidy it was a lovely suprise.😊

It's not a problem at all, but given the size of my wedding dress, I wish the lift would have been bigger.

Very clean and comfortable room with a lovely view of the river. Fantastic big bed and powerful shower. Free bottle of water and coffee for machine was topped up every day. Loved that they are trying to be eco friendly with paper liners in waste bins and reusable glass bottles for water. We used the indoor pool every day. It was never busy and when weather allowed we always managed to get a sunbed outside in the garden. Well designed modern hotel in a good location within walking distance of all the restaurants and beaches.

Although there was a fantastic choice at breakfast we found items weren't being replaced quickly enough and a couple of times bread and pastries were stale.

Nice clean hotel and comfortable bed altho room small. Staff very helpful and indoor pool was nice. Ate in the restaurant and had a decent meal ..very straightforward food. Breakfast had good choices and served at helpful times (7 to 11)

Room was on road and when we opened window for fresh air and to dry swim gear it was very noisy. It's also quite a walk into the town beach and restaurants.

The breakfast was lovely and the hotel spotlessly clean. The customer service was outstanding. All the staff couldn’t do enough to help us and were so attentive to my 3 small children. I loved the fact the pool and gym were open 24/7

Initially the room we were allocated smelt of damp, the hotel rectified this by moving us immediately to another room which was perfect.

Breakfast is exceptional as always. Beautifully presented. There is a great variety to choose from. The room is lovely. There is only a bath with a shower inside the bath (not a problem for us) There is available parking at the hotel.

- Breakfast was amazing with lots and lots of choices. - Room was very comfortable. - Bathroom was perfect with not even a single dirty spot. - Has parking garage for free!!!

- Pool was roughly 1m deep. It's okay and if it was deeper it would not be that significant if I'm being honest. - Water took a few minutes to warm at 7pm which came as a surprise. - Single beds move too easily

Very comfortable. We stayed a fee days during the week. Felt really cosy and quiet. The coworking space is really nice, although we could only enjoy it on the last day. The breakfast is also good! The bed is SUPER comfortable.

We went during the week as we work remotely. On the first day the coworking space was not available - we then realized there was going to be a bday party at night… They could have let us stayed there during the day. Other than that nothing much, just little details from the hotel that already need to be renovated as they’re showing wearing signs.
