The hotel is a fantastic place to be, a beautiful piece of architecture, no matter where you are. The lines, the light, and the different spaces are stunning and interesting at any time of day. Staff are kind, helpful, and easy to talk to. Two great receptionists, and I'm sure many other people in the background work hard to keep the place in shape and your stay memorable. The lift was out of order upon our arrival, but the staff were very helpful—they assisted with our luggage and changed our rooms to the first floor to minimize any inconvenience.

Our previously booked accommodation bailed on us so I booked us into Parque Ofir at the last minute. It’s retro and has hints of its previous splendor. Loved lounging by the pool after a long Camino day and Food ordered by the pool was surprisingly excellent. The room is dated but was comfortable. A bit overpriced but I’ve certainly been more deeply gouged by alburgues along the Camino. Gustavo at the front desk took great care of us!

Even though it's a bit off the camino, I selected it because I figured it would be quiet and within nature- which I love. The bed was comfy, the balcony was huge and perfect for hanging out clothes, and the shower was hot and had great pressure. Plus, it was completely dark with the electronic shades. Overall, a good choice.

Although off the path and nestled in nature, the walls were thin, so I ended up hearing too much noise - until everyone settled down. Also, although it had a gorgeous soaking tub, the drain plug didn't work.

Decor was fantastic. It was existing 1970s better quality design and furnishings that were in good shape. Loved to explore the hotel and will enjoy coming back again. Please do not change anything! Staff were all very nice. Rooftop bar was a very relaxing place to enjoy a drink. Breakfast was simple but good snd tasty. Pool looked very inviting but when at the hotel the day was to cool to jump in.

Like stepping back in time. The hotel is amazing and the pool incredible. The location was beautiful and we found everything we needed within a short walk

We came out of season so it was a little bit quiet. The bar and restaurant weren't open which is understandable. Some of the hotel is a little worn around the edges but for the price and the ambiance, it doesn't matter

The room is very spacious and has a balcony. Breakfast is good.

The kitchen does not include any dishes.

The breakfast is exceptional, with range for any taste. The rooms are clean and confortable, just lacking the air conditioning. However, it was still not too hot during the day and really confortable during the night. Plenty of parking area, even though the location is perfect being close to the river and the beach.

Parque do Rio Ofir Hotel is an outstanding example of 70's architecture, beautifully designed with original features and an air of modernity. The swimming pool is amazing, big, and deep, and it has a diving board. There is a swimming pool for children. The setting is beautiful, too, in the middle of a pine forest. Easy nice walk to the beach and the river. A pity the restaurant is closed.

The beds are very firm, and some of the bathroom furnishings could use updating, but everything was clean and very well maintained

The architecture of this hotel is amazing. It's location is one of the most amazing places I have ever visited. The entrance to the hotel is nothing short of magical. The place is so quiet and cosy. Close by there are amazing restaurants, sightseeing spots, birdwatching, river activities like canoeing and the walking areas are gorgeous. Not to mention the great beaches nearby. Very good restaurants within walking distance. You can just stay here for a month. Wonderful and helpful staff that gave us very good tips and even some history about the hotel and the area. Amazing experience all the way!
