Brand new hotel , all very clean. Stuff very helpful Lots of parking space An amazing supermarket 15M from the hotel and laundromat.

The rooms that face the road are very noisy if you open the window The air con is central and can not put on cold air though the rooms are very stifled as you can not open the window and sleep. No place to put the laptop in case you want to contact to TV

In overall a great hotel for a budget stay. - Very helpful staff. I was provided a room before the official check-in time (I bet I looked really exhausted), and was provided explanation in English about the hotel amenities. Therere was definitely a care for a visitor wellbeing. - Well kept room, having everything I needed for a 5-6 days stay. Cleaning staff very profficient and nice. - Breakfast was good, there was enough choice for some variety and liked some regional sweets. - Good location (and great if you have a car). It seems a little bit off the old Vila do Conde, but the distance on foot is marely 15 minutes (10 if you walk with my speed). Close enough if you have to visit e.g. municipal auditory or other official venues in the city. - Other visitors seemed nice and not too loud, it is definitely a hotel chosen by people in transit for a 1-2 day stay, workers and budget tourists. Mostly 30+.

It is hard to say someting negative, I think it excels in everything. Perhaps the breakfast choice is leaning towards the sweet food, but it was not a problem for me at all as I like this type of a breakfast.

We booked our stay here at the last minute, as we just needed a place to stay for a few hours to freshen up after driving 6 hours from Seville and prepare for our 6 am flight back home. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the check-in process was simple and smooth. The room was extremely clean and the bathroom and linens were very sanitary. While it is an hour train ride to the centre of Porto, it is only a 5 min walk to the train stop, 15 mins from the OPO airport and very conveniently located right next door to a grocery store. Coffee and water are available for free in the lobby, and the free parking is also a huge bonus!

The door needs to be pushed very hard (almost slammed) to ensure that it is locked, as it doesn't fully close on its own.

The hotel was clean, quiet and perfect for our overnight stop over on route south. It was good value for money and happy to accept our dog, for a small fee. The staff were helpful. Tea and coffee was available from reception 24/7. We didn’t partake of breakfast but it looked like a nice selection for the price. There is no food available in the evenings but people were eating takeaway food in the breakfast area, which appeared to be acceptable. There was a large Auchan supermarket opposite, so we picnicked.. The bed was enormous and extremely comfortable, providing for a good night’s rest. Great bathroom and shower too. Appeared to be relatively new. The area was easy access from the motorway and easy distance from Porto. We had a good view from our window of the Roman aqueduct which runs through town.

There was nothing to dislike about the hotel. The area was a mix of residential and commercial units. I couldn’t find any green space that permitted dogs or would allow for them to be off the lead…we’ve not driven through Portugal before so maybe this is the norm.

The size of the room was very spacious the bed was extremely comfy toiletries and towels provided staff were wonderful and very helpful .. also I could see the sea from my room .. sensor lights on floors made me feel safe

Yes I requested a quiet room but other guests were in and out so I was subjected to doors closing a lot.. disappointed with breakfast choices no hot food .. I struggled to work the fan out but it was super quiet

The front desk staff, the were too serious as there was many ppl at the time wanting to check in .....so they were focus on that I get it but then the quality of customer care drops as ppl should feel super welcoming into the hotel....maybe on peak time should be a extra person to help as 2 wasn't enough and was a person standing on the front desk doing nothing so as a non value person there.

The location is awesome right in front of all the services. (Supermarket, Pharmacy, etc.) The breakfast was good and fresh. The hotel was very clean and new.

The air conditioning is centrally managed and it does not allow temperature regulation by the user. Furthermore, the mode was not possible to change so with 25 degrees Celsius I had my airconditioning in warm-up mode. The water temperature in the shower was always fluctuating, which is impossible in such a new hotel.

Excellent staff, big lobby, great WIFI. I have enjoyed to work at the lobby with my friends -- I came here for the workshop. In this nice lobby there is a free drings, including and a good coffee. There is also microwave there and you can ask staff for the catlering things and plate.

Can not find thing on which I could complain. Everything was good.

A little tricky to find or perhaps we were just extra tired that day. Rooms were clean, modern and simplistic. No frills but comfortable and safe. The front desk staff was awesome and our group enjoyed using the common space for a delivered dinner in the evening. Would recommend for Camino pilgrims - luggage transport does service this hotel. :)

Nice Hotel just out of the centre of the town. Clean and tidy. The room was comfortable, no noise even if it was near a busy road. The breakfast with a lot of choices was managed by an efficient receptionist. Speaking about reception I have to mention that Ana was a fantastic amphitryon and her suggestions were a good help. Well done
