The room was clean and decorated to a high standard. The bed was super comfy, lots of towels and a mini fridge was really useful and air conditioning on a hot day. We had a lovely view of the river andthe location was great for the river, the town centre and the beach.

I contacted hotel prior to my stay to enquire about the check in and did not receive a reply. Check in was done by the people from the restaurant below and apart from that there was no contact at all with any one. We stayed 5 nights and it would have been useful to have some more hangers for our clothes and space to put our belongings. There was only one hook in the bathroom so nowhere to dry wet towels and swimming costumes.

The decor of our room and communal foyer where provisions are left for visitors to make hot drinks was very appealing and stylish. The bed and pillows were comfortable for our one night stay. As the room was facing the street and the river we slept with the windows closed to reduce the noise and used the air-conditioner to cool our room. Breakfast was not available so we self-catered buying supplies the night before and storing in the mini-bar frig.

There is no reception and the Check-in process was not indicated prior to arrival. On arrival I had to telephone the contact number to be then greeted by a staff member with no English so I couldn't determine what the process was.

Cleanliness, large windows opening to the river and the park, central location, nice modern interior, coffee machine and pods in the hall available for guests, good-sized room.

Pillows too soft and uncomfortable, very tiny shower cubicle and no space or wall mount for shower products, you had to open to door and go reach the products on the sink area which is some distance and in the process getting the floor all wet and slippery. No toilet paper stand or wall mount, again you had to reach below the sink area that is so much more than an arm's length away to reach the toilet paper-- one is forced to put the shower products and toilet paper on the floor to avoid the need to reach a couple of meters away for said products when needed. It's a bit irritating. No communication or any instructions as to check-in. Lucky if one comes for check-in when restaurant below is open, one can come in and ask, otherwise, it becomes a problem.

A unique small hotel with only about 10 rooms ( I believe) over two floors. Great location on the Camino Coastal Path. The check-in was super easy and the rooms are very comfortable and clean.

A small criticism... but as it is a very small hotel, there is no elevator, so be prepared to carry your bags up the stairs. Not a problem - just something to be aware of.

Modern, clean room with a view over the river. Very comfortable bed. Coffee/tea making facilities right outside the room. Walking distance to the delightful town square and shops/restaurants.

Doors to the property were locked when we arrived and we eventually needed to phone the property after check-in time when no one turned up at 3pm, when we had indicated we would arrive. It would have been helpful to have had the check-in process clarified in advance.

The room was a good size and very clean. The bed was comfortable and the showers worked well. It was possible to make tea and coffee just outside the room. The place seems to be well cared for. We felt the price for the room was good.

Nothing Serious. It would have been nice to have more places to hang towels in the bathroom and something in the shower to hold soap and shampoo. Obviously, this should not keep people from staying here.

the host I barey meet at the check-in didn't speak english, but was never at the location so in case of need he needed to be call by phone.. in pourtoghese... adding some problem of comunication... I would've left the luggage few hours more after the check-out but it was not possible even to ask.

This is one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at. It had such an air of calm, everything tasteful and great quality. I loved it. Having tea coffee and cake available outside the rooms was also awesome.

As others have mentioned, it is a very discreet entrance and someone from the hotel noticed me waiting (the buzzer wasn't answered) and checked me in, but it only took a couple of minutes.

Modern and clean. I needed my accommodation to be close to the hotel Santana which it was. There’s a bar in the square that is lively and good fun

Quite small. Villa de Conde is very run down. The younger locals were not fond on the teenage lads accompanying our tour and chased them out of town one evening. Otherwise this property is perfect for a cheap stay.

There was no breakfast but there was coffee, tea and cookies available all day, which I thought was pretty nice. The room was well renovated and very cozy. I loved it.

It doesn't have permanent front desk assistance, it's not exactly an hotel. Parking is available on the street and on an underground municipality park nearby (both paid).
