The hotel has a perfect location just behind the large and pleasant beach (you get acces to the beach from the pool area). The sea view rooms are nice with a balcony. The pool area is large and the pool is unusually big. Outside the hotel on the beach is a very nice bar and restaurant on the beach with good food.

The balcony had only two plastic chairs, could be decorated in a more pleasant way. The Hotel restaurant is big and not very charming. We had only breakfast there that worked out well but rather crowded if you hit the peak hours. Some staff could hardly speak English, surprising for such a hotel.

- parking gets full very quick so you might not find a parking space - some of the staff at the bar don’t speak english and they don’t know how to prepare some cocktails - for lunch and dinner you need to make reservation which we didn’t knew in the beginning

The rug in the room was not clean Little cosmetics in the bathroom It was difficult to have dinner in group. Despite the restaurant was almost empty we were told there are no places available...

It was hard to take a shower. Water pressure was brutal !! I think when you pay 900e for 6 nights, you expect a proper TV in the room. Coffee and tea refill. I was really surprised with prices for the room bar;) Compared to the other 4star hotel, I was staying water still, and sparkling was left in the room every morning.

The hotel was mostly empty when we arrived on Sunday and we loved it. The lunch on Sunday was cooked for us and it was very good.

The breakfast was a buffet with little attention to detail and mostly to quantity. Meals were no longer cooked to order and frankly were poor.

Breakfast was good, good selection.

A few things broken in our room which we made aware to the staff. Nothing major. What was a concern is that In the children play area my son was on there and noticed that the grass had tiny thorns in it. This is not good as it’s in the play area for children. This is 4 days later were back home and his feet are still sore.

Location is great. Breakfast was good, but nothing special. Rooms are nice - clean, sizeable and we got the sea view. Proximity to the beach, outdoor and indoor pool, decent bar.

We checked in during the religious festival, so the value for the money wasn't there. Most amenities had extra charges - pool table, for example.

Lovely pool, gorgeous sea view, comfortable beds, family room which had separate room for the kids. Spotless. Wifi worked at the pool. Breakfast was ok, had better but still nice. Great location. Also my daughter left her £140 headphones, we rang, they found them and posted them to England (they arrived a week later) so we thought that was amazing.

Outdoor pool is lovely and the breakfast was varied. Location excellent. In general I would recommend the hotel but there were a few niggles..see below.

There was a lack of consistency in the bar and reception area. Sometimes there was table service in the bar area and sometimes there wasn't. Reception was responsible for handing out towels for the pool, but depending on the receptionist, you had to sign...or not. It is clearly signed that you can't reserve sunbeds by leaving a towel on them, however, this was not enforced meaning people were unable to use them because of the selfishness of others. The staff need to be consistent in their approach so that the clients understand the system. Also, while the bedroom walls are soundproofed, the door and ceiling are not.
