The staff were very helpful and friendly. My room was comfortable and spacious. The view from my room of the ocean was amazing. After a long day of Camino walking, this was a great place to relax for the evening.

The hotel was advertised as being in Esposende, but isn't. I was walking the Camino de Santiago and walked with new-found friends, into Esponsende, only to have to take a cab BACK to Ofir. I think the advertising should not represent that the hotel is in Esponsende, which is past Ofir.

The hotel is on the beach, which is great! The pool area was also good with quite some space and a lot of sunbeds. As well as tennis court etc. The exterior of the hotel could do with a refresh - even just a bit of paint would raise the aspect of the hotel a lot. And the rooms are ok size, however a bit oldish (the bathrooms seem pretty new). For the price we paid, I'd say everything is absolutely correct. Everyone was super helpful and kind (reception and staff in general).

The exterior of the hotel (especially from the back) is very old looking - and could do with a refresh (it is a shame to be so close to the beach and look up at an old beton-looking building).

Liked the reception area, clean and inviting. Staff friendly and helpful. Restaurant was very good, excellent selection of food. Room was well cleaned with fresh towels daily. Pool area lovely with plenty of sun beds and towels. It was nice to have a fridge in the room to keep water/ drinks in.

Room was a bit cramped for 3 of us ( had a 12 year old on a folding bed). The bar when busy was incredibly slow, did not seem to be enough staff for busy periods ( lunch time) and none of them appeared able to work out how the till worked - training problem I think. We felt sorry for them. However the food once it appeared was good value!

The property is beautiful and location is amazing.

I really didn't like that all of the breakfast tables by the window were empty but reserved so I couldn't have a nice view which is one of the bonus of your property being where it is. And what was most annoying is that those tables remained empty throughout the entire time I was there having breakfast... not cool! Also people walking in the corridors are very noise walking and talking throughout the night and super early in the morning, again not nice whatsoever when you're trying to relax and have a good night of sleep.

Beautiful views from Axis Ofir. The accommodation was really great. I had ocean views from the entire guest suite, including the balcony and even the shower. I had dinner in the restaurant and loved everything about it. Their cream of vegetable soup was very tasty. I had a salad and the pasta Primavera to finish out an extremely healthy, tasty dinner. In the morning I went to the breakfast buffet and enjoyed the assorted offerings, especially the fresh pastries. Great escape from walking the Caminho Portugués.

The front desk staff were so helpful. They explained all of the hotel amenities so that I could relax and enjoy my stay. In the restaurant, the staff was great, both for dinner and for breakfast. This hotel is a great value, a great location, and has a staff focused on a great guest experience.

The hotel is modern and with a fantastic location, with sea front. The pool is very good and the direct access to Ofir beach is great! The room was spacious and includes a mini bar.

The breakfast is nice but could have more variety, such as home made pancakes and natural fruit juices. There was some noise from other rooms, the isolation could be improved. The towels to be used in the pool are quite small! And they get soaked very fast. Apart from that, all was nice, just some details that could improve!

The location is great if you like the ocean. The pool and playground is also nice.

If you don't like the ocean, there is nothing else to do. The mattresses are awful. I couldn't sleep well.

Very clean hotel.,the room and bed are good size,good location near to restaurants ,coffee shop,good ,facilities nice swimming pool ,the hotel provides the swimming pool towels. the beach is by the beach. Good for surfing. My daughter had there surfing lessons ,was good. The food is great. Overall is excellent hotel.
