Beautiful location, quiet, super fast check in and check out, comfortable room. Gray balcony with a sea view.

Breakfast could be a bit more modern

Right on the water with an 80 km beach front walking path. Access to the swimming pool, sauna, steam and gym was superb. Breakfast was better than expected. Really comfortable pillow choices. Friendly staff in all locations I visited within hotel grounds.

Twice I asked for a room change from parking lot view to ocean view and both times was rejected. They said they were fully booked. However, and I might be wrong, but looking up at the ocean view rooms from the beach areas I swear it seemed that many rooms were unoccupied. Plus at no time was restaurant, bar, lobby, hallways, elevators, parking lot etc. full. It was not yet peak season and so I believe they had vacant ocean view rooms. I wish they could have accommodated my request. Also, there was not enough water in the toilet tanks and so it took multiple flushes to clear. Sorry for TMI, but I might say this was the worst performing toilet I've ever used!

It was a great hotel. The ocean view was amazing. The restaurants was friendly and very nice. We loved the whole place.

No place to get snacks

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The room and bathroom were both beautifully designed, clean, and modern, with the added bonus of a balcony overlooking the sea. The view was absolutely breathtaking — perfect for relaxing mornings or unwinding in the evening. Breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of options to choose from. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely return!

The only downside is that the hotel is a bit far from the town center — but with views like these, you obviously can’t have it all!

The location just front to the sea. The staff and breakfast.

The soundproofing of the room could be better, as it was possible to hear noise coming from other rooms, specially if you were in the bathroom. Additionally, there was a kind of air circulation not related to the air conditioning that caused a constant noise. Nothing too serious, but it could be bothersome for those who are more sensitive to sound. The spa facilities, specially the swimming pool and the roof needs some maintenance

Very spacious, nice and comfortable room with convenient balcony facing Atlantic ocean. Decent breakfast offer, free parking, solid wifi. We haven't used a spa section.

Perhaps we should have checked it earlier but there is no sandy beach near hotel - it's just a nice promenade next to rocks and stone formations. Also, hotel seems to be located in a port area without much entertainment around. Not sure how often it happens, but we were there on a quite windy day.

The hotel is near to Viana do Castelo on the waterfront. We got a huge room, the bathroom was also huge and we had a terrace with almost 360 degrees view. The reception people were very nice. The restaurant was excellent and had also a very nice view. It is easy to park in the hotel. Breakfast was also good. Excellent value for money.

The hotel is a bit dated and needs more maintenance.

Spa doesn’t work very well. Most of the things were off. Too small compared to the pictures and at our time it was crowed. It should be someone checking the number of people who should be stay. I am celiac and breakfast it was not enough and with few variety of food.

What a view - with service and food to match. We had a delightful stay, and felt very well cared for by everyone we came into contact with. Beautifully clean, with wonderful staff who went the extra mile to make sure we were happy and comfortable. Restaurant/room service stands out - dietary allergies catered for, and all dishes delicious. We’ll be back! Obrigada :D

Beds a little hard for my tastes - but that’s a personal preference.

Location, location, location! Incredible view out to sea from the very spacious room (don't even think about getting a room at the back) only metres away. Coupled successfully with omfortable big beds, nice balcony and an enormous shower. Staff were friendly and breakfasts fantastic. Also had a delicous meal in the restaurant. Superb value too.

One night we heard much too much from the room next door, so the walls are not thick. Otherwise perfect.
