What a view - with service and food to match. We had a delightful stay, and felt very well cared for by everyone we came into contact with. Beautifully clean, with wonderful staff who went the extra mile to make sure we were happy and comfortable. Restaurant/room service stands out - dietary allergies catered for, and all dishes delicious. We’ll be back! Obrigada :D

Beds a little hard for my tastes - but that’s a personal preference.

Location, location, location! Incredible view out to sea from the very spacious room (don't even think about getting a room at the back) only metres away. Coupled successfully with omfortable big beds, nice balcony and an enormous shower. Staff were friendly and breakfasts fantastic. Also had a delicous meal in the restaurant. Superb value too.

One night we heard much too much from the room next door, so the walls are not thick. Otherwise perfect.

Great view from the room. Large balcony, if only the weather had been better. Nice restaurant. Very friendly staff on reception. Parking was secure and free. After our meal we were able to have a nice walk along the path that was behind the hotel and overlooking the sea.

Food in the restaurant could have been hotter. We both ordered soup for starters. My husband's was ok but mine was Luke warm. Looked around to ask for it to be reheated but no staff about. Same with next course, the pasta could have been hotter.

The weather was windy and rainy, but I didn't mind the view of the car park and the mountains in the background. The hotel is well-maintained, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast is delicious.

The WiFi in the room was insufficient; I had trouble connecting with my laptop.

The balcony over the beach has an incredible view and is one of the uniquenesses of this hotel. The rooms are confortable and very spacious. The location is superb to explore the seaside to the north. The breakfast e also excelent!

That our room was only cleaned at 2pm each day and the WIFI was not strong.

I did a review on Google so I will use that same review This property like many has 2 sides to it… The sea side with crashing waves stunning views and sunsets manicured gardens and a balcony to sit and gaze on Or The other side Mountain View Well it’s not a mountain it’s a hill ( only 850 m) and you have to crane your neck to actually see it…from our room anyway We overlooked the car park and the industrial estate and the dock cranes (remember the other side) sigh…… Staff were great Breakfast was outstanding Use of spa facilities a real plus

The council trucks reverse bleepers at 3am then gunning their trucks up the road The spa was a little tired Blown glass in windows Rusty light fittings and ceiling Lack of cleaning staff to much surface water in areas Too many staff on their mobiles

A hotel with an amazing view to the sea. Clean and big rooms. Great staff who will support you. Has everything that you'd expect from a big hotel.

Breakfast starts at 7 and there's unfortunately no possibility to have anything any earlier. The gym/wellness area feels a bit crowded and outdated. The bed was very hard and made it difficult to sleep. The window insulation is weak, you can hear every sound from the outside.
