The hotel has a premium location in the middle of the old city, within walking distance of all the restaurants and the harbour side. Breakfast was great, and they also catered to gluten-free options, having gluten-free bread. Great to be able to pre-order when you arrive, so you know what to expect. Quirky hotel, with the bathroom decor and shower. Wifi worked impeccably as I checked in to do an online exam via Zoom, and the connection was beautiful

When we checked in, the receptionist only spoke Portuguese, and he did not inform us that they would take care of parking when we parked near the P-house. It would have been nice to have that information upon arrival. Parking can be tricky as there is one P house close, but no information about pricing or when it is open (24-hour or closes overnight)

The breakfast was fantastic!! A cute and quirky little hotel located fairly central. There is a parkade on the next street over and the hotel has a special arrangement for a daily 10€ charge with in and out privledges. Street parking is very difficult to find.

Great location short walk from the train station and a short walk to the festival, the room was gorgeous and quirky and weird and everything was lovely

None of the menu QR codes worked, and the staff was mostly absent, however, they were incredibly kind and laid-back about everything.

Small hotel which looks after it's guests. Modern interior design that is pleasing to the eye . Proper keys not cards. Friendly, professional staff . Excellent breakfast experience. Big bed.

Great breakfast! They've asked us about our preferences and we were able to select what we would like to have for breakfast, avoiding food waste and meeting our requests, for example, lactose free milk and gluten free bread. The room was clean and comfy, the staff is really nice and polite. Excellent experience!

Nothing to complain about! Everything was very nice and we would love to stay there again. We highly recommend this hotel!

a bit of style over substance. and still using Covid as reason not to have breakfast buffet (it had to be pre-ordered the day before). however breakfast was very nice. also a very unusual statement on booking site about having to leave huge deposit in cash. nothing was mentioned about it when we checked in which was good, but did cause us concern before we arrived as we didn’t have that much cash on us.

We loved e everything, the location was fantastic right in middle of the town, walking distance to everywhere. Lots of restaurants around close by, staff were extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgable of the area. Room was clean, spacious and quiet, breakfast was good but could be improved a little, I would highly reccomend.

Portion sizes very small at breakfast for a man, apart from that there was nothing we did not like.

Location was good. Very nice breakfast and staff. Pretty little outdoor courtyard.

The design of the shower IN THE ROOM (not in the bathroom) was horrible! You could tell that they had multiple problems with water warping the floor all around the shower. It took forever to get hot water - so long that we thought there wasn’t any! We also weren’t crazy about an odd shaped purple platform for the mattress.

I was pleased with the excellent service provided by the two young ladies on the reception desk. They were friendly and provided me with local tourist advice which I appreciated and was very helpful. Furthermore, the quality and quantity of the breakfast was very good.

It was clean and spacious, the included breakfast is set up in a very smart and convenient way and it was good. The staff are super friendly and spoke English well, the rooms have great privacy and are perfect if you don’t need to spend a lot of time there. the hotel was a five minute walk from the main shopping district and close to many cafes, restaurants and bars.
