We liked the room - got 2 rooms combined for the family. The room was pretty spacious and had all we needed. The shower was good and tall enough (often I have to bent but I am only 180 cm). The pool was great and clean as well as the outside area in general. The lobby was nice with comfortable sofas. Big desk in room was appreciated.

The mattresses were stiff/hard but I find that common in Spain/Itlay/Portugal. Some more space was needed in the bathroom for toothbruses and stuff. We do not like carpet, would have liked to have tiles. The hot tub had only automatic heat that was rather chilly for colder days.

The accomodations were very nice, comfortable and well-decorated. The hotel itself was very clean but the floor of the room could have been cleaned a bit better. The staff was very friendly, nice and accomodating. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I wouldn't mind returning at all for a next trip. I think it's especially good for a couple.

The only "complaint" I have is that the floor of our bedroom wasn't super clean, as there were parts of the floor with a certain stickiness to it. Otherwise, the stay was very good and we enjoyed it very much.

The hotel is excellent and overall we were happy. Although a bit off the historic city center, it was not that far and still within a walkable distance. The room faced the pool and the views toward the river were excellent. As for the staff, they were actually very good and helpful. They were even tolerant: apparently, I thought I had asked for breakfast included and paid for it but, in fact, I didn’t not. Nonetheless, the staff on the breakfast level didn’t deny our meals which we resolved at check-out. As for the room, it may need some upgrade but, I have to say that it’s a minor detail compared with the overall service/facility/location. It was a great stay in this hotel and wonderful city.

Great value for money. Close to Camino trail and pilgrims are welcomed the same as other guests. Nice view. Quiet even it's by busy street. When I had an issue with the locker, it was quickly attended.

The booking gives the option of double bed or twin when making reservations. Even though I requested double room I've been given twin beds (actually even triple), so the request was ignored. Also, the bathroom had a bit unpleasant smell as the bidet had broken plug. I've been to tired to make fuss about it but pretty sure the complaint would be heard out and corrected. Also one of receptionists weren't to much polite. That was exemption though as rest of staff was great.

Breakfast was a reasonable offer and the price was right. The hotel was overhauled, from what I remembered in the past - had stayed there many years ago (20+). The location was good, but not ideal if you plan on not using the car to move around. Also, I found the parking to be very expensive for what it was. Right next to the hotel there's ample parking. If you come at night, it won't be obvious,

This hotel was amazing and exceeded my expectations. We were put in the family suite. This gave us so much space as it was divided into two separate rooms. The balcony was so good to sit on and enjoy the views of the swimming pool. The swimming pool was so nice and it was great to lie around the pool and relax. The location was great so close to the shops, restaurants and cafes.

At the time we stayed there it wasn't possible to have lunch or dinner there.

Large room, comfortable bed and good view. The lounge downstairs had very comfortable seating. The pool area was good too.

We were charged €1.50 for a flask of hot water!! Only one chair for two people, had to sit on the bed. But the bed had no back so this was uncomfortable. Nowhere to hang your towels. Didn't like the glass door to the toilet or the fact there was no extractor fan in the toilet.

We were upgraded to a suite from an economy room which was an extremely nice surprise after a long day on the Camino. The hotel is right off the Camino trail, easy to find and close to a lot of restaurants. Useful to have the option of breakfast included in the room rate.

Breakfast buffet lacked any kind of veggies - not even tomatoes or cucumbers.

Standard hotel with nice pool area. I wasn’t impressed by breakfast, so this time I stayed without it. Quite big room (with 4 beds).

I was a little bit disappointed with the situation, when during booking mentioned one big large bed at the final got 4 separate beds in the room. Staff solved it in 5 minutes, but after 25k walking distance I had to make a lot of actions. You should be aware, that it’s not central location in the beginning of the town.

As a pilgrim the location is great since it‘s right off the bridge, the view of the park was nice and the room was big. The breakfast was ok. Shower was hot.

The entire second night it sounded like a washing machine was going full speed on top of our room as well as loud guests. The curtains where moldy and the bathroom was missing some kind of ventilation (probably the reason for the mold). The room felt cold and heating it up with the AC took some time.
