The food - dinner AND breakfast was exceptional. The lodging felt very private and eco-wellness amongst larger resorts nearby. I would come to Portugal AGAIN just to stay at this place. Absolutely beautiful and a welcome break to my day of walking on the Camino - it did turn out that it was a couple miles off the Camino BUT I would do it again. I was able to get an Uber the next morning to take me back to the Camino trail since I had a very long day of walking ahead so saving a couple of miles was crucial. Uber was excellent.

Set near the mouth of a river estuary, the combination of location and friendly helpful staff was a winner for us. As motorbikers, the ability to park securely outside our room was greatly appreciated. The restaurant served delicious food and either sitting by the log fire or by the panoramic window overlooking the estuary was a real treat. With the Atlantic Ocean only a few minutes walk away, we were able to enjoy much of what nature has to offer in this stunning part of Portugal.

Amazing location between the sea and the lagoon. Great place to relax or to do activities (kitesurfing, SUP, wing foil,surf, yoga etc). Super friendly staff. Food was very good but slightly pricey.

We asked for a glass of wine at the restaurant which was served as a half glass of wine. When we pointed that out to the waitress we were told that’s how they served it there which didn’t feel great. We gave the feedback to Lucas at the reception the next day and he very kindly and efficiently took care of it. Otherwise all great!

Perfect location facing the river in the middle of a pine tree forest. You can reach a pretty isolated sand beach area after walking not more than 5 minutes. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the common areas include a very nice swimming pool and a lovely garden area with a wood deck overlooking the river. The staff is very friendly and relaxed. Breakfast is good and the wifi connection is overall very good.

So very tasteful; I wish we could have stayed longer ...

Dinner was overpriced for what it was - in my case some tomato rice with a piece of fish slapped on top for EUR 23 ... I'm sure they can do better; I would always prefer to eat at this lovely place, but not if the price/quality equation does not improve.

A truly wonderful place to relax and feel the harmony of nature. The staff is incredibly helpful and kind – everything is done with heart. The food is like in the best French restaurants. Simply a little corner of paradise.

Location, breakfast, staff, commodities. All perfect. A perfect place for a relaxing weekend.

The rooms facing the garden could have a bit more privacy. Also, smell of smoke coming from the fireplace next door should be avoided.

Very friendly people and owners. Close to the nature and far away from the noise. Nice breakfast. Very comfortable bed and nice bathroom.

Very small TV. I know we are not coming there to watch TV but still... There were some problems with room cleaning last two days before our departure day.

Very nice and hip place to stay, nice area for outdoor activities, very good breakfast. Dinner and drinks were also delicious.

Rooms are very noisy since the walls dont seem to cancel noise well. Hot water was not available due to a technical issue. Dinner was very good but a little bit overpriced for the area

Really friendly staff, taking time to chat with every guest individually. Location near a wonderful beach accessible in 2 minutes walking distance. delicious food served in the hotel-Restaurant. Chill areas and relaxation space in and around the hotel for guests. Go there and come back relaxed and happy!
