Very welcoming and efficient staff. Reception attentive to requests and made the stay pleasant. Cleaning of room was impeccable and done quite early which enabled us resting at the hotel during peak time of heat. The vast buffet breakfast choices for all tastes and staff available for help and replenish. The children loved the sushi served at the restaurant, we could easily alternate beach, hotel or walk around the town. We truly enjoyed our stay and will return.

We have the pleasure to speak with Pedro Lopes that give us a few options to choose our room,from the more affordable option to the best one. We end up choosing the best one for our 21 year anniversary and was a fantastic experience. The room was spotless and the staff were incredibly friendly. The breakfast have a lot of options and was really delicious. The Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for your next travel adventure!

Everything was perfect!

Young man on reception had only just started the job and initially told us they only had double rooms. I was there walking camino with a male friend and had booked a twin room. A lady member of staff went to the room and re-arranged it to 2 single beds. Room was very nice and in the morning the breakfast was better than many hotels at twice the price. I am going back later this year with my wife and will stay there again.

Just the initial mix up at reception.

We were walking the caminho and arrived in the middle of a terrible storm - luckily we were able to check in early. The bathroom was large and there were all the little „creature comforts“. The balcony had a nice view, unfortunately because of the storm we couldn‘t use it. There were bathrobes and slippers in the room which was also very nice.

The breakfast room was out of service during pir stay so we got breakfast served to the room. This was fine but the selection we got was quite small.

Spacious, clean room with air conditioning, sea view and large bathroom. Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold plates, delicious fresh fruits, coffee, AMAZING fresh bread and rolls. Reception staff was informative and helpful. We had smooth check-in process, despite of a big bus tour group checking in at the same time. Well done :) Rooms are soundproof, therefore we could enjoy quiet nights. Great place to stay , opposite beach, close to shops restaurants, cafes etc. P.S. We had amazing sushi next door, in restaurant 尚厨（ShangChu). Highly recommended. It's 30min drive from Porto Airport.

Bacon for breakfast wasn't real bacon. Not sure what it was...

The hotel is perfectly located literally across the street from the beach. It's also only about 7 minute walk from the Metro, 10 minutes from groceries and surrounded by restaurants. The hotel is clearly not new, but it is updated inside and out. Our room included a balcony overlooking the beach, harbor and marina and we enjoyed a glass of wine and watched the fishing boats coming and going. Breakfast was delicious. Hotel staff was friendly and professional. The room was spotless, and included a huge walk in closet, comfy bed and excellent shower.

There was a small wet area outside the bathroom door and we couldn't figure out how it got there but assumed it was somehow coming from the shower. Also you will pay a premium for this hotel because of where it is, but we thought it was worth it.

A nice hotel in a great location. I really liked the staff. The lady and gentlemen working behind the front desk were very warm and welcoming. The people in the breakfast room worked hard and were very helpful.

It would have been nice to have had a better view from my room.

The hotel is well situated, beachfront and good hospitality. Staff eager to help. Good variety of food & beverage at breakfast. Rooms are bright, clean and a decent 24h room service, fun fact is that they have a mirror TV ( both functions). Food at the restaurant was delicious Japanese and Portuguese food. Good cocktails at the bar, tea at 17h offered by the hotel (good for socializing). Loads of little shops around, a bus stop and metro not far.

We had a major medical problem and they were able to provide a weelchair and even an extra special one in plastic for the shower. They provided bags with ice and towels upon request. Simply very very good service. Also excellent buffet, beds etc. Very nice people at the reception, breakfast, cleaning, ... Congratulations.

The hotel was very clean. Fantastic location. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

Our only, very minor criticism is that our room was quite dark, being at the side of the hotel. The lightin could have been alittle better as there was only one small ceiling light over the wardrobe area, but it was not really a problem.
