Great hotel , ideally located in the middle of the town, very clean, staff were extremely friendly and helpful - special thanks to Antonio and Marko in the bar area.

Only slight issue was that the extractor fan in the bathroom was not working.

The hotel is great! Nice room, beautiful finiture everywhere. The staff is really kind and both breakfast and dinners were good. I will definitely consider that for my next trip to Porto.

All was good! A shame it’s fare from Porto city centre , bur was okay for where I needed to go for work.

Breakfast was excellent. Location is very good with pleasant views from our room and from the terrace, bar and restaurant. We'll placed close to the centre and surprisingly quiet considering this.

There was nothing that we didn't like

Lots of plants giving a beautiful, natural environment. Very well maintained. Helpful, friendly staff and a wonderful breakfast.

Car couldn't fit into the garage so had to park out front. Not too much of a problem in early March but probably difficult in peak times.

Excellent breakfast - not the widest range of options we've ever seen, but all very good quality and fresh.

Breakfast on Sundays only starts at 8am (other days it's at 7am) - it feels late and it made things tricky for us, as we had to leave early.

great hotel pleasant staff nothing to complain about really comfortable great restarant locally sourced food . local wine was very enjoyable great views fron the terrace really peaceful

Air con could have been better

Breakfast was was ok. Could have a little variety, this is really based on the other location we stayed in the last 2 weeks. The hot plates was always low in quantity. though we were always a bit late in going.

I really don't have anything I did not like. We were very pleased with our stay

The room and the hotel were exactly as shown at Booking.com and as we expected. It was only for one night but we are very satisfied.

We expected more from the dinnner in the evening. Not only because this is a 4star hotel, but also we had passed on that the reason for our stay was our 30th wedding aniversary.
