Overall the premises nice and clean. Very friendly and attentive team, always willing to help and make you feel comfortable. Rooms conformable, only downside the room we stayed in the sitter in the toilet was facing the hand-wash basin making it a bit uncomfortable to do your needs especially for my wife. Other than that I recommend this residential, all you need the team is willing to help and make you confortable. Will definitely stay again. Thank you to all the team.

Toilet layout.

The stay was very good. The rooms were quite spacious and very clean and acommodated us (a couple and 4 kids) very well. The parking lot is also big and has lots of spots. The staff is also very attentive. We arrived late and the attendant made our chackin very quick puttin us in rooms close to each other.

The only point not really pleasant were the double beds. We found they a bit small and not so comfortable.

I love this place everytime I want to escape I go here, staff is straight forward to me that's a huge plus. Bedroom is comfortable, has AC and a balcony. It's just the right price, right place and yeah of course they can improve, however I like the humble place, so I just suggest cleaning the eating area.

I don't take breakfast there because the restaurant/bar area is a bit dirty, and I had expired bread once... They need to be more careful, and clean the chairs (they glue onto your hand).

Very friendly staft, accomodating, helpful, comfortable large bed private room with good sized bathroom. Lots if storage, desk, extra blankets. Room temp was adjustable central air. Great breakfast. Close to aiport for early travel. Convenient restaurant and bar on premesis reasonsably priced. Casual atmosphere

Hotel was very nice for thayt price, is not modern but have everything what you need for few days .... And personal help with everything. Really perfect , not far from Centrum with taxi ... Breakfast also prima, not luxe breakfast but enough ...

I really think it is great value for what we paid. If I'd have to mention one thing, it would be that the (twin) bed was a bit small.

24/7 reception is very convenient. Very clean. Spacious room with small balcony and TV. From the airport, the uber ride was about 13 euros. It was ideal for us, since the plane arrived at 1 am. Check out time is late (12am) which is good to rest in the morning.

Location is a little off. On the weekends, few connections of bus. The metro station is kinda close, but with big bags is not feasible by walking. The breakfast time is very early, it´s not good if you expect to sleep late.

Clean and comfortable room, enough for a family of four. We also found parking space right in front.

I found this hotel to be exceptionally good value at €32 for a Saturday night stay. I needed to use the bus to return to the Camino in Maia early on Sunday morning but found it very difficult to decipher the Portuguese web information. Two of the desk staff came to my rescue and retrieved exact timetable information for me and were able to give me precise directions in fluent Englisn. Very impressive. The room was very well appointed and most importantly I slept well. I recommend Casa Teresa to all.
