Tram was 2 minute walk and then 30 mins to the centre of Porto. You'll need a z3 ticket. Maia area was quiet but had supermarket and restaurants so if you are staying a little longer you can spend some of you time locally. 24 hour reception was useful as we could arrive and park and let them know and we checked out at 4am to get an early flight. They also allow you to pre-book an airport transfer but we didn't need that.

We didn't spend much time there but the only thing we noticed was the air-conditioning in our room did not make it cool enough for a comfy sleep but is was worse when we turned is off so we kept it on. Other than that what is not to like about this hotel. It was excellent

Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was great. The room was comfortable. Parking was convenient and safe. Location was also good. Near metro, restaurants, grocery store, etc. The conference room was large and adequate.

The a/c wasn’t working, but an open window made the room comfortable. The room’s access card kept losing its programming. We had to ask the receptionist to reprogram it every day. The hotel is remodeling, so hopefully these issues will be dealt with soon.

The hotel is being renovated from top to bottom floors. I was lucky enough to get one of the newly renovated rooms after having stayed in one of the not renovated rooms a couple years ago. The difference is astonishing! Great improvement and upgrade! Congratulations!

Nothing. But management could take the opportunity to renovate the bar and restaurant as well, to make it cosier and welcoming to guests.

Good location right by the metro station and 10 minutes from the airport. Friendly and cheerful staff. Good value for money.

There isn't an airport shuttle (even for extra charge) but a taxi is only 25 euros and takes just 10 minutes.

Room was great, freshly renewed and well done, details could be corrected, but all great, from area to the construction details.

Still a great contrast in between refurbished bedrooms wing and remaining hotel, still ongoing works, but looking good...

Close to restaurants, markets, and the airport.

The breakfast option is a little pricy. Also a few maintenance needs. Elevator down button cover missing and not operational on my floor, but I mitigated by pressing the up button to call the elevator. My room door didn’t close easily. As instructed by the cleaning person, I had to slam it pretty hard to get it to close.

The room was fantastic, I was expecting something a bit smaller, but it was huge. The bathroom was amazing and the pillows on the bed were perfect

Nice sized room with access to tea and coffee in room. Restaurant served dinner and breakfast, both of which were nice and at a good price. Staff were helpful and the hotel is clean and in a good location for restaurants in the area.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location, not far from metro station, grocery shop, fast foods (walking distance). Big bedroom for 2 and big bathroom Comfortable bed. Fridge and air conditioning available and working well. The hotel even provide you a bottle of water in your room which was much appreciated with the heat.

Beds not ideal for 3 people if you are with teenage kids. Low soundproof, I could here the room beside me in the bathroom. Bathroom handle was dirty Long shower place but no curtain or glass door at the end so even with the best attempt, water gets out.

This hotel is central to where my son an family lives so great to stop in when visiting him from the UK it is great to go into Porto as the metro is by the hotel it is clean an comfortable and reasonably priced
