Super lovely staff....really helpful. Quick message responses. The facilities are great for travellers like me doing the Camino..you can get your first stamp here. They leave you a packed brekky & help yourself to fruit & coffee if you are an early bird. I'll probably stay here on my last night too. Great bar with simple, fresh food up the road and 15 mins to walk to the airport. Perfect🙂

The bunk beds need attention...comfy but they wobble & squeak like mad! 😆😆

Most of the staff are really lovely and caring. Spacious common room, full kitchen, delightful garden. Wonderful real cotton sheets. Prime position for the airport or for starting the caminho Português without the beginning urban walking.

Some info on booking.com is wrong. No individual lights by the bed, no lockers. It didn't worry me - at the end of the Caminho. Newly arriveds might find this challenging, not to be able to lock away valuables. A towel would be wonderful, usually included at this price.

This is a hostel that is in a safe and quiet area, about 15-20minutes walk from the airport, so it was very convenient to catch my early flight. The guy at the reception was friendly and helpful. The kitchen was well-equipped and I could use the cutlery and crockery for my dinner. The room and toilets were clean and the bed, though small, was quite comfortable. I also appreciate that there was a basic breakfast provided even though I had to leave earlier than the usual breakfast hours. For the price point, it was value for money and good for my 1 night stay.

This is also a Camino de Santiago accommodation, so majority of the guests are pilgrims doing the Camino, with a minority being other guests like those who have an early flight. So be prepared for early lights out (the lights were out by 10pm when I stayed there) and early risers catching their flights/preparing to leave on the Camino. I had the lower bunk and the bed frames creaked quite a bit whenever the top bunk’s occupant moved. The room was quite small; there was not enough space to open my luggage without blocking someone’s path. There were no hooks in the shower stalls to hang my clothes - having some hooks would be nice.

I booked this hostel two months in advance for a one-night stay because of early flight, and it was quite affordable (about 20 euro). It’s a nice place with six-person rooms, friendly and helpful staff, and free coffee and tea. The hostel was clean, and there was a pleasant garden. You even get a free breakfast, which is rare for such a low price. It's within walking distance from the airport, so many people stay here for early flights, but this means it can be noisy in the rooms. If you need a good night's sleep before an early flight, you perhaps want to consider other options. If you don't care, I would say this hostel is the best choice for early flights!

It would be great if there were additional racks or hangers on the walls of the shower area.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The heater in the room wasn't working properly and was given a portable heater that worked great. This was a short stay for a morning flight that was all of a 10 minute walk to the airport, if that. The sandwich and water put out for me in the morning was so nice to have. It's also a short walk from the train to Porto which takes about 20 minutes.

The shower was a little awkward as there wasn't really anywhere to put my clothes aside from one hook. Didn't seem to be anywhere to keep my bag except under the bed. Kept a lock on it and it was fine. Not a lot of food options around; but, I knew that going in. Still found a restaurant that was just fine.

I originally picked this hostel because it was close to the airport, I didn't particularly care about anything else. I am very happy to say everything was perfect! The staff was so nice and was available to check me in late at 11pm. The room was very nice, the beds were comfy and when it was time to leave the staff even leaves you a snack with your name on it! What a nice touch, I will always remember how sweet that was. It's those little details that makes a place stand out. Finally, the location was within perfect walking distance from the airport so I didn't have to leave to early, I could casually walk over at my leisure.

The only thing I found a little awkward was the bathroom downstairs. Luckily there was a toilet upstairs too but I ended up in the downstairs one once. It just feels so exposed but it's not a big problem.

Breakfast was adequate and there was a choice available. I had an early flight so I had a quick breakfast and left They kindly made a pack to go which had a sandwich and bottle of water - the choices I had selected from the variety they offered. I would definitely recommend this place and hope to stay there again under different circumstances - I was travelling to attend a family funeral.

I cant think what could have been better. I'm sure there will be something but I cant think what it might be.

All the staff is very friendly and helpful. Ricardo excess miles, helped me cancel an airport pickup as it was in Portugal language. He is very patient, helpful, and approachable. The kitchen is well equipped. Fresh fruits, tea, and coffee are available all day. The breakfast's bag for early check out travelers is generous and thoughtful too. Location is a short distance walk to the Porto Airport. Will recommend friends stay here.

It will nice to have curtains for privacy. Bath towel even nicer.

It's really 10 minutes walk to the airport which is the point I guess staying in this location. the staff was really friendly and having a late check in is really comfortable. so sweet the little breakfast bags to take away, saving you the trouble of getting food in the airport.

as the majority of people staying cause of a late or early flight, it's tricky to get a good sleep at the doormats as everyone waking up through the night, so just make sure you have a eye mask and earplugs if you expecting to have a full night sleep, but it's great for having your bones rested for an hour or two.

This was a hostel on the Camino and we are walkers wanting facilities close to the airport to start our walk. This was well located, super friendly and value for money with breakfast.

It is a hostel with shared dorms and not a 5 star hotel. So this is a street property with a few rooms filled with bunks. But it is what we wanted and paid for. So simple and clean.
