For an airport hotel you cannot go wrong. Free shuttle to the terminal. Excellent dinner menu with a very good meat lasagna. They even had broccoli as a side dish! The rooms plenty big enough to spread out and pack before flight.

A small complaint. We used the cool pancake machine, which makes an awesome breakfast pancake. Only problem was the place was out of jam, syrup, or other likely toppings - only butter and honey. Otherwise an excellent breakfast.

Staff were very accommodating; in fact, they went above and beyond. They were friendly and made you feel welcome. The room was clean and quiet despite being near the airport. The breakfast menu offered a variety of items, including pancakes and syrup (which I hope was Canadian, lol!) The freshly squeezed orange juice was very much appreciated.

There was a bit of mold between the tiles in the shower area. There does not seem to be any ventilation to deal with this issue. Otherwise, the huge shower was a wonderful feature of the bathroom. The rest of the room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

The room itself as well as the bathroom were very spacious and clean. Comfortable beds. Early morning shuttle to the airport was well organized. Although we didn't use the restaurant and bar facilities, they looked nice and were visited by many guests.

As we only used the room to get the early morning flight - and we weren't able to book in advance - the price was relatively high for the purpose/use. Offering more value for money options for the kind of 'in transfer' guest going to the airport would be welcomed. Important is location. cleanliness and comfort. Limited space and facilities would be acceptable for that kind of use

A nice airport hotel. The room was big and the beds were comfortable and it was quiet. The hotel has a restaurant where we had dinner. The food was surprisingly good for an airport hotel (the salad in particular was very nice). The breakfast was OK and is served from 4am.

The bathroom in our room was not sufficiently ventilated and consequently it was starting to get mouldy around the corners of the ceiling. Our room has a little staircase in it (4 stairs) which was inconvenient as we have a 1 year old baby. She could fall down the stairs so we couldn't leave her to explore the room safely.

To be quite frank, when I saw the hotel from the outside I wasn’t impressed. However, upon entering I noticed the interior of the hotel didn’t match the outside of the hotel. In other words, it was modern and clean. Then, the staff were very hospitable and friendly. The director and Rui went out of their way to make me feel at home considering they see a lot of people come through here on a daily basis. If you need to stay close to the Porto Airport, I highly recommend it! On top of that, wonderful seafood and wine is a €7 euro 💶 Uber ride away from Perafita where I enjoyed a wonderful dinner.

The location next to the airport is convenient for flying out of Porto, and the free hotel shuttle to and from the airport is very helpful. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were too firm for my preference, but I slept fine nonetheless. The bathroom is spacious, and the shower worked well. The AC worked really well. For flying into Porto to spend time in the city, it is better to stay closer to the city center as it would take almost an hour by public transit or 30 minutes by taxi/Uber to get to the city center from this hotel. (We were flying home from Porto, so this hotel worked perfectly for that purpose.)

Staff was very helpful - and we could walk back (10 minutes) from dropping off the car at the rental location, so when we had the early morning flight, we could use the hotel shuttle, which takes 5 minutes to get to the terminal. Shuttles ran every half hour, but sign up when you check in, as they do fill up.

There are no walkable restaurants nearby- the hotel restaurant was fine, but it would have been more fun to go to a local place that may have had more interesting food. I also wish the rooms had hot water or coffee (or have it available in the lobby), as it's nice to have some tea while reading in bed.

Good location as it is very near the airport and you can easily walk although there is a complimentary shuttle bus. It was also very near the Centauro car hire so we could walk to the hotel after dropping the hire car. Although so near the airport it was quiet at night. The classic room is big and bright with a comfortable sofa as well as a balcony if on the first floor. The lighting is good as well. The breakfast had a lot of choices and was available from 4 am in order to fit in with people's flights. Lovely to have freshly squeezed orange juice at breakfast as well as teapots so that you don't have to keep returning to the machine to refill your cup. Reasonable prices in the restaurant even for bottles of wine.

I would have liked a kettle in the room but I was able to get a pot of tea from the bar. The plug sockets next to the bed to recharge your phone overnight are underneath the bedside table so you have to crawl under to plug in- however we found that in a lot of hotels as we travelled around Portugal and at least there are sockets there which don't require you to unplug a light.

We wanted someplace close to the airport -- and this hotel is. It was built to cater to people using the airport -- just minutes away, with available shuttle service. The room was large and decently appointed. On-site parking is available as well. We ate dinner at the hotel. My meal was excellent; my wife's was inedible (vegetarian sausage, greens and rice), but they graciously took it away and brought her another option. Wifi service was excellent.

There are few options close by for eating out. There is a bit of jet noise (no surprise there). From parking to reception and from reception to some of the rooms can be a fairly good hike (especially if you have tons of luggage). The sleeping level in our room was 3 or 4 steps above the level the bathroom is on. We were worried about the associated fall hazard -- but there is a motion detector light that comes on in the hall at night when you approach the stairs down to the bathroom.

Only 5 minutes walk from the airport and only a couple of minutes walk from centauron off site car hire so you don't need to get transport from the airport. It was good to be able to eat in the restaurant in the evening before a morning flight. There were plenty of choices for vegetarians and also a section for vegan choices on the menu. The rooms were big and although it is near the airport there wasn't a problem with plane noise. I would use it again. The staff in the reception were cheerful and helpful.

The room doesn't have tea/ coffee making facilities but you can call for it on room service. You do not need a line of 3 big double wardrobes for an overnight stay! It would have been useful to have a luggage rack as you are not going to unpack at an airport hotel. However the big long sofa could be used for bags.
