Close to the Sa Carneiro Airport. Great location, easy to get to. The complimentary glass of Port Wine was a lovely touch. Breakfast was very good with a large selection of foods. Will definitely book again if required to stay near the airport.

Only issue for people who drive over; hotel does not have parking and parking spaces near the hotel are hard to get. We had to park on a side street, which was close to the hotel, however had a hard time bring out suitcase up the incline and over cobblestones to the hotel.

This is a true gem! The staff were helpful. The room was well appointed and they prepared the sofabed, since we were a party of three. Beds were comfortable. The bathroom was so nice Excellent shower. Very large nice bath towels. The breakfast, which was included, was perhaps the best hotel breakfast I ever had. The price of the stay was very reasonable.

I want to give a balanced review and I am having a difficult time coming up with things I didn't like.

Very reachable by car and public transport. A pleasant vanilla scent in the hallways. A clean room. The female receptionist was very friendly and helpful, and greeted hotel guests when entering and leaving the hotel. Breakfast has everything it needs.

The water bottles were not replaced when used in the room. No parking space directly near the hotel. The male receptionists were not as friendly and came across superciliously towards guests.

The area is very nice and close to the metro. The people in the reception were very friendly and helpful, the room is nice and the bath was very confortable. Heating was fine and the room had plenty of place to sit, work and relax.. The breakfast was great and near the hotel there are many options to eat and a supermarket.

My room was rather noisy. The freezer was very loud, but also the room I stayed was attached to the supplies room (where the cleaners used to get supplies) and it was opposite to the elevator.

the hotel was ideal for my short business trip. location was ideal. Gym 2 minutes walk away also. plenty of local cafes/amenities. the room was clean and tidy. the reception was friendly and breakfast was lovely. i will definately be staying there again on my next trip to Porto

We liked the property, it was a little dated but was very comfortable. We were surprised there were no phone charging facility in the room as it was 4 star.We woke up to no electricity in the room when we asked at reception we were told there was a switch next to the bed which controlled the electrics which we must have pressed.This was sorted very quickly once we knew but should have had something in the room about this to let people know as I’m sure we weren’t the first this has happened to. We were up at 6am so it was very dark and very difficult. The staff were very friendly and helpful and very cheerful . We enjoyed our stay a BBC and would definitely stay again. Breakfast was really good and plentiful.

Perfect location, near all public transportations (subway, bus), +- 20 minutes to Porto downtown. Quiet and safe area, slept like a baby! Many good places to eat around, normally priced. The staff was all very attentive and nice, they even guarded our big bag before the time of the check-in and after, for us it was perfect because we had a late flight and it wasn't pratical to carry the bag while taking a final stroll through the town. Bathroom well equipped, with bathtub, shampoo and bath gel. All very clean. Wished the bed was a double couple bed instead of two single mattresses placed together side by side. The TV is a small one, but I suppose you don't sleep in a hotel to watch that much TV 😊

I just wished the breakfast had more fruits available to eat.

I had a reservation in another hotel in the area (which I will never use again) and they didn’t allow me to pay for late check out. So, I rented a full night in this hotel just to use the room from checking until 9 in the evening. I stayed another time in this hotel, and all was great as usual. This time I just wanted to relax and sleep for a few hours!

The friendliness of the staff, the breakfast and the location of the hotel are excellent.

The extra bed I requested should have been replaced a long time ago, I paid for it and it wasn't used. Extremely uncomfortable and in need of URGENT replacement.

Room was very spacious and comfortable with everything you need. Very clean also. Staff extremely helpful and really lovely.

The fact that the beds are twins instead of a double For a couple it is quite awkward as there is always a "ridge" in between the two beds no matter how well you put them together. To be fair, the booking always mentioned the twin beds, we chose it at our own "risk"
