We arrived too early for check-in time, but we asked to park our car there while we went into Porto. They were pleased to accommodate us, and helped us to find the best way to get started with our sightseeing. The air conditioning worked great in our room, there was a nice balcony overlooking a flowered garden, the beds and pillows were comfortable, everything was spotlessly clean and fresh, and we enjoyed the breakfast. There were also shampoo and soap packets. Above all, every staff member was very kind, friendly, and helpful, and they all communicated well with us in English, as we have minimal skills in Portuguese.

We were totally satisfied with everything - parking onsite, wi-fi, and air conditioning were just as expected based on their listing.

Selected this hotel due to proximity of the ProRacket squash/padel club, which is an easy 8 mins walk, as I was participating in a masters squash tournament there. Room was very comfortable and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location was within a 10-12 minute taxi ride to the city centre, around 5-6 euros. Download and use the "Bolt" app on your phone ... basically same as Uber, service was excellent and value for money. Churrasqueria Amial, 5 mins down the road is a must go to restaurant.

Room was damp on arrival and improved with our occupation.

The room was really spacious and always clean and the staff really nice and friendly. The bathroom looks modern and has a very nice shower. Overall would recommend if you're looking for affordable options in Porto. The location is okay, it's a 25 min bus ride to the city center and the bus stop is less than a 5 minutes walk.

Wouldn't recommend this if you're looking for a lively area full of restaurants and pubs as there is not a lot to do in that immediate area, but it's not an issue since there are very frequent bus rides to the city center. The bed wasn't super comfortable but it was honestly a minor issue.

The gentleman at reception was very accommodating. Hotel room was nice and clean. Mini bar had all kind of different drinks, that was stock up every time room was cleaned. Breakfast was simple and had enough different choices. Was able to leave my suitcase at the hotel after check out, due to flight being only at night time

Don't be put off by the area, this is a real find in Porto. 45 minutes from the city centre by the number 600 bus. The staff at the hotel made us feel really welcome from the moment we walked in. The place is incredibly clean, you could eat off the marble floor(not recommend though). The room was comfortable with a good size ensuite. Breakfast was good. There are a number of restaurant's in the area and a small bar in the hotel. Parking is at the rear.

Nothing to dislike at the price

The area of the hotel was not posh but the hotel was! Spotlessly clean, very efficiently run with delighted and helpful staff.

The only added comfort I would have liked was to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

The staff are super friendly! We had a nice room with a balcony. We had free parking on the site. The hotel is 2 stars, but it feels at least like very solid 3 stars. The bed is comfy and the bathroom is nice. Pretty big room, everything clean and nice

Location might not be comfortable for someone, but we had a car and there is only 15 mins drive to the center of the city

The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, especially the guy at the reception desk. I had problems with my mobile phone and - since I had to print my boarding passes - he offered me his charger to try to bring my phone back to life!

The hotel is quite nice, the receptionists were very nice specially Nuno. The room was clean, had a mini bar which I was not expecting, the mattress was confortable and I could not hear any noise.

There should be a soap rack or soap dish in the shower cabin.

The hotel is clean and comfortable, breakfast is OK, there is a safe parking lot in the backyard. The receptionist called a taxi for us, it was about 10 euros to the centre, it was fine for 4 people. The good side is that it was quiet.

The area around is, well, ..., it is no the place where you sit on the balkony and enjoy the view.
