The hotel is part of a smaller complex of shops and restaurants, such as the Continente supermarket, hairdresser, pharmacy, laundry service and more, on its top floor. So, all services are right there. Access is possible on foot from the metro stop, yellow line, I.P.O. stop, the entrance to the complex is right next to the metro stop. Further access is possible from the hotel's own parking lot, there were always several parking spaces available. There is a barrier-free entrance to the reception from the parking lot. The room had barrier-free access. Right next to the hotel is a hospital with an emergency, which is good if you need medical help. There is also an outdoor sports area next to the complex, e.g. for jogging. It is in a quiet part of the city. Access to the city center is best by metro. For these reasons, the hotel is in an excellent location. The room was spacious, Wi-Fi fast. The room has air conditioning, TV. Room service cleaned daily, changed the bed, cleaned the bathroom and toilet. Very pleasant smiling staff, both at the reception and the chambermaids. Reception help you with anything you need, anything you ask. Great hotel, I can only recommend it.

I loved the friendliness and chattiness of the staff. The room was like my home for the week I was there for a conference at the FEP campus nearby. When I had to book an extra night due to travel issues, the staff could not do enough to accommodate me - they were fantastic!!

The only suggestion I would have is to provide some plant-based options for breakfast. More & more people require plant-based options these days due to dietary intolerances and climate awareness. Apart from that - five stars!!

The room was comfortable. It had a desk and nice closet. The breakfast was great with lots of choices and was offered until late morning. Below the hotel was a shopping area and food court. We were able to do laundry in the mall below. The tram stop was beside the hotel, so it was convenient to get into Porto without driving a car downtown.

Getting to the hotel was a bit confusing because it is beside a hospital. The rooms could be deep cleaned and updated. The shower "wall" does not stop water from splashing onto the floor.

Staff was good and helpful. Breakfast time is super long 6:30-12 so good if you like to be early bird or sleep in. Food was good not great but abundant let say classic buffet in middle star range hotel. hotel is located above shipping mall in university and hospital part of town. You have everything in shop mall under your room planty of restorans store and everything. It is quiet in night to sleep and best thing is metro is right in front of mall. So we had Porto card for unlimited travel with public transportation. From hotel to city center Metro take 15min. And you have metro going every 5min. So for our group perfect you can sleep nice and be at the center of things in 15min.

Very helpful staff. Excellent location next to overground element of the Metro - a 15 minute ride to the waterfront for 2.40€. If there are two of you the Uber is almost the same price. There is a shopping mall below the hotel with a varied Food Hall for hot meals.

Access is via the hospital grounds and not very well sign-posted. Once you know that you have to drive up the ramp to the hospital and then turn 180° to the IBIS car park - it’s easy!!

The hotel was clean, and the front staff were helpful. Close to metro station, and not far from Porto city center.

Although the hotel was close to a metro station, I walked for a while down a dark street looking for the entrance. Unlike during the daytime, there weren’t many people around, and the area felt a bit scary. The hotel entrance wasn’t on the ground level, but was tucked away behind the rooftop parking area.

The elevator connecting the mall with the hotel didn't work. There are no electrical outlets next to the bed. Some mold in the bathroom

Plenty of secured parking in their premises. Leave the car at the hotel, take the nice metro, only a couple stops to the famous UNESCO Porto neighborhood. Just outside the hotel is the end station for the Metro line. Downstairs from the hotel is a small mall with a food court, supermarket, coffee shops etc. very convenient.

Aircon was difficult to regulate, sometimes cold and occasionally warm.

The property is located above a shopping mall and right next to a metro stop, which was really convenient. The room was on the smaller side, but very comfortable and nicely decorated. The bed was soft. They had nice working ac. The breakfast was extensive. They had a large spread of items including breads, yogurt, meats, cheeses, a pancake machine, a machine to make fresh squeezed orange juice, and coffee of course. They had ample free parking.

Getting to the parking lot was a bit challenging, which I knew going into it, as they send out detailed instructions before arrival (much appreciated). Additionally, there are signs pointing you in the direction of the hotel, so if you follow those, you won’t get lost. Only negative is if you get back from the city later than 10pm, the mall is closed and you need to walk around to get in, but it really wasn’t a big deal at all.

In so many ways having a car to travel around Porto is a disadvantage. I chose this hotel because it has on site parking. The Metro is so close to it and made it so easy to travel into the center of Porto cheaply. We were so fortunate to speak to a Lady who spoke English and who helped us with the ticket purchases. Tickets must be validated before going onto a train. That was just one day, but another day we drove the Douro river. I want to go back! Magical in small parts. A hard drive, but worth the experience.
