I had such a great time at this hotel! The rooms exceeded my expectations—super spacious, always spotless, and incredibly comfortable. And oh my god, the room service was super fast! Every detail felt luxurious, making it a true 5-star experience. The food at the bar was simply amazing, with delicious options. But what truly made my stay special was the staff. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, especially Miguel and Rafael—they were an absolute delight! 😍 Their kindness, attentiveness, and warm hospitality made my first week in Portugal feel like home. The hotel’s location is fantastic—within easy walking distance to the city center, making it super convenient to explore all the main attractions. Highly recommended! ✈️

Absolutely nothing!

We have enjoyed our stay in Hotels 705 Porto Prime Home. Travelling with two teenagers (17y and 15y) means normally booking two hotel rooms, but 705 Porto Prime Homes provides a great concept of having an apartment with two bedrooms in a hotel setting. We all had sufficient space to relax individually, if needed. The apartment was clean, wifi was excellent (important for teenager), service was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious and sufficient. The location is 20 minutes walk from the city centre, but very affordable to take an Uber (circa 4 euros).

This property was small but rooms are very spacious. We were pleasantly surprised when our room was upgraded because we were celebrating a birthday. Our room was very spacious, modern and clean. It is good value for money for sure. Very attentive employees, they made our stay very very special. They made sure we had everything we needed. And the everyday housekeeping was a bonus. The sunsets from our balcony was soo beautiful. And we slept amazing on these huge beds. For us girlies, it made us happy that the mirrors were big too.

We couldn’t stream Netflix on the tv. I was watching a series that I was seriously obsessed with before coming on this trip. But unfortunately I couldn’t watch it on the tv.

All in all a lovely place. Apartment was very lovely, the balcony lovely. Staff were very attentive. Having the whatsapp service was actually very lovely. The breakfast was presented so beautiful .. considering the size of the place having a gym was actually very nice.. although didn't get a chance to use it was pleasantly suprised. A very lovely place and if was more central I would come back.

There was a cooker and oven us not being the most technical would of liked to have the instructions for both. Although the breakfast was presented so nicely it lacked abit.. the freshly squeezed orange juice was lovely but I feel there should be more options. The last 2 days they forgot the soya milk, i feel tea should have been an option too. Location was ok but I feel if there was one more in the centre would have been better.

We stayed in one of the two-bedroom apartments, and our experience was fantastic! The space was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the beds were very comfortable. It had everything we needed for a perfect stay in Porto.

It felt like a few finishing touches were overlooked when designing the rooms. For example, adding some simple hooks in the bedrooms to hang clothes or towels would be a great improvement. Additionally, the AC/heating system seemed a bit off, as it only appeared to operate at full blast, whether cooling or heating.

Beautiful rooms in this new hotel - spacious and modern styling throughout. Views out on urban landscape from living room and bedroom. Couple of mins walk from local grocery shops and metro into centre of Porto. Dropped off breakfast at time of your choosing on tray in the mornings - fresh pastries and bread (with coffee cheese eggs) which slight variations each day. Staff whatsapped to check all ok. Took our bags in early and put them in room. No keys for rooms. Uses a code.

Not much in terms of communal facilities like in a normal hotel (just small gym, quiet bar, small reception area)

A newly opened apartment style accommodation with a 24 hour reception. Rooms were spacious and were cleaned daily, towels etc replaced. The bed was very comfortable. Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The bar outside is a nice setting to chill after a long day exploring Porto. Fabulous place to stay in Porto.

The distance from the city centre. It's a long walk downhill into the city centre but a longer walk uphill to get back! The hotel is located quite far out of the city centre. Having said that, Marqués metro station is literally a 5 minute walk from the hotel door so it isn't an issue at all.

The room we accommodated was clean, spacious, and well-designed indeed. Kitchen has sufficient volume of refrigerator, nice dishwasher, and sink. Location was also convenient. Supermarket, cafe, and nice pastries are located near the hotel. Easy to access to central area for sightseeing as well.

Ventilation system at bathroom might not be so good. Exchange of towels at gym wasn't often. But, they're acceptable level.

The property is perfect. Brand new, super clean with great design and the friendliest staff ever met. Miguel and Mariana went over beyond our hospitality expectations! They welcomed us with warm, helped us with all the needs we had regarding the hotel and the city. One day we wanted to watch a tv programme from our country and Miguel carried another TV in order to have the connectivity with our laptop. The most amazing gesture we ever had. We definitely recommend the place anytime you wish to visit Porto!!!!

Everything was perfect

Very spacious room/appartment! (With everything you need, kitchen, oven, dishwasher, 2 flatscreen tvs!) Great smelling soap/shampoo! Great parking! Metro station very close, great connection to all tourist areas!

Entrance hard to spot when arriving by car (for us was made worse by parked garbage truck, nothing hotel can really do) maybe hotel can also send clear instructions about car elevator if mentioned that parking is required. Now car had to be parked illegally to go inside and ask for help. (Staff was excellent once we asked for help though!)
