Everything about my stay here was perfect. My room was huge and beautiful, the breakfast was delicious and wasn’t exactly the same every day. The hotel has a great location, not really near any tourist attractions but everything is still just a short walk or a very quick bus/metro ride away. The best part of this hotel is however the people working here. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, I truly felt like I was their top priority since the moment I walked in. The only thing I had to ask for was an iron and it was brought to my room almost immediately. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone visiting Porto.

There is nothing not to like about these apartments. Very spacious and spotlessly clean , super modern and comfortable It has every amenity you could wish for including an impressive balcony / terrace. 15 minutes walk from centre, excellent value for money. The staff were fabulous, Brazilian with excellent English and as we have come to expect from Brazilians just super lovely, helpful and extremely hospitable. 10 Euro from airport with uber with an array of drinks and stacks upon arrival.

The stay was great - lovely room and bathrom and shower were good too. The main thing we liked was the staff - welcoming, professional and reallly helpful. They really care about their guests and are a huge assiet for the hotel.

maybe more coffee pods and bottled water each day, snacks in the room are very expensive.

The hotel common areas and the hotel rooms were stylish, attractive, and very comfortable. The rooms were especially spacious. The parking was easy to access and very secure. The hotel staff, however, went above and beyond. They were extremely helpful and communicative - particularly when we were there when the whole country lost electricity! They staff helped us return our rental car (which was stuck in the garage due to the power outage), while we went to the airport and made our flight. So thankful for all of their help, you won't regret a stay here!

The location is a little far from the city center and touristy sites, but they are easily accessed by car (Bolt, Uber, etc) or a 15-minute (downhill!) walk.

Lovely hotel with a cosy feel to it. Impeccably clean, newly furbished, and in a convenient location away from the crowds, but yet quite central and well connected by public transport. Our room on the second floor was quiet and nicely and cleverly laid out with a fully equipped kitchenette and a relaxing little area with sofa and tv. Beds are new and comfy, with crisp linen and great pillows. Good, large shower and double sinks in the bathroom also a plus. Double glazing and proper thick curtains at the windows granted very little or no noise (and no light in the morning for light sleepers). Personnel is young and professional, welcoming and ready to respond to small requests. We only had breakfast taken to our room on our last day, and if anything, there was too much food for 2 people!

Nothing wrong, a perfect little gem of a hotel, not even too expensive, all considered.

I spent 4 days in Porto with my wife and my baby. Day 1 great, day 2 we got sick with a cold. We stayed locked up in our room until the end of our trip. If it wasn't for that hotel, our holidays would have been ruined. Now we actually want to go back and stay at the same place. We rented a studio and it was super comfortable. Bed was great, the kitchenette had modern equipment, the shower was spacious and there was also a pretty big balcony. Actually we had a few dinners on it while our baby was asleep inside. If you have a baby, they provide a cot and a high chair and Portuguese people love kids in general (they'll wave and smile to your kid). It's super nice as a family. The location is excellent as well. The metro is literally a couple of minute walk and you can ride one to the historical city center in 10 minutes or so. If you come with a car from the airport, you are 15 minutes away. Pro tip: use Uber if traveling as a group of 2 or 3 people. Prices are similar to public transportation. Last but not least the hotel staff was awesome. You can write to them on WhatsApp at any time of the day about any topic and you'll get an answer. For us, it was mostly recommendations on places we could order from. Actually a delivery guy tried to scam us and the staff protected us, called the police and even apologized to us for the trouble. They genuinely care about their guests. This is the number one reason we plan to go back. And it's not only reception, it's also the cleaning crew (who spoke English just as well). Everyone is super accommodating. I forgot to mention the breakfast which was a lot. For 2 adults we had: a jug of coffee, a jug of milk, a bottle of freshly pressed orange juice, two yogurts, a bag of granola, 4 small breads, 4 pastries, two pieces of fruit, jam, butter, ham and cheese. We always had something left over for some afternoon tea break or a quick snack on the go. It was a great way to start the day.

Beautiful clean & modern apartment with lots of space & everything you’d need for a short stay including a kitchen with all appliances/crockery etc We were on the 7th floor so we had a view out to the sea & enjoyed 3 stunning sunsets on the balcony with a glass of wine after a long day exploring the city. Close to the Marques metro for easy access to the main tourist area. Staff were excellent-all spoke perfect English & were on hand to assist whenever we needed them. Major bonus was the breakfast which arrived each morning. There was SO much delicious food on the tray - plenty for 2 adults & 2 teenagers.

Not a criticism of the property at all as I knew this before booking and was but needing to get the metro to the city (it is walkable but we were saving our feet!) meant we didn’t go back out in the evening - it’s a small price to pay for getting a sizeable accommodation like this at such a great price.

I had such a great time at this hotel! The rooms exceeded my expectations—super spacious, always spotless, and incredibly comfortable. And oh my god, the room service was super fast! Every detail felt luxurious, making it a true 5-star experience. The food at the bar was simply amazing, with delicious options. But what truly made my stay special was the staff. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, especially Miguel and Rafael—they were an absolute delight! 😍 Their kindness, attentiveness, and warm hospitality made my first week in Portugal feel like home. The hotel’s location is fantastic—within easy walking distance to the city center, making it super convenient to explore all the main attractions. Highly recommended! ✈️

Absolutely nothing!

Loved the place, super spacious and sparkly clean!!is a bit far out, 15min walk to the city center, but that's actually a plus. Porto is tiny and beyond crowded. Therefore I saw the location as a benefit, not a downside. Uber is also super efficient and relatively cheap.

Breakfast wasn't worth the price from my perspective. Was super fresh and tasty, but not varied. If I wasn't with a young kid that needed to eat as soon as she woke up, I would have opted for breakfast outside. I told them I want more protein and less carbs, they took note and changed a bit, but still did not solve the problem. I'm sure others would fancy it, is just a personal choice.

Very good hotel. Everything seems brand new and the hotel is well built. Good balance between hotel service and apartment vibe. Located just around the corner from the Metro which is 3- 4 stops from the main attractions in the old town. Simple via public transport or Ubers are good value. It’s more expensive than a lot of the alternatives, at least when we searched, but the place is new, well designed and very spacious with huge balconies. Blackout blinds, comfortable beds, good air conditioning. Couldn’t hear a thing from outside either. As it’s an apartment-hotel there is housekeeping too which makes a difference, plus 24hr staff onsite.

We couldn’t access the gym on the couple of occasions we tried as the code didn’t work. Also, there is a bar opposite reception but it closed quite early at 21:30.
