- Hotel is close to metro station, close to centre of city. There are not many useful shops on the street, but not needed. - Interiors are beautiful, we had beautiful room which looked exactly like in the photos. - Room was small, but it was enough, bed was very nice, bathroom was very clean with everything you would need. - There was large table opposite the windows - Air conditioning was goods, several options how to set it were OK. - Breakfast was delicious. There were many options to eat, fresh fruits, pastry, some classic salty things (bacon, eggs, cheese, ham, sausages, tuna paté (DELICIOUS) ). And that amount of sweet things? I could not even choose because there were so many delicous sweeets! 3 different kinds of muffins (and tasty)? Really recommend because of food. - Personnel was very kind. - Wifi connection was good and stable.

- Street next to hotel is quite noisy, but with closed window it is OK (but noisy if you stay in the first floors). - Quite difficult to sit on the chair because it was very close to bed and therefore challenge to pull the chair away - Window was difficult to open since it was behind the table so needed to be careful not to broke the opening - Drinks at breakfast were very poor, juices were only sweet and coffee was not good. This really needs to improve.

- Despite the limited variety in breakfast choice & limited space, it was actually tasty & comfortable (breakfast was included in room price) - Clean room, spacious enough - Very close to metro station, we did not have to carry our luggage too much (which can get unconvenient in Porto's Streets); we used metro to move around the city - Fridge available in the room

- The shower gel had a horrible smell ("old syle" scent, but very strange for us) - Upon our arrival, it seemed no one was available to receive us, we waited a bit to have someone check us in

We love it here! We were here for the first time in july 2023 and loved it so much (both the city and the hotel) that we just came back in summer 2024. When we travel, we are out and about a lot of the time, so we don't need stuff like a pool, sauna etc. Here you pay for what you really need if you travel like us: a comfortable, clean room and decent breakfast. The rooms are spacious enough, have a fridge and aircondition. The cleaning is perfect, always nice to come back to a made up bed and fresh towels. Breakfast is very nice, gets refilled up until the very last minute and staff is very friendly when asked for help. If you don't know your way around Porto, it may seem a bit further, but their subway system is so nice and the hotel is right next to a stop on a very useful line to the center. In short, whenever we come back to Porto, we will be back!

If I have to find something, I would like breakfast up untill 11am instead of 10.30am, but that is personal!

The hotel has a great location, making it easy to access transport connections. Check-in was quick, and our room was clean and stylish. The staff was very responsive—when we had an issue with our door not locking, they promptly moved us to another room. Breakfast was tasty, and as the morning progressed, the dining area became quieter and more comfortable.

The breakfast area was too small for the number of guests, especially on a busy weekend morning, so finding a seat and waiting in line for food was challenging. It was also quite chilly in the room upon returning from outside, and the air conditioning took a long time to warm it up. We wanted to extend our stay, but unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked, and the staff couldn’t accommodate our request.

Very decent hotel. Unfortunately, our room was facing the courtyard and we couldn't see the street life. But we were walking around most of the time and it didn't change our impression. Comfortable room, very good breakfast. Thank you for allowing us to temporarily store our luggage before check-in and after check-out! The metro stop is not far, but we got used to walking around and Porto didn't seem so big anymore, just perfect for leisure walks.

The hotel was one of the cleanest we've been in. It was spotless and modern inside.. The breakfast although continental had a good selection of cereals, yogurt, fruit, bread and pastries. There was also ham, cheese and bacon, scrambled egg and sausage if you wanted something hot. The bedrooms were cleaned every day and the reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful especially Pedro who tried explaining to us how to use the metro ticket machine. We conquered it in the end. We had also requested a quiet bedroom and we were given one at the back so we didn't hear the traffic. The hotel also arranged a taxi to bring us to and from the airport for €20 each way. They also kept our luggage for us until we were ready to leave. I would definitely stay here again.

It was at least a 30 min walk from the city centre but if you know how to use the metro ( which is a few mins walk away), then it's an ideal place to stay.

Very conveniently located about 15 min. taxi ride from both Sao Bento and Campanha railway stations (we were travelling on by train). Friendly, helpful staff. Well-equipped, modern and spotlessly clean rooms. Decent buffet breakfast (which even included scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage). Definitely a hotel I'd return to again.

Our first stay (4-5 June) was in a room on the 5th floor, in the front of the hotel. We live in a very quiet rural location and found the traffic noise and periodic police/ambulance/fire engine sirens very intrusive. When we returned on 8-9 June, we got a room in the rear of the hotel, on the 3rd floor. This was very quiet & peaceful. If you stay here & are a light sleeper, I recommend you do the same.

I truly appreciate the exceptional hospitality and the effort your team puts into making guests feel welcome. My stay was absolutely wonderful, and I’m grateful for the outstanding service, comfort, and amazing breakfast. It’s quite close to the city center and there’s metro 2/3min away from the hotel.

The water was cold in the morning so it’s best to wake-up really early if you can’t take cold showers like me!

We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. Staff is super friendly, rooms are cleaned daily and thoroughly. The small fridge in the room is a nice plus during hot days, to store drinks and stuff like chocolate. Mind, it is empty when you arrive, but drinks are available at the reception. Breakfast was certainly worth it, it basically saved us lunch every day and gave us more time to explore Porto! On the map, the hotel seems a bit out of the 'center' of Porto if you don't know the environment, but the public transport is so close by and is so comfortable that we never even used an Uber, which we were planning on doing. The hotel is ideal for people like us, who only need a clean, comfortable place to sleep and a breakfast to get us going in the morning.

No major problems or shortcomings. If anything, it would be nice if breakfast was served a bit longer and if it would differ a bit more from day to day. But overall, no complaints!

Nice shower, good bed. Sympathetic receptionists. Supermarket and metro very close.

Towels and bedsheet were stained with what seemed like black fingerprints. One day, they forgot to put full sized towels in the room. They also did not replace used and dirty cups. Old furniture that needs replacing, as it is showing signs of usage
