The hotel is very clean. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. The location can be easily accessed. The Wi-Fi works great and fast. The place is accessible from the nearby metro station although you might have to deal with the sloping roads typical of Porto in going to the hotel.

The property does not have a lift so you will need to prepare to carry your bag if you are assigned to a room upstairs or downstairs. Apart from this, I think the hotel is generally as advertised.

The property looked old and decrepit on the outside but had been modernised on the inside. The location was handy to laundromats and shops. The churn steeple which is the highest point in Porto is just up the road - entry €1 each. Trinidade.Station with its direct connection to the Airport is just a 20 minute walk in the other direction, which is mostly downhill.

The bathroom was great but the room was on the small side, as was the bed, which was long but narrow. The mattress was only average. The kitchen in the downstairs basement needs a lot of attention. The fridge was good and the electric jug was ok but the rest of the equipment wasn’t usable. Crockery and cutlery was minimal.

Great location right next to the yellow metro line so you can get into the city center within a few minutes or about 25-30 minutes on foot to the river. The room was newly renovated. A big thank you to the receptionist who checked me in, I was given all the necessary information I needed about both the hotel and exploring the city all with a big smile, I felt very welcome.

From my room, I could hear the people on the corridor quiet easily, maybe it was because I was on the ground floor, but I would have preferred a bit better sound-proofing. The air room felt a bit humid and I saw some paint peeling off at the entrance to the bathroom.

Conventient place to rest during my travel, perfect to sleep, take a shower and manage my trips. The AC made sure I could keep cool during the summer. The staff was kind and avaliable to anything I needed. There is a metro station nearby so you can get to the city center in just 10 minutes. The room has enough space to hold your items and sleep. If you just need a simple place to sleep during your Porto visit this is it.

The matress and the pillows were a bit unconfortable. Also the window blinds couldnt be fully shut so light entered the room at dawn.

Excellent hotel situated within 7 minute walking distance of 2 Metro stations; 12 minutes walk from Trindade Metro. Lovely clean hotel; friendly and helpful staff; great budget accommodation. Very surprised at how good the accommodation was for such a low price. Good sized rooms with excellent washing facilities.

The only criticism is that the bed mattresses are very firm; it is personal preference though.

Short walk from Metro station. Rooms are comfortable. Staff are available to speak during business hours and are very helpful.

The neighborhood is mix of residential and commercial, so not 100% quiet. There are partygoers going home at night making noises on the street. Bathrooms are small and retrofitted; there are no hooks and little counter space to put your things but you can store them in the cabinet under the sink. Seems that the bedroom floor is not vacuumed. Depending on who's staying next door to you, you can hear them talk but muffled.

This was a pleasant surprise! It may not have been real close to the center, but it's an easy walk (~15 minutes) to all the attractions! Excellent hot shower! Comfy bed! Great WiFi! Friendly personnels! Quiet neighborhood! Close to metro/bus stations! Good AC & heat (needed them both, lol)! The outside of the hotel didn't look great, but the inside was bright and clean! Very reasonably priced! Many restaurants and cafes nearby, as well as a self-serve laundromat! I definitely recommend the hotel and would stay here again when I'm back in pretty Porto!

easy to come to city center, quiet area, the man from reception was helpful he gave me information about the town and whats importaant to visit , also when I requested he gave me a glass to have in the room, internet was ok

No glass in the room, no fridge, the door to the bathroom had no handle, no breakfast in the hotel but you find some places in the neigborhood where you can eat

When I arrived to hotel very nice elderly elegant gentleman after service gave me Porto streets map and explained to me where to go and how ( busses, metro, shops , etc. ) . The all staff is very friendly , especially Leandro Jesus making a top service ! The hotel is like new ( furniture , doors , floor , walls , windows ) . Room was very clean ( service every day ) , fresh , everything worked as should. Clean bathroom with a hot water, plenty of toilet paper , shower gel, hairdryer . Hotel is very close to small shop on the corner ( opposite ), nice local pub ( 2 mins walk ) , metro station ( 3 mins ) , pizza ( 2 mins ) supermarket and bus 203 to the beach ( 5 mins ) or 20 mins walk to town centre . Very nice hotel , everything new and fresh . After my experience with a few hotels in Dubai Marina I can compare and I highly recommending this one in Porto.

No towel rack in the bathroom.

The reception was excellent, the gentleman was very welcoming and gave us very good advice of places to visit. The hotel is quite basic and 1.3 miles from the old town downhill. But there is the excellent and cheap Metro service two stations being with in a few minutes walk. There are nearby cafes and bar nearby which are frequented by locals and friendly. The main town does not take long to get to by Metro and there is a good service out to the airport for a few euros.
