I spent 3 very pleasant nights at Lounge Inn Guest House. The room was clean, bright, as shown in the pictures. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was well-equipped. I had a lovely view of the nearby church, which added charm to the stay. Towels were changed daily. The guest house is located close to metro station or 20 min walking to central Porto. Communication with the hotel staff was prompt and efficient. Check-in was smooth and efficient. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

There was no wardrobe or coat rack in the room, which made it a bit inconvenient to hang or organize clothes, especially for a longer stay.

The accommodation met what we required of it. It was close to the metro, just two stops from the centre of Porto. The room had a bed and a private bathroom and that was enough. The room was tiny and had windows facing a busy street. What pleasantly surprised us was the room service who changed towels and made the beds every day.

The owner of the accommodation is not to blame for the negative experience, however the other guests were very noisy and selfish. One night we had an experience with a guest who came in drunk and couldn't remember the code to his room. He made noise in the middle of the night for almost an hour. The other night someone came to check in with all their suitcases at 4am, banging on the door and shouting. The third night, there was some sort of scuffle down the street below the window (closed window). It just wasn't very quiet, and since no one is at the front desk at night, even though the hotel has a front desk, no one can solve it.

Wonderful staff - obrigada Melo & Manuela! Welcome drink on arrival was a nice touch. Melo provided a lot of useful information about places to visit in and outside Porto. The guest house is located in Marques area of Porto, with a metro station just round the corner. It takes 5 - 6 minutes by metro to reach the historical centre and one can also walk to the town centre. The access into building and rooms is done via codes/keypad and worked very well. There is a kitchenette and sitting area for the use of the guests. Everything in the room and in the building in general was extremely clean. I had a room on the first floor, benefiting from a little terrace and facing the back of the building, with church view, which I found charming . The church bells ring every 15 minutes (!) however they stop at 9pm which was fine with me. On the last day I could leave the luggage there after checking out and until late afternoon when my flight was scheduled - thank you Lounge Inn for going the extra mile!

Good value for money and very friendly stuff. The room was very clean and the shower was great. The location is good, right next to the metro station. Make sure you are at the right door - there's two of them saying "lounge inn" - the one on your right is the right one, the other is locked with no door bell.

I booked the single room, it's on ground level facing the street. Luckily the night I spent here was quiet, but it can be noisy because you hear everything from outside. For that reason only I recommend you to take a different room on higher floors.

It was very cosy and comfortable, the staff was absolutely amazing, especially the housekeeper, she was lovely and very friendly. The man at the reception also was a nice man, he gave us some great recommendations of places to visit in Porto. Great place overall to stay, great location as well, very close to the metro station. Would definitely come back.

There’s a nightclub nearby so most nights there was music until 4am!!! I’m a light sleeper so this woke me up often. I’m not a smoker but could smell smoke from room next to mine coming through 😢

The location for the place is great in a sence that it is right next to Yellow Metro line (2mins). All my basic needs were met and a nice welcome drink from the owner. Also the late checking is very easy as the access is with PIN numbers for every door. Thanks!

Location is good and right next to the metro station. maybe 2 minutes by foot. The staff was very polite and welcoming. the room is maybe somewhat small but for 1 person perfectly fine! For 2 maybe a little too small.

I had the room with the window to the street. the street noise was somewhat loud.

Melo’s Welcome is amazing, he helped us with city tour pointing us monuments and restaurants so that we didn’t even need a tour guide. Tha room is clean and comfortable. The view from LBV room was nice and suggestive.

Shower might need to be renovated but everything was clean and comfortable.

The room is cozy, nicely decorated and named by the most well known local wines. And they cleaned every single day. Easy check in and check out - no keys necessary.

Some mold in the corners of the shower. The room had a street view and that proved to be pretty noisy (but with the windows closed, it gets silent).
