It was very cosy, and makes you feel at home. The outdoor garden, the bedroom was comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need. There are enough bathrooms / shower so you don’t have to wait. Everyone there is friendly and happy to help you. Next door is a very nice cafe.

It was on a quiet road during the day, but at night it got super loud so had to close the windows and it got a bit hot. There’s no air con. Sometimes the shower didn’t have hot water. There was no lock on the girls bedroom which was uncomfy at first but I got used to it.

I liked the atmosphere and personal. Very cosy design, home-feeling beautiful kitchen and garden. Nice clean bedclothes and towel included to the prices. The receptionists are the most helpful friendly people. Such a treasure to find place like that for that price

My bed was one out of four in female dorm. 3 of them looked comfortable, had the curtains. Mine was without fool curtain, less privacy. A bit strange.

I found the place and the staff to be warm and inviting. I watched them work diligently twice a day every day keeping the facilities clean and tidy. All workers were involved in doing so. The location was good being just around the corner from metro and down the street not far from the main attractions and busy spots. Thank you to all the staff for the hard work and warm welcome. Sam you were my first impression and met me with a smile and kindness. Much appreciated. If only you could have stopped the rain!!!! Haha. Just kidding. I hope life treats you all well. Take care of yourselves and each other. You seem to make a great team.

There was not one thing I did not like

The staffs were friendly. If you need information about the city or even need more blankets, ask them. Also, the property is clean. Each room has lockers, cotton for privacy, lamp by the bed and multiple charging sockets. The bathroom and toilets always neat and spacious. There are multiple of them in the accommodation so no need to wait on a queque to use them. There is kitchen which is spacious and has, gas, pots, microwave, fridge, etc. The house has a There is a lidl store about 10 minutes by foot where you can buy cheap items. FC Porto club is about 20 minutes by foot. The surrounding of the house is quiet, you will get a good sleep. This accommodation exceeded my expectations.

I had an excellent experience at this hostel, starting from the very beginning. Even though I arrived around 11 PM, the staff made it easy to find my way and check in smoothly. I extended my stay for an additional night, and paying directly was hassle-free, with the same price as listed on Booking.com. Overall, I highly recommend this hostel for its welcoming environment and thoughtful details.

The hostel has very nice common spaces and in every place there are some flowers, greenery and a nice accent that has a very good effect on your well-being.The staff was very helpful, you can see that they are well-coordinated. Everyone was very nice and ready to help with any matter or problem. They spoke many languages ​​so there was no problem communicating in English, Spanish, Portuguese or Arabic. And I suspect that they know more languages. I felt at home there. The outside part was decorated with flowers and was very nice, there was a huge kitchen in which you could fit a few people cooking. Comfortable sofas, TV and everything you need. Close to the metro and bus. Even Bolt to the center or anywhere very cheap 3-3.50 Euro. Honestly, I have never met such a hostel. It really has a soul and its name fits the facility perfectly, because it is an enclave of greenery, peace and a good vibe in the middle of the city. I highly recommend it.

It was my first time in Porto and I would absolutely recommend this adorable and clean hostel to solo travelers, couples and small family groups! The location is exceptional, amazing coffee shop across the street, Mini Prego two minutes walk away for groceries and delicious pastries. If you’re traveling on a budget and like fresh food, good wine, great coffee and a fantastic little home away from home, this is the place to be. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the folks staying at the hostel are exactly the peeps you’d expect to encounter. 10 out of 10!

Staff was incredible. Rafael was the one that I was more in contact. He was super friendly, giving recommendations about the city and forgiving me for calling him another name. 😂 The other staff are super good people too and the hostel has a easy and comfortable environment.

I just had a problem when I arrived, which was the lack of communication in how to reach the staff when I arrived. I tried calling several times through the number available on Booking.com an ringing the bell beside the door but nothing was working. So, I had to be knocking on the door for a while until someone picked it up. Later on, the bell was fixed.

One of the most friendliest and comfortable hostels I have stayed in. The manager ensured I got a lower bunk as requested. Each day I was asked if my stay was comfortable. Hospitality at it's best. There are multiple bathrooms and sitting areas, as well as terraces to relax outside. Clean, hygienic and a homely interior with loungers and armchairs as well as a large kitchen area. Definitely my place to stay when I visit Porto again!

Nothing to dislike.

Friendly, helpful staff! I could get my bed as soon as cleaning was ready even before check-in time. Bed was comfortable, had curtains to close for little privacy. Bathroom was clean and felt like an oasis after traveling long. Kitchen had everything needed. Common areas and interior is nice, few small “corners” and bigger spot with sofa to hang out and nice looking terrace. I stayed only one day when it was raining so didn’t actually use it. Would recommend!

The dormitory I was in was facing the street and the the traffic noise was present.
