The receptionist and staff of the hotel were really welcoming and nice, I really had a good time there. The place was overall nice and really, really clean, the rooms were carefully cleaned and the housekeeping was really good.

I loved the hotel and everything on it was great, only thing I would like is that the next time we go (because we loved it and we want to repeat on our next trip) is to add something to lock the toilet from inside as it wasn't possible to close it. Something else I would add is that The pillows were missing a little filling.

Friendly staff, room was well lit and comfortable. Staff cleaned it every day. Water hot. Fridge in room. Staff gave us a kettle and cups for making tea. Did our laundry for reasonable price. Great food places nearby. Close to a metro station for getting to centre. Would stay again.

Sometimes outside bell would ring in the middle of the night. Limited number of electric plugs and some were in awkward places.

The staff was really friendly. Oervall, it’s a very clean place andI loved the fact that they have accessibility friendly options.

The tv didn’t want to connect to the Wi-Fi they had. Sometimes the Wi-Fi connection wasn’t great.

the room we had was an annexe. was single storey with enclosed balcony, like a garden room. The staff were ever so friendly and explained Porto and where to go. Nothing was to much trouble. two minutes walk to Metro (Marques) and took you to centre historico. All in all, an excellent choice of hotel for cleanliness and customer service.

We were in one of the two rear, detached rooms and it was quiet.

The wifi was terrible in the rear, detached room. My grandsons had to go into the main building to use it. Also, we reserved a quadruple, three-bed room (one full and two twins) and they put us in a room with two beds (one full and one twin). I had to produce the booking with description on my phone and really press the issue in order for them to change our room.

I had a really great and warm stay at hotel Visconde. The stuff was kind and really helpful and the room was spacious and really clean.

some of the sheets were a bit dirty. It was probably some stains that never come out, but it still made it a bit unpleasant.

Lovely new bathroom. Outside/ undercover seating area. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Great staff.
