The staff here were excellent! Very friendly, helpful and welcoming. We spoke with Andre upon arrival who gave us a map and spent sometime showing us the different places he recommended, where things were and how long it would take. The breakfast had a good selection and fresh food too. The room and hotel itself was very clean with a nice feel to it. We had direct access to the terrace which was wonderful in the sun. Highly recommend a stay here!

The room was very big, bright and perfectly clean. The location is ideal, very close to the metro station. The process of self check in makes it very easy and convenient. The mattresses were very comfortable!

The breakfast selection could have included some salty options, but overall it was tasty and satisfactory

The room got really hot, there is a little fan that cool it off a bit. It is just in front of a very busy road so get earplug if you want to sleep with windows open

Good assistance before-during stay. The place exceeded expectations. I could easily stay for much much longer than the three nights (considering town and accommodation). No negative comment to the experience. Outside tourist Centre, that I count as an advantage. Gives the feeling of being a lucky local. Very quiet. Long but delightful walk to Centre. Convenient commerce and public transport nearby. Restricted check-in hours could be an inconvenience but believe could be easily arranged. Mind staircase, no elevator. I would still go back with kind of heavy luggage ; )

Beautiful building with high ceilings and large rooms. Outside area is peaceful and gets lots of sun.. Well placed for a nearby metro and lots of shops and cafes handy.

The facilities to make tea or coffee were limited and there was no milk or creamer available, so having to wait until 9am for breakfast was poor. Also no sign of the cake mentioned.

The breakfast was a good selection and nice to eat with view of the garden. Andres was very helpful with information about the area and sights. The room was cleaned every day.

It was noisy in the room from the road, if you opened the windows. The bath wasn’t easy to use as the tap didn’t work. The shower worked fine.

It's an old house where the apartments have been converted in rooms. The suite with garden views is spacious and comfortably accommodate a family of 2 adults and 2 teens. It is a little bit old but some people may find this charming. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast has limited choices.

Charming inside and beautiful hostess. Extremely friendly and helpful. Could not do enough to please her guests. Breakfast was very good and had nice healthy options. Only a 20 min walk downtown and also very handy to metro, taxi and Uber. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect room for the three of us. Felt spacious. Good beds. Very nice staff around for breakfast. They had prepared baskets with the complete breakfast and coffee with a nice tag featuring the name of the room.

Breakfast was delicious; the owners were so kind and personable. We had to leave early in the morning, and they prepared breakfast of bread, ham, and cheese, along with orange juice and left it in our fridge! The room was clean and beautifully decorated. We loved our time there and wish we could have stayed longer!
