Great location. The bathroom and the bedroom are great. Very secure and safe. Brilliant self check in and check out. The air-conditioning stopped working and it was sorted quickly and very efficiently.

The living room is much smaller than advertised on booking.com. There were no instructions how to use the cooker. The hotplates do not work if a pan or casserole are not on the hotplate. We found that the hard way. The hotplates get blocked even when you clean the top. You have to hold the locked indicator for 5 seconds to start the cooker. We found that on the internet as no instructions in the apartment. There were no tablets or washing powder for the washing machine. We asked for at least one tablet and never got it.

A wonderful apartment, recently renovated, in a modern building. Everything in the apartment is sparkling clean, there is everything you need for living with your family. The apartments have a comfortable bed and blackout curtains that help you sleep well. The apartments are located in a quiet location. There is a supermarket and pharmacy 5 minutes by walk from the building. For information: the check-in and check-out process is simple. But you need a charged phone and access to the Internet to gain access to the building's front door and the apartment door, as they are closed with electronic locks. For tea lovers there was no kettle in the room. It wasn’t critical for us, so we didn’t ask about.

There is not a single hook in the bathroom to hang towels. There is not a single lid for frying pans.

The apartment is just like the photos. Very spacious, air conditioning, tv on the main bedroom and living room and anything that you might need for your stay. The area is very safe and we found a great place for breakfast Bom dia caffe, about 5 min walk. Customer service works really well, we called a couple of times and the service provided is good. The electonic sustem to access the property is really convenient and works really well. You can walk to the city center, it takes about half an hour or you can just take an Uber, around 6 euros or drive your own car an park it on any of the parkings around the city which are really cheap, 1 euro for 2 hours

The parking entrance/exit is really narrow, very difficult to exit. We scratch our car on the way out and we could see marks on the wall so I guess we are not the first ones…

clean and spacious enough. 2 rooms and 1 bathroom on the top floor, very comfortable beds. the living area downstairs can be converted into another bedroom and the 2nd bathroom is downstairs. good service. I needed the coffee maker replaced (it wasn't working well) and they came with a new one the very same day. speedy communication regarding entry codes before we landed and very easy.

location is good but not excellent with no metro station close by. however uber works great and is not expensive in portugal. bathrooms need hooks for towels and some counter space. there is no place to put your things there but under the sink.

I stayed here for 31 nights and the experience was amazing. Blissful Suites Porto is the perfect hybrid between hotel and apartment - hotel-like experience with the independence of an apartment. The apartment is perfectly equipped with a fridge, a stove with oven, a washer/dryer, a microwave, and also simply but beautifully decorated. You have pots, pans, cutlery... everything you need if you want to cook. The bed is super comfortable and the room has a big closet and two drawers. There's A/C and TV in both the bedroom and the living room. The bathroom is very nice, too. The building is secure and the neighborhood is safe. The apartment is SUPER CLEAN, capital letters clean, which is the most important thing for me when looking at a place to stay. My favorite thing, hands down, is that every four days someone cleans the apartment, changes the sheets and towels, and refills the bottles - just like a hotel. If you are staying in beautiful Porto for a few weeks, this is the perfect place for you. The only thing I longed for during my time there was a little desk and a chair. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Overall very nice facility...modern, new

when we arrived at 3:00pm check-in time...the staff was still busy cleaning it...she was very apologetic with the situation...which is not a big deal...so we went out to check out the neighbourhood...when we came back...we can tell the room was not 100% clean...there is still debris on the floor...which tells that it was done in a rush. Then later on...we found one aircon control missing, the coffee machine was leaking water and hot water boiler triggered the circuit break when we first use it. Also...despite the bathroom very well renovated...but it misses some small table, hooks on the water to hang stuff...so function wise it is a little bit awkward.

We had a 2-night stay in June. We chose the apartment because of the parking facility -which was great to have when you visit by car- and easy to access. The check in and entrance was via mobile phone (instructions were send) was very easy and the parking access was through code access. Although we were bit cautious that it may not work, everything worked fine. There is no reception, everything is via telephone communication. Be careful that the payment is through link not Booking. We drove to the city center (5 minutes) and had the car parked there (which was cheap) and walked around. So it is very good location when you have car. The apartment was comfortable, modern and fully air conditioned, although it was not needed during our stay.

The apartment we stayed in was on the ground floor next to the road. We didn't notice that when we reserved. There was no noise but other floor would be better.

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment — the structure and overall environment of the room were great. Everything was clean and just as shown in the pictures, which we really appreciated. However, there were a couple of small issues during our stay. There were no cups provided for the coffee, and even though we reached out through the 24h WhatsApp service they provided, we never received a reply. The same happened when we reported that the shower box was clogged and water leaked outside — unfortunately, we didn’t get any response. Despite these communication issues, the apartment itself was very nice and comfortable.

Excelent bed, great bathroom, equiped kitchen ans washing machine with dryer. Also, our request to get a quiet apartment and a parking spot in the garage was fulfilled, so we had the silence we craved for.

The balcony wasn't shining, so we spent some time cleaning to stay out a bit, too. Later on, the seagulls passed along and made some mess again. There's an electronic key, which is useless if your phone is dying or w/o batteries. We didn't receive a code for the apartment as for the garage, even though we have asked this as back-up.

The facility is not exactly in the city center, but it is close to it. It is a great advantage to have a parking lot and lift. There is a large Lidl within walking distance where you can get all your needs. The check-in process is quite easy. The apartment was very clean. The kitchen is fully equipped, every detail is well thought out. Having two bathrooms is a big plus.

The facility does not make the payment through booking, a link is sent before the trip to pay, then you complete the online check-in process and all the access codes (parking lot, exterior door, apartment) are sent to you. It should be noted that the parking lot can be difficult for large vehicles to enter and exit. For a 2 night stay for 5 people only 5 coffee capsules were left. Tea, coffee etc. should have been left according to the number of people and length of stay.
