Friendly welcome, and excellent staff very clean and comfortable everywhere Kettle in room was a blessing !! as other hotels prior to here didn't have one. Very good breakfast options !!!

The location is not the most desirable and is quite awkward to find. The spa facilities were not great, as jets were not working which was a main feature of the spa so that was very disappointing and they still charged full price !! Views not great due to undesirable area, but overall it was ok but felt more like a 3 star rating.

We had a fantastic stay at Axis porto. All staff were very welcoming, professional yet friendly. Nothing was too much to ask for and they went out their way to make our stay special. We were able to relax and forget about everyday worries. The food is delicious and the service is exceptional. The beds are really comfortable! The hotel is spotlessly clean. It is located from a short uber ride from the airport and well connected to the city centre. Buses and train/metro station are only a 3-7minutes walk away.

I have stayed in other Axis group hotels and have always been pleased with each of them. This was one of the reasons I chose the Axis Porto when looking for a room in Porto. The property is clean and well-maintained and the staff have all been courteous and helpful.

The hotel is relatively close to the airport (approx. 15 minutes by taxi). The environment is quiet and peaceful. The rooms have functional air conditioning. Free WiFi works well. Room service includes daily housekeeping, so it's really clean. The 24-hour reception is helpful for arrivals and departures at night. The spacious room has lockers, a flat-screen TV, a bathroom with a bathtub and a shower, and towels. I had a balcony and a nice view of the city. There is a small fridge with a minibar. An electric kettle and tea and coffee bags are available. It was a very comfortable bed with several pillows. The staff was very professional, friendly and helpful. My booking did not include breakfast. The price for the room is adequate to the quality offered.

The hotel is located quite far from the biggest attractions of Porto, i.e. monuments and views characteristic of this city.

My family recently stayed at the Axis Porto Business & Spa Hotel, and it was a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout their stay, making them feel very welcome. The breakfast was perfect, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day right. The SPA and pool facilities were amazing, providing a relaxing and enjoyable experience for everyone. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. It's a nice stay for families and offers excellent service and amenities.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location Great hotel, beautifully located in a very central area. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and it’s super convenient,even grabbing an Uber to Porto was easy from here. The hotel is modern, clean, and has a great pool. I also booked a massage at the spa during my stay, and it was absolutely wonderful,highly recommend it for anyone looking to unwind. Overall, a lovely stay and I’d happily return.

Staff are lovely. Breakfast was excellent. I'm a vegan and I was happy. Room was great. We had a little mini room attached, which was great. Nice balcony. Room service excellent. Lovely meal.

It is far away from the centre. €20 in a taxi. Metro 15 min walk then 20 min ride. Not 2.7 ml as advertised. Pool is extra. €5 each +€5 for a cap and €3 for flip flops. I thought I was already paying extra for a hotel with a pool. The pool / spa was tiny. Looked like they managed to squeeze a swimming pool into a bedroom!! We didn't bother using it in the end. The bar is tiny, just a tiny part of reception.

The hotel is a quiet area, but very good connections to public transport are available. The room was cleaned every day, the bed is comfortable, excellent shower pressure, and decent amenities were provided. The buffet breakfast met expectations (although some variety from one day to another would have been appreciated) and the hotel restaurant is also a good place to eat in the evening.

The walls are quite thin; if you have some noisy guests as your next-door neighbors, it might affect the quality of your stay. Also, the balcony light turns on automatically and stays lit for the entire night, but that's not a problem if you keep the curtains closed.

Good breakfast and nice staff

The spa was very small, crowded and didn't met our expectations at all. Four bed/chairs to split between 10 people. Sauna wasn't working properly, the turkish bath tube that fills the room with hot vapor is pointing the entrance, so it would burn your feet if you had to stop near the door. No spa staff available when leaving the spa.

The buffet at the restaurant for dinner was dreadful. Food had been out too long. Cold things like salad were too warm and droopy looking. Many items had only a few pieces left. Warm food was room temperature and not appetizing. I didn't order from the menu, so I can't comment on whether the fresh food was better. Waitstaff was overworked and unfriendly. Very bad. I refused to try breakfast.
