The best I can say is for Joachim, just "simply the best" and must be an example for all persons working in Hotel business in general, this Guy is ever smiling and helping, it was a pleasure to meet this person, of course all other employees are vers nice and professionnal. Thanks to all the team.

The entrance of the parking, just complicated if you got a big car, hopefully we can maneuver the car in the street to adjust the perfect direction to go inside the parking, people driving in the street are understandable, Portugese good vibe probably 🙂

Wonderful place, the personel is really really sweet, which is indicative of the people of Porto. Everybody we met were so nice. The personel were ready to help us in our native language, Spanish. The room was as expected. The place is small and cozy. It is a bit far from the city center, but with great options both with public transport - as well as Uber which costs only around €5 to get basically anywhere.

The hotel is very safe, I traveled alone so that was an important thing for me. It’s really close to the bus station (just in front of the hotel) and the subway is 8-10 minutes walk. The personal was really nice with me. The room had everything you need in a trip. It was cozy and you have enough room for everything you got on your trip. There are two supermarkets close to the hotel if needed.

The staff were amazing! From the moment I arrived until my last morning! Exceptional, every one. My room was comfortable.

We had an issue with a pet fee. The description on Bookings did not make that clear. The hotel did not provide that information nor did they have a place that asked about pets.

although the main building is under going a full renovation there’s a separate annexe where our room was located. it was obvious that this area had been completely refurbished recently

at first we thought the location appeared to be very rough. however we found that the local people, bars and restaurants to be very welcoming. we would certainly visit this area again.

The parking was good for us as we were on motorcycles and it was off the street private parking. The staff were very friendly and helpful, helping us to get a taxi to proto city centre. This was about 9 euros and a short trip.

WiFi signal was poor and didn't reach my room. Had to sit in the lobby to use it.

It was a block away from where my son lived so the location was adequate. It was also pretty close to the metro station and several nice restaurants in the area. Very quiet and clean neighborhood. Everything was as we expected :)

Rooms were small but it's Europe after all ;)

We had driven 7 hours to reach the hotel and were greeted by a very helpful and friendly person. Everyone we came in contact with couldn’t have been more helpful.

The location was quite rundown, but this did not detract from our experience.

The hotel is relatively new and there is some smell of mould (at least in the floor I stayed in)

Comfy place for short stay, staff is kind. 15 min from the airport by car. Clean rooms. Reasonable price.

Not to much opportunity to eat out or shopping around the hotel.
