Very nice residence with very nice staff. The room is spacious and has AC, a microwave and a small fridge. Very good WiFi as well.

Sometimes there was a little noise that could be heard outside the room. The sound isolation is not that good. Some of the staff dont speak english so you have to translate. The cleaning is good but often there were some hair strands in towels from the cleaners. Also the bed i had made some noises but that didnt bother me.

The best I can say is for Joachim, just "simply the best" and must be an example for all persons working in Hotel business in general, this Guy is ever smiling and helping, it was a pleasure to meet this person, of course all other employees are vers nice and professionnal. Thanks to all the team.

The entrance of the parking, just complicated if you got a big car, hopefully we can maneuver the car in the street to adjust the perfect direction to go inside the parking, people driving in the street are understandable, Portugese good vibe probably 🙂

Very modern and clean. People friendly.

At check in the their Credit card machine did not work and we had to draw cash from an ATM which cost us a whole lot more money with the Exchange and ATM fees. This should not have been our issue as our credit cards worked everywhere else. Friendly staff but a little more ability to speak English is needed.

Wonderful place, the personel is really really sweet, which is indicative of the people of Porto. Everybody we met were so nice. The personel were ready to help us in our native language, Spanish. The room was as expected. The place is small and cozy. It is a bit far from the city center, but with great options both with public transport - as well as Uber which costs only around €5 to get basically anywhere.

The hotel is very safe, I traveled alone so that was an important thing for me. It’s really close to the bus station (just in front of the hotel) and the subway is 8-10 minutes walk. The personal was really nice with me. The room had everything you need in a trip. It was cozy and you have enough room for everything you got on your trip. There are two supermarkets close to the hotel if needed.

Good transport, good and polite staff, clean rooms

There should be a small table and a chair in the rooms. There is space for that (not much space, but you can do it). I needed to work a bit with my laptop and I had to do it in bed. An even basic breakfast could also make a difference.

The staff were amazing! From the moment I arrived until my last morning! Exceptional, every one. My room was comfortable.

We had an issue with a pet fee. The description on Bookings did not make that clear. The hotel did not provide that information nor did they have a place that asked about pets.

Great stuff, helped me to park my big car, everybody was very nice and sunny. The room was quite spacious with big bathroom. Coffeemaker and microwave in the room are the best for travellers. Dog friendly hotel is a big plus.

Entry to the private parking is too narrow.

although the main building is under going a full renovation there’s a separate annexe where our room was located. it was obvious that this area had been completely refurbished recently

at first we thought the location appeared to be very rough. however we found that the local people, bars and restaurants to be very welcoming. we would certainly visit this area again.

The parking was good for us as we were on motorcycles and it was off the street private parking. The staff were very friendly and helpful, helping us to get a taxi to proto city centre. This was about 9 euros and a short trip.

WiFi signal was poor and didn't reach my room. Had to sit in the lobby to use it.
