fantastic bed , very modern decor and easy to check in

No internet in the bedrooms, so I had an important meeting which I was told I need to do in the reception! I imagine they will resolve this, but really should have been done before opening as it is a business hotel

Interior and kindness of the staff

Room services were not as professional as expected. Told us to wait until the check-in, but the room was not ready even after the check-in time. Found the leftovers foods in the fridge after check-in.

The hotel needs to improve the Wi-Fi network it offers. It’s a shame, because aside from this detail, I think the hotel deserves a better rating.

The hotel was brand new, so the facilities were exceptional. The staff were always ready to help and were multilingual. For US and Australian travellers, the rooms were very large by European standards. They were also well thought out. The location is great if you want to be a little out of town, but there is a good metro system with regular transport into the centre. The breakfast options were varied and well appointed. Overall, this was a great stay, and I would definitely come back.

The hotel could offer a laundry service, and I wish there were more meal options (restaurants) close by, even thoughthe restaurantand bar in the hotel were great. Saying that, Brasao Antas is a great restaurant about a 10 minute (slow walk) from the hotel. Their staff and meals were exceptional.

A comfortable, stylish, and new hotel, a very pleasant stay, staff is very friendly. Very diverse and delicious breakfast, especially the dessert table. The only thing missing was at least something with fish, which, I must say, is a slight surprise from a great maritime nation.

In the shower, the hot water supply sometimes brings unexpected surprises; the temperature is not consistent. The location is close to the airport and the city center, which is a big plus for relatively cheap evening taxi rides to the city center. However, there is a stadium nearby… God forbid you end up at the hotel when a football match ends, you’ll get stuck in your car for about an hour. No moving forward or backward.

I loved staying here. Would definitely stay again when I visit Porto. The entrance to the lobby was very welcoming. It smelled amazing as soon as you walked in. The staff was friendly and helpful in suggesting where we should go for food and drinks. The room was immaculate! Very clean, the beds were comfortable, and smelled great. Again, I will definitely stay here again when I visit Porto. I have 0 regrets staying here.

Very few things I didn't like which was the lack of amenities. There were no slippers or coffee in our rooms but it was the least of our concerns. That was the only note that I had but hardly anything to complain about to be honest

it was clean and brand new hotel. Breakfast was excellent. Room was quiet and large with really great bed. to my opinion its more the 4 star and incase they fix the minority issues of new Hotel, it would be very difficult to book it with this price level.

Hotel was new and some minority issues were not yet fixed. e.g. the internet wifi connection was not stable. our room didn't have safe box at first but they sent it immediately after our request. Location is not close to city center but instead it's calm

Staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel is still very new, clean and tastefully decorated, with beautifully furnished and spacious rooms.

Not very well connected with the city’s public transport and quite far from the subway (had to walk around 10-15 minutes to get there). We also had some issues with the shower: the drainage system seemed to be clogged and we had to close the tap and wait for the water to go down multiple times during the shower, or else the bathroom would be flooded.

This hotel is completely new. For the decoration a lot of wood was used, which gives the hotel a very pleasant and cosy appearance. Particularly interesting is the wooden ceiling in the breakfast room. The rooms are luxurious and spacy.

The location is not great, if you want to visit the city center or if you don’t come by car. The great breakfast buffet had, from our point of-of-view, only one little drawback: The milk from the coffee machine was sweetened. No way to get a milk coffee without sugar. Just a little annoyance.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout the stay. One of the highlights was the breakfast, there was a good variety of options, and everything we tried was fresh and delicious. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The location is not too close to the center, but it is located in a nice area.
