Everything was perfect, wish every hotel was like this. -The staff is phenomenal, speak multiple languages (english and portuguese + additional languages like Spanish, French etc.). -The room is perfect sized (very big) -Beds are comfy, although if youre 1m90 you need a twin bed for yourself - location is perfect. 200m walking from hotel to the station (metro leaves every couple minutes and goes straight to the city center in 20min) and busses connect to everywhere where the metro doesnt go.

- This is now my go-to hotel in Porto, because of that, i havent tried many other hotels in Porto. - since you're near student housing it can be loud during the evening because of a couple bars

The breakfast was delicious, fresh pastries and fruits. The room was very spacious, with a nice bath and shower. They took care of cleanliness. The liquid soap/shower gel smells nice, but the body lotion is stale (probably not used). We couldn't control the built-in air conditioner and sometimes it was cold in the room. The room also had a balcony, but we didn't use it much. Next to the room, there was also a kitchen area with a small refrigerator (minibar). It is easily reach by metro and buses.

There was no mango juice ☹

I had to book this hotel short notice because my husband was admitted to Sao Joao hospital while on vacation in Porto, and this hotel is in walking distance. Staff was superb - friendly, efficient and accommodating. Room was clean and well appointed. Breakfast is served every morning at 12 Euros per person. Alvaro at the restaurant was welcoming and sweet and inquired about my husband every morning.

I would have liked to extend my stay for one more night to coincide with my husband's release from the hospital, but the hotel was fully booked.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights and left very satisfied. The room is spacious and clean with all the necessary facilities. Right in front of the hotel there are several bars and terraces where you can have a drink in the evening even until late. The metro station is a short walk away. But we often used Uber/Bolt for a very affordable price. The reception staff was very kind and even provided us with some valuable tourist information. Breakfast costs 10 euros per person, but we chose to eat outside the hotel. In the end, it was a pleasant stay in this hotel. I recommend.

Hotel with very big and confortable room, having kitchen utilities is a plus. I was able to relax on a confortable environment. Will most probably not be my last stay.

- Shower must be updated. - For hotel category it is a pity that we cannot connect our devices to the TV or having streaming possibilities. - Noise at night from outside, not Hotel fault.

I liked the shower in the hotel, I liked the cleanliness and the beds were comfortable and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

The only thing that I did not like was that the Internet kept dropping, but apart from this everything else was very good and me and my daughter enjoyed our stay.

It was very close to my son’s unit which we appreciated. Train 5 minutes away takes you into Porto centre and to Gaia which was handy. Tea or coffee making facilities and fridge. Beds comfortable and had my first Portuguese Tart available in the

Kitchenette with sink and small stove, but no crockery (cups only), cutlery or cookware. Great shower and separate toilet both opening into the bedroom- not good if you weren’t a married couple.

Excellent hotel, I have booked a room here several times and everything is great. Near the metro, cafes and shops nearby. The room is very comfortable, there is a mini kitchen, tea/coffee/water, apples, you can take sweets for tea downstairs. Very clean, comfortable bed, always quiet.

We stayed for several days on a business trip to FEUP. The proximity to the university was the main criterion for our selection, and, in this respect, it was perfectly located (for the city center it was a bit far, but the metro station of Hospital São João for line D was just around the corner). The room was very comfortable and spacious, the bed was nice, adequate sitting place and a kitchenette for basic usage. The room (including the bathroom) was very clean and very well sound-insulated. The personnel was kind, attentive and particularly quick-to-act to whatever we requested.

Although the kitchenette was available for basic usage (coffee + microwave), there were barely any plates to use for having even something small. Using the cooker comes with an extra charge (which is also kind of unusual), but we weren't actually interested in cooking; just make something quick to eat for breakfast, because we didn't have the time to actually have breakfast at the hotel on most mornings. The management may want to reconsider this policy. Other than that, the room was a bit dark. Finally, some balcony furniture would have been useful to make the best use of the balcony with the nice view.
