Our family of 5 stayed in the apartment so we had our own kitchen and bathroom. The apartment was clean and tidy and Miriam greeted us and gave us some information about the area and a lovely glass of local port wine!

Nothing, it was perfect for our overnight stay. Wish we could have stayed longer to explore Porto more. Not a criticism but just some info for other travelers - The apartment is on top floor and there is no lift so just for people to be aware if you have big bags it would be hard to lift them up all the flights (we only had small overnight bags so it was very easy for us)

Great host, outside tourists are, but well located, better food options, and really quiet. The host Paulo and his partner were super welcoming, incredibly organized, he recommended great places to visit, and they also were really accommodating. Their place is beautiful, art everywhere, the beds were super comfortable, the bathroom too. Lots of natural light, cozy and comfortable sitting everywhere. Also close to cleaning clothes, and stores. And really economic taxi to center if you want 😁

The room was clean and very quiet The communication was outstanding The shared kitchen is useful Check-in process fully operational (even if they should not use WhatsApp but a professional website I would suggest) The location is okay especially for guests with a car as you can easily find a free parking slot on the street.

Check-in process over what's app is not the last standard for security, confidentiality and availability. The room was quite small, only one side access to the double bed for 2 persons. The shower was very tiny. Prices are fluctuating : sometime ok, sometime clearly overpriced.

Jorge, the owner, was very friendly and welcoming. He greeted us with some port wine and provided us with a tourist map. Jorge explained the main attractions and was very helpful. We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel early before checking in and our suitcases were taken to our room. The location is very convenient a short walk from the metro line to the airport and around 20 minutes walk to the city centre.

The curtains were quite thin, so didn't feel 100 percent privacy. The shower didn't get hot on the second morning.

We had a great stay! The host was very attentive texting us to check in if we have arrived to let us know that our room is ready and sent us more than enough information on how to enter, check-in etc including an explanatory video! The room and the shared spaces were very clean and we were able to sleep very comfortably!

The location is pretty good but not optimal as it is just a little bit far away from the center but that's mostly because it is uphill!

The owner was extremely nice and helpful, gave us information on what to visit and offered a glass of delicious Port wine! He does care about the visitors and it shows. The building is renovated and the room very comfortable, bed was admittedly super comfy and there was AC available that ensured we weren't cold at any given moment, despite the bad weather during our visit. Rooms are a fair size for a couple if you're a tidy person, bathroom was equipped with soap and hair dryer which was appreciated. The location isn't too bad for the price, although we did have to depend on public transport or taxis due to the bad weather not making the route super walkable. Taxi from accomodation to the centre is cheap!

I would like to make a little note about the noise. Do bring earplugs because insulation isn't great and we did get woken up a couple of times during the night due to other visitors coming back drunk or something and making noise - not the accommodation's fault. But I have to say, despite appreciating the squeaky clean accommodation and despite being extremely nice ladies, the cleaners are very intrusive with the space and make a lot of noise in the morning. Loud music, speaking on the phone, speaking loudly to each other right outside your room, hoovering aggressively, all that at 9am one day. Cleaning is one thing and creating chaos is another. 😜

Comfortable bed, great location 10min walk from subway. The common areas (kitchen and lounge) looked great, although I didn’t use them. Checking-in was very easy and host extremely nice and responsive. I found it a very nice place to stay for one night.

The bathroom was very tiny, but everything worked well. It was very noisy at night, I think someone had a big dog who barked a few times, although it calmed down later.

Very nice apartment. Very clean and comfortable. Close to metro station. Our host Jorge was incredible!!!! Not only answered our questions in no time but also suggested places to go, restaurants, even where to have fun. It was like we already had a friend in .Porto. After traveling in more than 30 countries this was one of the best value for money choice. Highly recommended.

The spacious shared area. Locality. The decor. The cleanliness. The convenience. The comfortable bed. Lovely balcony. Particularly, the host Tom, who was rather helpful, helped me with itinerary, greeted me with a local port, and chatted to me about Football. Value for money

How loud the room upstairs was and the room beside. Was almost as if they were moving furniture about for hours. Banging doors. Shouting. Wasn't ideal as I had an early flight the next day, but outside was quiet. I'd have rated it 8 on this but gave 10 due to the host being so good and value for money. I'm a volunteer zoo keeper and had a fantail fish for 10 years. If anything small, I'd recommend a bigger tank for fish with more enrichment and places to hide for them with some live vegetation.

Great price per value, there's a kitchen and a living room where to eat. The host was very nice and always reachable on Whatsapp.

Our room was very small, it's good if you're only traveling with a backpack but we had a big suitcase and once it was open on the floor we could barely walk in the room.
