The appartment was very nice. Location is good, you are quickly in the center. We enjoyed our stay, and also liked the restaurant Bbg 1858 very much! we would recommend some extra mirrors in the appartment, because 4 woman and only 1 mirror in the bathroom is not working. It would be nice to have a big full lenght mirror.

Just an fyi for you, when entering the building at night, the lights turn on too late, you have to walk some stairs for the lights to turn on, so perhaps adjusting the sensor? It is quite dark. The other issue is known to you, but for us no big problem, we could handle it and you reacted promptly to it.

Lovely bright, modern, spacious apartment, good location, quiet but easily accessible to historical centre on foot or by train (overground metro). Lapa Station is a few minutes walk away, supermarkets, shops etc nearby. We had two choices of very nice free breakfasts as part of our Booking deal. Kitchen includes dishwasher and washing machine/dryer. We would definitely stay here again if visiting Porto.

There was nothing to dislike. However, there are a few essentials that need to be added, as already mentioned by earlier clients: a clothes drying rack for items that can't be put in the dryer, an ironing board and iron, hooks in the bathroom for hanging towels and clothes and also a full length mirror in the hallway.

The location was outstanding. It was clean, well-stocked, the breakfast was delicious and the layout was clean, modern and spacious. Very happy - especially for the price. Staff were incredibly nice and responsive to messages. The dinner at the affiliated 1858 restaurant was our best in Porto and possibly all of portugal - definitely go!

The layout of the apartment was awkward. For example - the dining table was inside one of the bedrooms, so anytime we wanted to eat a meal (we cooked most of our meals at home) we had to eat in someone's room. The glasses were above the frdige so i basically had to climb onto the counter to get a mug or cup. Little things like that.

the apartment was a wonderful base where we discovered Porto. Great to have a kitchen, for coffee or to prepare a meal yourself. The beds slept well, the shower was fine. And the breakfast delicious. One day yogurt (which was finely taken into account lactose intolerance) the next day sandwiches. The public transport was nearby and easy to take. It is also good to walk towards the city.

The road past the apartment is busy, so you do not like to open the window. With the windows closed, it didn't bother us. The thing we missed was an extra mirror. Now it was busy in front of the mirror An extension cord would be nice, so you don't have to change the plug every time you use the kettle instead of milk frother. But if this is all, you have nothing to complain about, right?;)

nice and comfortable apartment, clean, good location, nice staff. There was a welcome tea and coffee. I general we enjoyed our stay. Location was also nice for us.

sound isolation not super good - you could here neighbors talking in their bedroom as if they were in your own room. No curtains in the living room, so if someone sleeps on the couch it is not very comfortable as too many lights. There is a good coffee machine, but you need coffee pads (special Nespresso) which you can not buy in the regular supermarket, but only at reception for 50cent per piece.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Oporto Serviced Apartments. The location is fantastic—situated in a convenient and charming area, making it easy to explore Porto's highlights. The apartment itself was well-maintained, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Overall, it was a great experience, and we’d happily recommend it to others visiting Porto

The only minor issue we encountered was with the key collection process. We weren’t informed beforehand about the new collection point, which caused a bit of confusion upon arrival. However, once we sorted it out, everything went smoothly.

Main area of Porto within easy walking distance and next to metro. Was clean and some free coffee provided. Comfortable bed. Apartment well presented. Kitchen well equipped. The housekeeping lady offered me more towels and toilet roll and she was very pleasant.

Some finishing touches needed - a full length mirror and a clock would have been useful. Some milk for the coffee would have been nice. The rug in the hall needs an anti-slip mat underneath, kept moving around and nearly fell over when going into bedroom! Don’t pay €11 for breakfast, plenty of cafes and a supermarket nearby.

The apartment is comfortable. You have 2 rooms, they are small but it is enough space. Big bathroom is nice. Good value for money, would recommend. Two breakfast options to choose from, delivered to your front door every morning, very convenient. Friendly and helpful staff. Good restaurant.

The street were the apartment is located is very busy so you hear noice from the cars throughout the night. The insolation is not very good, you can hear the downstairs neighbours snoring and talking. I would recommend having a lock box outside the apartment with the keycards that you can only access once online check-in is complete, to accomodate travellers arriving outside of business hours. I would also recommend a third breakfast option that contains some muffins, eggs, cheese and cold meat/sausage/bacon.

Large, spotlessly clean apartment just a 5 minute walk from the metro station. Breakfast was delivered every morning and was simple but fresh and plenty. Milk was in the fridge and plenty of tea and coffee. We were offered a welcome drink when we checked in at the main reception; just a 5 minute walk away. Plenty of shops close by to purchase any food. We couldn't fault our stay and should we return to Porto will definitely stay at the apartment again.

No dislikes whatsoever.
