Great room, very nice shared flat, comfortable, with everything you need for a comfortable stay: big terrace with tables and chairs, fully equiped kitchen. Our room was big with a very comfortable bed, TV with Netflix, nice bathroom. Everything was very clean and got the impression we were in a private flat rather than shared accomodation.

We had issue with checkin as didn´t get the message telling us we had to pay city tax online so had to do on the go. The link didn´t work with iPhone so had to go late at night to their offices to pay the fee. I was traveling with a small kid and lots of luggage and struggle to make them help me. After several messages back and forth, they allowed me to leave my luggage inside the flat but advice against as couldn´t guarantee it would be there on my return. That made me feel very unsafe, Don´t understand why they couldn´t give me the code so I could leave my things inside the room as I had already pay for the room and we were talking about 20 miserable euros por city tax. Not cool. The room and flat itself very nice.

Good value for the price. It has a good air conditioner, a small desk to work, good internet, and a hot shower. It has whatever you need. I recommend the place and probably will come back there.

The location is very good, but there is no sign to find the place in the first place. If you are a newcomer to the city or the country, you will have hard work finding the place. I highly recommend they define themselves on Google Maps. It will be much easier to find the location. If you need a place to put your luggage there before check-in or after the check-in, I don't recommend the place as there is no front desk. I knew that and it wasn't a problem to me at all as I didn't need that.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this place. Its convenient location made it close to everything I needed. The cleanliness of the place was exceptional, and its accessibility to various destinations was very convenient. The staff, even when assisting remotely, were incredibly helpful and displayed outstanding professionalism. Their organized approach in handling any situation was greatly appreciated

Location was good. Right near amenities. Easy check in and check out. Bed was comfy. Shower and bathroom worked well.

No wardrobe. View was of another wall. No radiator, there is an air conditioning unit but it doesn’t produce much heat. Since it was raining there was nowhere to dry our stuff.

Great location, cozy and comfortable room (but to be honest, a little bit small), easy self-check-in process. Everything is new and clean. The bed, TV with Netflix and YouTube, and Wi-Fi were excellent. The terrace was also a great place for breakfast and dinner.

The kitchen was a little dirty, and we saw some tiny ants. There is no manual on how to sort waste, but there are a lot of different garbage bins. A little bit noisy from the street, but this is not a fault of the property. Also, the walls behind all the rooms are very thin so you can hear your neighbors.

Accomodation is situated practicaly few minutes from the historical centre of Porto in quite street. There are lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Room has everything you need, bed is comfortable. Bathroom is pretty small but for the short stay it's more than ok.

Wasn't expecting hair dryer, which was very pleasent to have in the room since we were traveling with small backpacks.

Room was a bit smaller than I expected, when I saw them on the pictures. Otherwise, everything was just fine.

Easy access and off the Main Street. Close to everything if your not trying to be by the river during your stay.

Depending on the other people staying there it might be a bit loud but that’s out of the control of the property.

Very good location,10 min walking to station Trinidade. There is a common kitchen with almost all U need. Quiet place.

You need to have a stable internet connection to get a codes to enter the apartment but personnel is always in contact.
