I liked the location and the style of the room.

It didn’t have a kitchen nor fridge as I was led to believe based on what I say on your site. It was advertised as an apartment. It was a room. The customer service representative Emanuel was rude and disrespectful. He at one point had me wait for several minutes before he answered the phone. He kept clicking g in. Eventually he answered, ‘I assume this is Mr. Williams.’ After I shook off his negativity and accepted that there was not a fridge, nor a place to get ice, nor anyplace nearby to get water for my room I adjusted. That television is a waste of space.

Great and beautiful room.

Bathroom would flood every time we shower. Also had a bit of a problem accessing the building, but service was good.

Room is comfortable and well equipped. Location is superb - right in the middle of the old town. Plenty of bars and restaurants around and walking distance from all main sites.

There is no reception staff. All is done through the app and it’s really difficult to get a real person on the phone. We reserved four rooms and didn’t have a pleasant experience at arrival. We couldn’t open one of them as the door code simply didn’t work. No instructions what to do in these cases. The only option was to call the Munich centre. It took a while to sort that out. Another room had the door wide open when we got there. It was tidy and clean, so we settled down. Locked the room and went out for dinner. The door was wide open again when we got back. We only managed to have it sorted the next day when by chance the maintenance guy was in the building to sort something else out.

I almost didn’t stay here because of the bad reviews and happy I trusted my gut. The place is super nice for its price, exactly what you’re paying for. I was in the room in front of the bar during friday and saturday and didn’t have any problem with noise, the windows held it well. The location is great, we didn’t use uber for anything, and the room itself is also very comfortable. The air conditioner works super well, the bed is great and the bathroom is also a good size.

- Apartment has a great location to explore the city. There is also a lot of cafes, restaurants and a great bar in front ;) - The room was very clean and had basic amenities. - Very quiet place, we had a good night sleep.

- If you don't choose the room with a view, you might get one like ours - with the view of the wall and trash bins. - Customer service is online, so everything needs to be dealt with through chat - it's not for everybody. - Our room had a plumbing problem. The shower was clogged, and after a few minutes, it flooded the bathroom and part of the room near the door. Our stay was very short, so it was impossible to fix during our time. Bathroom was hard to use and impossible for both of us to take a shower in. However, communication via WhatsApp was quick and polite. The resolution was a partial 20% refund. - In a double room, there is only one chair, which is not very comfortable if you want to spend more time in the room than just sleep and sightseeing.

I liked that the location was central. That there was a nice small terrace and that the bed was comfy.

There were no mugs for coffee/tea. Just two small paper ones. At night, the clients from the pub in front of the BB are sitting at the entrance and you have to ask permission to access the door. It's also a bit loud on the street at night because of the amount of people, but from the third floor with windows closed it was not disturbing at all and we could sleep very well.

1. Adjacency to the city's center is good. 2. Reasonable price, which stem from no front desk and outsourced cleaning ladies.

1. HQ service needs to be improved in terms of responsiveness. They also rejected to provide additional towel in the first place when I asked. 2. Drunk people block the front door. They party hard with lots of smokings. Can't open the room window after 9 p.m. 3. Cleaning ladies were not that professional. Didnt't pick up the trash on the floor.

The location is perfect, it is really easy to anywhere from the hotel. right in front of the hotel there is a bar that can be a little too crowded at night but it is very convenient to have a drink in the afternoon. It takes only 5 minutes walk to the most famous pastel de nata shop and to the famous bookshop. The check in process is also very simple and easy, everything is well explained. The room itself is very decent. It is spacious enough for two people, the AC works just fine, and what I like the most is that they give you so many storages that you can put your bags there.

They didn't really clean the room. I stayed for 3 nights and I always asked them to clean my room but whenever I got to the hotel they just changed the towel and throw away the trash (yea at least they did this). they didn't even make up the bed. At the second night at my stay I found an insect on my bed, which was very bad.

A good place to stay in Porto. You have everything you need and more. Good location, in the center, but not too crowds with tourists. Our towels were changed every day! Our windows were on the side of inner yard, so we didn’t hear much of a noise from the bars outside on the street, which are always pretty packed. So if you are a light sleeper, I would recommend you to ask for a room going to the inner yard, just for a case ;)

It was a bit dusty, maybe take a little bit more time to clean the floors.

Great location, room is spacious and comfortable, very quiet although it is in a lively neighborhood, the windows dont let any noise in. it is surrounded by nice restaurants and brunch places. we really loved the location and the comfort of the room and would highly recommend.

The check-in process was not very easy. it is done independently online, the code sent to us for the gate was wrong, had to call the hotel, which ended up being a number in spain to get it fixed.
