The location was even better than expected, right in the middle of local nightlife and sightseeing spots, with plenty of options for dinner or a drink to relax after a long day’s walk around the city. The apartment was spacious, and I appreciated that everything was ready upon arrival. Normally, with apartments, there is always something missing, like liquid dish soap or a simple dish brush.

The host had serious issues with phishing attempts and I received several fake messages which I was fortunately able to determine were created by some type of bot. Not sure if the host was using a virus infected computer, or Booking has a real underlying issue with their messaging solution and phishing attempts.

From the very first day Anna who greeted me was absolutely beautiful as was (sorry the other lady - name slip). The service was impeccable & my room an absolute delight. Easily accessible from the street with no fuss code & door key. The balcony as an added bonus was lovely to dry clothing & soak up a few sun rays though no great views. Comfortable bed, kitchen though small perfect well equipped for my needs & bathroom the same. Loved the separate laundry & open plan bedroom, lounge kitchen an overall delight. Spotless apartment, lots of light & felt very spacious considering the size.

I was cold as I feel the air conditioning for heat wasn’t working it could have been how I operated it. I would have liked another warmer bed covering but I didn’t think to follow up & ask. I do feel the cold so it may not be a problem for others.

Very well-maintained property right in the heart of the historic centre. The rooms were done to a high standard with every comfort catered for those on a short or extended stay. There are plenty of cafes and bars (as well as grocery stores) nearby yet the noise level is minimal on the street facing side due to superb triple glazing and non-existant on the back facing apartments with good sized balconies. The 'odd numbered' rooms have slightly larger bathrooms and a balcony which face away from the street. Superb air-con and the transfer service to the airport was second-to-none! A very happy experience all round!

Really easy self check-in, received the instructions on the day of arrival. We arrived at 1am due to a late flight, I updated our arrival time on the booking.com app and received confirmation quickly. Always worried with self check-in's that something won't work (especially late at night) but it was really easy to gain access and instructions were clear and simple! The apartment is in a great location, on a street with lots of restaurants and in walking distance of everything! We went to Zenith Brunch and Cocktails round the corner everyday - it was great. On Friday and Saturday nights it was very busy around the apartment and music from bars nearby was loud until early hours but this didn't bother us, just something to be mindful of if booking over a weekend. Apartment itself was lovely, just like the pictures. We were on the first floor so didn't have a good balcony view which was a shame so we didn't use it but spent most of our time out anyway. Beautifully furnished place, had everything we needed including iron etc, bed was comfortable and aircon was a plus. Did find that some of the stone wall made the floor dusty/dirty. Overall would definitely recommend staying here and if I were to return to Porto would definitely stay again!

Great location with a wonderful view from the balcony. Close to several good cafes and restaurants. Spacious apartment with white painted walls, traditional window shutters and wooden ceiling. Comfortable bed. Good lighting. An excellent range of cooking equipment and utensils. Appreciated the coffee pods, tea bags and condiment sachets. Milk or creamer would have been a nice touch on arrival.

The apartment was spacious, and clean, and we appreciated the daily clean and change of towels. However, there were a few things which were disappointing on arrival…such as a kitchen cupboard door hanging off a damaged hinge, a missing espresso cup, a leaky coffee machine which didn’t work properly, the freezer compartment needed defrosting (you couldn’t put anything in it), stains on the sofa and chairs which made them look tired and shabby, not enough hangers and a mouldy shower cubicle which leaked water. Despite this, we loved the apartment, its location and would stay here again.

Absolute gem of a booking! Tatiana was helpful and let us store our luggage in the hotel while we waited for check in. They also let us have an earlier check in as well. The room was very spacious with all supplies needed for cooking. Washroom was a little small, but not a concern for us. Our balcony was great because we were able to get lots of sun and fresh air throughout the day. For those with mobility issues, there are no elevators for this booking. We were fine with this because we enjoyed the little bit of exercise after all the gelato and pastel de nata :) When we requested more amenities, they supplied them without hesitation. The location was perfect and walkable to the river, bars, restaurants, grocery stores and other attractions. Make sure to head to Dubon chocolate bar for port wine and chocolate tasting, it's close by and the homemade chocolates were delicious.

The location was perfect. Met three staff during our stay, all were very friendly and helpful. They tidied up the rooms when we were out which we didn't expect.

Not enough sugar for customers to use. Bought a kilo bag and hopefully they will leave the sugar for other guests to benefit. The grouting in part of the bathroom and the base of the shower tray are black with dirt, needs attention and renewing. Was given quotes for taxi services to and from the airport but found out that it's double the price of normal rate.

It was a beautiful unit! Very modern and chic. Nice to have the space, the couch and table and kitchenette. The location was conveniently located. The staff were very helpful ( got our luggage up to our room, gave us suggestions and generally cheerful and welcoming)

Though conveniently located it was VERY noisy in the evenings til quite late and even with windows and shutters closed it was hard to sleep( plus we preferred to sleep with at least one window a little open for fresh air ). The room was very hot and our air conditioner would not work and as it was the weekend no one answered our call for assistance. Some hooks in the bathroom on the back of the bathroom door would be helpful. Not having an elevator would’ve made it tougher if we were any higher up.

Good location - lively bar and restaurant area in evening and easy to walk to historic areas for sightseeing. Apartment was spacious and a lovely retreat after the busy-ness of Porto. Bed was very comfortable, shower worked well, kitchen area had everything we needed. Staff were friendly.

We paid extra for a balcony and there was one, with furniture to allow seating, and a street view. However, there is so much construction going on in Porto just now that it looked straight into a building site and we never sat out there. For us, the room was worth the cost but not the balcony.

Apartments conveniently located in the city centre, so pretty much everything was in the walking distance. We liked the view from the windows, so once you wake up, open the windows and enjoy the sun and the view. Studio perfectly fits for 2 people, you have everything what you need in the kitchen (except for washing machine), and the room was recently renovated so you feel quite cozy. We also ordered breakfast via the host, and it was amazing! (just keep in mind that it will be left behind the door in a nice basket at the time you requested). So yes, most probably we will stay here again when visiting Porto next time.

Everything was great. Just something to keep in mind: apartments were on the top floor and there are no elevator in the building.
