Clean and comfortable. In a great location.

I checked in for keys to my room then went to go grab dinner. The gentleman at the reception desk asked me for my keys?? And stated he needed them while “I was out in case I would loose them?” Ok, number one, I am not a uni student, I don’t look irresponsible, I know this is a hostel, but does not render the right for anyone to keep your keys while your out? Of the hotel your checked into?! Felt real uneasy about that.

The location of the guest house is just perfect, so close to everyting, next to the Livraria Lello and amazing design shop A Vida Portuguesa, few steps to all the sight seeing. R. da Galeria de Paris is a beautiful street. The receptionists were very nice and helpful. The room for one with shared bathroom was, of course, tiny and with the basic stuff, but I didn´t need more and if you consider you get a good breakfast in the price for the room, it is worth. I would definitely book this place again. And the breakfast was prepared by the most handsome guy I have seen in Porto!

Amazing hotel. In the heart of the city centre. Next to the best bars, close to supermarkets, bus stops, metro, The staff is extremely helpful and kind. The ladies in the dining room are so lovely and smiley. The breakfast includes everything you wish for, coffee, tea, milk, juice, hot water, butter, marmelade, croissant, bread, ham, cheese, corn flakes, The room had all the facilities we need and it was very clean. There was no noise from.the bars downstairs because the windows are sealed well. We are very excited with the hotel and the staff. Thank you for your help. I hope we will come back soon.

The location of the facility was very good. Apart from that, all the places to visit were very close. The staff, especially Andrea. Thank you very much. They were very attentive. The breakfast was classic and good enough.

It was in a place like a bar street. If you have trouble sleeping noisily, this may be a problem for you. Music plays until 5 o'clock at night. the windows of the rooms were not insulated and the sound was entering the room.

The location was great and the staff very helpful. I should clarify, the location was great in terms of being near points of interest with most things a 20 minute or so walk away, but the Clerigus Tower very close, and a wonderful outside park with restaurant/bar.

This is located on a party street so bring your earplugs because music is playing till 4 AM five nights of the week. Bathrooms are small, which did not affect us, but might be the case for men or taller people. They also could be used to these kinds of smaller bathrooms!

Location (but it was loud on weened). I was not robbed as some people whose opinions I saw in Google - there was always someone at the reception . Top breakfast. Lift to go on the 4th floor . Cleanness improved from past reviews .

WiFi did not work. Room was super small so if the price is higher than 50 euros it’s not worth it.

Attentive staff. We had an issue with the aircon in the room and they tried to fix it however it didnt work but they offered to changed the room straight away. We were also checking out quite early in the morning so they offered to give us the breakfast to take away which was lovely and thoughtful as they also gave us soy chocolate milk. The location was great right in the city centre and close to the main attractions.

The location was perfect, right in the center; walking distance to everything and close to a lot of Public Transport. Breakfast was good, the room was clean, and the staff was really nice.

The room that was listed in our booking pictures were not the same as the room that we received. It was much much smaller than what was shown in the booking. It's also a bit noisy when people in the rooms next to your come in; it's like they are in the room with you. It was also a bit strange that we had to leave our key at the front desk every time we left the building, but that was not so bad, just strange.

The staff were very warm and helpful. The breakfast was adequate in a small dining area.

The carpet on the corridor was very tired and needs refreshing. The toilet paper holder was empty, replaced by a large roll without its proper dispenser. It was adequate but a bit rough and ready.
