Incredible location, satisfied with facilities, comfort and cleanliness. Very nice staff, offered insight on the nearby local restaurants and shops. He let us leave our luggage post check-out time so we could have one last exploration day, and everything went relatively smoothly in terms of check-in and our stay. We loved the balcony/patio.

Personal was friendly and helpful, location is in city center. Rooms were clean and cool in the heat of Porto a nice place to have a rest.

It is near a place were people go out at night so you can hear some sounds at night but the 5 star hotel next to it also suffers from that, it is just the location you are in and not the accommodation's fault. I write this for those that are light sleepers that may not like this but it did not bother me.

Very convenient location, around the corner from Livario Lello and so close to other amazing sights. Staff are super friendly and very accommodating. We left our mobile phone in the room on our last day. Management went out of their way to bring the phone to us but we had to make our flight, so the phone was promptly sent to our home. We are extremely grateful. This type of kindness is so rare. Definitely stay here again next trip.

For that price range in the center of the city with everything near by very good. Complaints about music, you can take the yard facing room and it isn’t that bad, you can sleep well. Big advantage they have bathroom inside the room, although small.

Very good location and helpful nice host.In the centre of porto.We can discover the city by foot.Many good store and resturant nearby.At this price，the room and the bed is fine and clean enough.

Only one things we don‘t satisfy is the wifi，almost could not be used.The wifi need to upgrade definitely. Another thing is the Hotel just surrounded by several night clubs.So there is bass music and people talk over the night，especially Friday night！But we have already known that by comments before booking.So this is not problem for us.

Great location. The staff was friendly and helpful. All areas were very clean. Upon returning back to the hotel one night, I was even introduced to the extended family as they were all in the lobby when I walked in. The owner made me feel like I was someone special enough to meet his family. Very sweet! He even carried my bag up 3 flights of steps for me. 😊 Would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Porto.

The staff is great, very helpful and fun. The location within the city is great. It had everything we needed. We had to check-out early, but it was no problem and very simple.

Unfortunately there are bars and nightclubs all around the area, which makes sleeping a challenge. We used the ventilator to drown out the outside noise at least a little bit.

Great location, might not be ideal if you’re sensitive to late night noise but for us it was fine. Great balcony.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, answering all our questions and offering additional tips to explore the city. They provided everything I asked for. The location is perfect. While the rooms were a bit old, they were very clean. I will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location, from where you can walk to almost all important attractions in the city. The street the hotel is located in is full of night clubs and bars, so be wary of the noise if that's something you're sensitive to.
