The location was excellent. The room was perfectly clean and fresh towels were provided every day. The TV had a variety of channels in multiple languages. Check in was simple and having a 12:00 check out was a huge bonus.

The wifi in the rooms was a bit hit an miss and there is no elevator which could be an issue for some people as the stairs were a little uneven. Not a problem for us but something to be aware of if you have mobility issues.

Great position in the middle of the city, everything is walking distance. We had a double room with a shared bathroom, it was always spotless clean. Easy check-in and check-out. The building is safe, you can only access with your room card or code. The room and facilities are basic, but if you plan to stay out most of the day, this place is ideal.

The room was very very small, no closet to put clothes and just some hangers. There were no bedside lamps. The room would get quite stuffy, so we slept with our window open, but the noise from the street downstairs it’s really super loud from all the partying that goes on until 9 in the morning. Also, to reach the room you have to take the stairs to the 4th floor, so it should be taken into consideration for people with limited mobility.

The location is great. I did all of the sightseeings just walking around, even the metro to the airport is walking distance. The room was clean with a nice view to a garden. It was cold outside, but the room was warm enough without the heater being turned on. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was able to do an early check-in and I left my suitcase at the reception on the last day, because my flight was in the evening. I very much recommend it, especially to solo female travelers as the sorroundings were very safe.

Our room looked onto the back of the property. A room with a view of the front of the building would have been nice, but it was dark when we arrived so this didn’t really matter.

It is located in the heart of the city, very convenient and close to all shops and restaurants all within walking distance.

Just be aware of that certain rooms have access to the balcony which oversee the main road, and it gets extremely noisy at night and past midnight until very early hours of the following day. Perhaps the rooms in the back don't have this issue, also be aware there's no lift.

The location: super central and close to all the main things in Porto. The price was very honest considering the room and the position. The room was clean and with air conditioning.

The isolation of the room is not very good, especially in the morning when people make noise leaving the house. There are only stairs, and no elevator: it can be annoying if you carry many bags.

I spent one night in Porto. The location of the guest house is great: very central and nice area. The check in was very smooth and the guy at the desk extremely kind and let me check in earlier than the scheduled time. The room was located on the top floor (no elevator) and therefore had a great view. There was no ic, but a ventilator (that I did not use because it was not hot . The temperature outside was not hot as well). The overall stay was very good, especially for the cheap price.

The best of this hotel is the location, it's in the heart of this lovely city. The booked at the last moment, but it's surprised me, the room is clean, cosy, small but has all in it. It's a safe place. From the window could see beautiful city center. I recommend this if you want to live in the center.

The room was clean. We liked the view and private bathroom. The location was excellent for our needs. We liked the spacious twin room.

The front desk person was not welcoming or helpful, but luckily, we didn't require assistance. There were a few sugar ants in our room, but they were not a cause for concern and nor did we say anything to the staff. It was close to cafes for breakfast.

Ethe hotel is perfect for thr price. Super location! Nice stuff. Very big room. Yes it is loud - but you are in thr old town its a busy area and it's thin-walled in old buildings. Not in many European cities you get rooms thar big with a comfy bed. We could leave our luggage on the check out day, which was amazing. I would definitely come back.
