Really cozy and comfortable apartment very well located in the heart of Porto! Very clean and comfortable, in a building with two elevators and easily accessible. Lots of restaurants and cafes in the area and even a couple of places to go for a drink!

It had double glazed windows which drowned out the sound and were great, however, being very close to the nightlife means there were people shouting outside our window and coming in and out of the building throughout the night. The windows thankfully drowned out most of the noise but for sleepers sensitive to noise it can be disruptive. Also, the living room bed was a little uncomfortable due to the quality of the sofa bed. Overall though, it was a great stay and will definitely be back!

Amazing location and an amazing apartment. I don't think the pictures do it justice, there are 2 large bedrooms, a large bathroom and a very decent sized living area, kitchen and utility space. Honestly fantastic value for money. It's a short walk in different directions to key places to visit and more importantly is about a 10 minute walk to Trindade metro station.

The only complaint is the noise you can hear. A few nights I was woken a few times early hours of the morning by loud noises in the street, whether it was cars, people or music, and that was midweek! So, if you're a light sleeper, perhaps take some ear buds. I'm a pretty heavy sleeper myself, but struggled to get back to sleep when woken around 4am a couple of times.

We stayed for one night as a group of four and had a great experience! The location is excellent, the bed was super comfortable, and we were pleasantly surprised by a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. Check-in was really easy, and we could even leave our bags at the nearby reception before the official check-in time, which was super convenient. Everything was great – highly recommend!

Very nice, modern and clean appartment. Equipped with everything you might need for your stay. Our appartment had a balcony as well which was perfect when using washing machine to let the clotes dry. Location was nearly perfect. The check in procedure was just perfect.

I was only missing the dish washer but on the of the day it was not a big deal.

The apartment was spotlessly clean, modern, freshly painted and spacious. The large patio was ideal for outdoor dining and the welcome gift was very much appreciated. The kitchen area was very well equipped and the choice of channels on the TV was particularly impressive! We had a wonderful one night stay. Thank you!

Location, possibility to leave the bags at the receptoon before check-in

The sink was stuck and leaking in the bathroom, which was annoying as the whole space around was always wet, the frying pan was not suitable for the induction hub, so we had to fry eggs in the pot, the balcony was very neglected

The apartment was big and very clean. The owners left as a bottle of wine as a welcome gift and allowed us to do an early check in. Also, on the day of the checkout they allowed us to leave our luggage in a locker room for free. They also replied very fast on all the messages in booking.

Location was perfect to discover Porto. Apartment was clean and big enough for our family. Check-in and check-out was fast and simple. Lots of places to eat/drink in close location. Bus stop in front of the building. Very close to metro station.

Its quite loud at night but this is normal in such location 😀

The location was good, beds comfortable and they have luggage storage. We received a wine, which was a nice gift, unfortunately there was no corkscrew to open it :(

Some issues with cleanliness: I reached for a plate in a cupboard and my hand touched something greasy… I looked and I put my hand in a dirty plate full of food, that someone put it the cupboard. It was so disgusting I couldn’t eat anything from the plates in this apartment anymore. I was in a group of 4 people and we could never all shower in warm water, it was warm only for 2 people and then it started being cold, even though we were always using as little as possible.

Location and value. Easy to find and check in relatively simple if you choose to go directly to the property instead of going to the main office. The main office is a good way away. Luggage storage was a plus.

There's no simple things like coffee or tea so bring your own.
