Close distance to all of the most important landmarks of Porto with nice balcony in the apartment, the communication with the staff was great, the possibility of storing the luggage on the last day was also amazing.

Steep stairs in the apartment, there could be a lift to make the access to the apartment more accessible. Also, the apartment is a bit dark, the lights in the room could be a bit brighter.

This was a good hostel with a very clean and big room. The location is great; just outside is a bus stop and some cafés and restaurants. Perhaps 10 minutes walking from train station. Keys were digital and sent before check in with clear instructions. A big plus from us was the very friendly cleaning staff that helped us store our luggage before check in, and even carried it to our room. Top service!

Not a problem for us but if you do not like heights or bed on a loft, you should closely check the pictures before booking :) The rooms are in a building with no elevator and can be placed on either of the 3 floors.

The apartments were well appointment with thoughtful details. Really loved that the units had sofa beds so we all were able to have our own beds to sleep in. Also having 2 A/C units was great! Location is good and walkable to most things.

Door codes were easy to use except they are starting to wear down so the some numbers were more difficult to input and register. There is a restaurant with seated patrons that overlook into the yard and potentially into some of the units which I found very odd. We kept the blackout curtains closed but still found it very odd to have to enter and exit with people eating and looking down on us.

This was a nice place, very clean, large apartment that was very comfortable and in a great location. If you know Porto, or are a 1st timer, this is a great area if you want to be close to the attractions, restaurants and night life but not have to deal with the noise that comes with all those things as the apartment was quiet.

In all honesty I had some issues.. There was some problems with the internet, there was a power outage (probably not their fault) and they needed to come fix something in the apartment which I don't understand why they didn't do before the check in or after I left. With that said they were very nice, offered me a late check out and were very responsive so I would definitely consider staying again as I am a regular visitor to Porto

The location was amazing and the helpful staff from i loft Porto were great, they're willing to help via WhatsApp or a phonecall. The apartment has everything you need for a city break. The apartment itself was what many MIGHT consider small, but for my needs, as I was planning to be out all day and just come back to freshen up and then go out for the evenings and obviously sleep, it was perfect. There are kitchen facilities, which looked adequate, but as I didn't use them at all, I can't say. The code entrance to the building and the apartment itself was a good idea.

For me, it was great, I liked everything about it.

We spent 3 nights and 4 days of our stay in iloft n°6. Clean, spacious environment that met expectations, punctual and varied breakfast every morning.

The only negative note is the terrible smell in the bathroom! We immediately notified the reception, but nothing changed, no one came to make sure that the situation had changed, or at least offered us an apology, nothing. The smell of sewage was so unpleasant that it was difficult to even take a shower without soaking your hair in bad odor.

Everything was perfect. Clean, modern, large room. Comfortable bad, well equipped kitchen, interesting design. Nice friendly host. Excellent location, close to metro station and the majority of attractions. Supermarket about 5 minutes walk, a plenty of restaurants just nearby.

If you are light sleeper” room with the balcony” isn’t for you, soundproofing is very low! You should better choose another type of room, maybe with garden view. It is extremely noisy street with bars and restaurants working until morning. Even earplugs didn’t help.

Fab location, close to historic quarter and lots of tourist bits but also had a quiet community vibe with plenty of local food outlets.. Quiet apartment and full of light despite its sunken location.. Useful kitchen area

Shower drain was very foul smelling ti the point of overpowering when stepping into shower. The Jack and Jill doors in bathroom was a little disconcerting. Hairdryer in bathroom was broken and had ? previously overheated

The location is fantastic, walking distance to a lot of attractions. The staff were friendly and the room was clean. Really enjoyed the memory foam pillow and firm mattress! Turning on the air-conditioner ahead of our check-in was a really thoughtful touch (especially after a long leg of travel in heat).

It's right below some restaurants, so there is a lot of noise and foot traffic. Towels could use with a refresh - they looked a little old, but they did the job.

We had an excellent stay in this apartment! The location is so perfect, right in the center, close to everything, supermarket, restaurants, stores, etc. within walking distance.The windows are very well insulated, so we were never disturbed by noise from outside. The apartment was also very clean, the cleaning team were so helpful, as were the I Loft Porto staff in general, who regularly checked in via WhatsApp messages. We really loved staying with you, and we'll book the same place next time we come back to Porto. Thank you very much!
