Staff is amazing! Location is perfect and we recommend the stay. Very small and cozy hotel, friendly environment, staff is on your disposal for everything. Just because of the great experience and just feeling so welcomed, we highly recommend you book this hotel.

Only downside is that you can hear your neighbours walking around and maybe the room with the bathtub has no privacy (it’s shower behind the bathtub). If you are more shy it could be a little awkward, but for a couple who is comfortable with each other its okay.

Lovely little hotel conveniently located close to the metro for airport and a short walk to the city centre, main tourism sites and riverside. Good sized room. Great facilities ( I've never seen so many power points in one room ) kettle & coffee machine, fridge. Large comfortable bed. Wonderful modern shower. Ample, tasty, buffet style breakfast. A big shout out to the staff. Friendly and very helpful especially when I had to extend my stay due to illness.

Just be careful stepping out of the shower the floor can be really slippery.

The central location of this hotel is unbeatable. Numerous restaurants within 5-10 min walking distance. Despite the central location, it was quiet inside the hotel. The staff both at the reception, breakfast and cleaning was extremely friendly and helpful. They took good care of us and our little daughter. Breakfast options were good with fresh eggs prepared for us every day. We also used the airport transfer offered by the hotel which was very convenient. Strongly recommended this place!

What a boutique hotel! An old town house, completely renovated, 8 individually equipped and designed guest rooms. A perfect location in Rua do Almada, a one way street which is not really a beautiful street in itself but a place where innovation coexists with tradition. In walking distance to the most important sightseeing spots and restaurants (thanks Bruno for the list!), spacious and comfortable guest room, creative furniture and style, air condition on the spot, a delicious buffet breakfast and the best are the people, working for this property. Extremely friendly, helpful and charming. Thanks Bruno and Martim and the rest of the team! Those five nights were an experience! Thumbs up!

The hotel is lovingly furnished down to the smallest detail, only the coffee machine in the breakfast room is not in keeping with the spirit of the times. We would like to see a more professional coffee machine here. But that's ‘complaining on a high level’!

The location of the hotel is fantastic, short walk to most of the attractions. There are also many nice restaurants very close by. The staff of the hotel was very pleasant, attentive and helpful to any of our needs. The breakfast was really nice with fresh juices, fruit and many other choices of the usual morning menu.

The hotel is located in an old renovated building, so it has its own charm, but also very noisy flooring. The noise of the floor above would be the only complaint, but we would gladly stay again!

Likes: Our room was beautifully decorated, large and unique. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Plenty for breakfast and we enjoyed eggs each morning. Location is superb! Dislikes: Unfortunately we didn't sleep well and would not return because of the noise from the road. Traffic was so loud in the evening / through the night. We also didn't like the mattress protector - uncomfortable, sounded like it was made of plastic.

Overall, it was a great experience. 👍

Beyond my expectations.

The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful in everything. The location is ideal, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore everything nearby. Highly recommended!

While the two available armchairs were very comfortable, the desk in the room would benefit from a more appropriate chair suitable for working. Additionally, the mattress was a bit squeaky,

Lovely hotel. Staff were very friendly and very helpful. Especially the gentleman who checked us in on the Wednesday. Room was lovely. Very big and spacious. Location is perfect. Close to everything but out the way of all the tourists.

Although breakfast was lovely, I think the hotel could look at getting more vegetarian/vegan options. I would also advise anyone booking the rooms on the top floor, the seagulls are very loud all night. We struggled to sleep.
