Really good location, close to most attractions in Porto. The interior of the hotel and rooms were very tastefully furnished, and staff were accommodating. One of the staff, Luis, gave us an overview of the city and provided a wonderful restaurant recommendation for Antunes, which was just a short walk away. Excellent value for money especially for the summer.

My father found the shower a little narrow and kept bumping into the sides, but this wasn’t an issue for my brother and I. We came as a family of 3 adults and found that we needed more drinking water and toiletries in the room than what was provided. Staff remedied this very quickly when requested though.

Perfect location, excellent breakfast with a great variety, very friendly staff, comfortable rooms, coffee and water topped up when requested at the reception. Card entry on the lift is a great security method.

Turim Oporto hotel was a fantastic stay. Room was big with a large 2 seater sofa. Very modern & comfortable. Bathroom is near perfect cos the shower area is a little tight, but totally not an issue. Else there was plenty of sink top space to place toiletries. Requested for a room with city view and it overlooked the city hall. Really nice! Location is tops too. Just 5 min walk to Via Caterina. The area has a very interesting Mercado selling fruits, all sorts of olive oil n other local cooking sauces etc. Good Restaurants on upper floor. The popular Manteigaria Portuguese tarts store just next block too. Since we bought the Andante transport card, it was very easy to connect to places from the nearby metro station and many bus stops near hotel. There’s also a supermarket n cafe right beside the hotel.

Check in was excellent. Luis Ferraz was especially helpful, taking time to show us on the map how to get to interesting and less known tourist attractions in the local area. Location was good - not far from the historic centre- we walked there via the cathedral and it was easy to get to from main oriente train station. Nice to have trees and open space in the square just outside the hotel. The bed was the most comfortable of all we experienced on our stay in Portugal.

Maybe a few more hangers. We were only there for one night, so it was fine for us, but would have been more of a problem for a longer stay.

Located in the heart of Porto. A 5 min walk from the train station. All the sights within a 10 min walk. Really excellent service provided by the staff.

Overall had a really positive experience.

The room was absolutely stunning and very clean and quite spacious! Cute little amenities, amazing shower and comfy bed! Perfect located as well 👌🏼

The pillows weren't the best I suppose quite low and too soft, me and friend are used to pillows a bit higher and bit more firm, I wasn't particularly impressed with the reception staff reaction when I ask if they had different pillows and their face felt like I ask something completely absurd and made me feel quite stupid to be honest! But hey besides that everything else was great 👍

Location is near the main Metro crossing station. Staff in friendly. There is a excellent breakfast in the lower floor. Rooms are big enough. There is a bar in the lobby. Beds are confortable and are not noisy.

Bathroom has glass door so using in at night you can be a little noisy and light up the beedroom. But is not much of a problem.
