Very recommend 👍 Excellent, big, very functional apartment with 2 bedrooms on 3rd floor. Clean, you have all you need in kitchen. Separate room for washmasine and drying. Outside of windows there are blinds that protect from light in night. Air heater for cold times. By metro station. Besides canteen that works from 7. Nice breakfast room. Breakfast simple, but nice start for busy day 😊 Fruits, wonderful healthy grain bread and coffee ☕

Would be nice to have hot towel dryers, as we were in november. And soap in kitchen 😊 One day no bacon 🥓 in breakfast 🤔 With it would be 🔟.

Location was great. Walking distance to all Porto attractions even over to Gaia. Easy check in. Andrea was so helpful in luggage storage because we arrived 2hrs prior checkin. She was polite , friendly and definitely gave us the best impression to start of with of the Spot Team. The apartment was thoroughly mopped and cleaned before we check in with towels n toiletress all topped up for our 5days stay. Aircon and washing machine was working well (no laundry wash provided). The apartment was well spaced for the family . Breakfast provided was very good. The mattresses a little too soft and may need replacement for weak back guests. Overall we will definitely opt to stay at Spot when we are back to Porto again. Well done Spot team.

Spot Apartments were just across the road from Trindade metro station around 25mins from the airport. The lifts up to the room were tiny. The room we booked was spacious with a washing machine but no dryer. There was no room service but there were ample supplies for a couple of days. We had room facing inside which was nice and quiet. The kitchen was clean and functionable. Large fridge and freezer for self catering. Basic filter coffee maker with no coffee/tea/sugar/water supplied. There was a complimentary bottle of wine though. Responsive communication from the property staff. The shower tap was broken which was not fixed before we left. Location was great for us and we could walk down to Ribera or take the metro. Lots of cafes nearby and a couple of supermarkets for self-catering. You could leave the luggage before check in or after checking out as well.

I was there with my friends for only one night, but we all enjoyed our stay a lot! The staff is kind and helpful. The apartment was incredibly clean, modern and spacious, we really fell in love with it. Inside, you can find anything you need, there are towels, toiletries, fully equipped kitchen. Welcome gift - wine - was a cherry on top. The beds are very comfy and overall, it is quite warm in the apartment. The breakfast was really good as well and delicious. The reception let us leave our luggage after check-out so we could walk some more without unnecessary bags. In conclusion, we liked everything and there are really no negatives. It was definitely worth the money, and located pretty much in the centre, with metro station in front of the building. Next time I come to Porto, I would gladly stay here again :)

Two bedroom property facing courtyard 5th floor. Clean, spacious, large bathroom, plenty of towels and hot water. Neat kitchen with cooker hob and large fridge. We did not bother with cooking as only there for two nights but great for breakfast. Supermarket close by. Fantastic location as two minutes walk from Trindade station which is the station you arrive at from the airport. Plenty of buses and metro line from here to explore the city from. As Porto is hilly from apartment to river front and Ribeiro area it was mainly downhill and then we would get the bus back to Trindade to avoid uphill walk. 10 minute walk to Mercado do Bilbao ( the local market) which you must visit ) and local cafes and restaurants and Capella das Alamas a beautiful church covered in tiles. Also next to Market is Manteigaria a bakery specialising in Pasteis de Nata. 10 minute walk to Livraria Lello a beautiful bookshop and Clerigos tower and church. Staff at the hotel friendly. Initially we were given a city facing apartment but as I had originally requested a courtyard facing room ( previous reviews suggested they were quieter ) they quickly changed the room for us. Lifts to various floors. As we had stayed there it was also free to store our bags with reception after checkout while we did some sightseeing on the last day. You can also leave your bags with them if you do not stay there but there is a charge.

The air conditioners in the apartment did not work to use as heating as it was a bit chilly late at night as we were there in Dec. Informed staff who came immediately to check but I did not expect them to be able to fix straight away and as we were there for only two nights it was manageable. We used extra duvets found in the cupboards to sleep with. I found the bed a bit hard to sleep on but my cousin said it was fine for her.

Excellent location, just in front of exit from metro station Trindade and just couple of minutes of walk from city center. It is spacious apartment, fully equipped, so if you want to cook for yourself - it is highly possible, including nice supermarket just 50m away. Our apartment was spacious, 2 bedrooms + living room with sofa (very comfortable to sleep). There are a lot wardrobes + additional small room (with washing machine). Very friendly staff, clean room, everything was setup according to our wishes. Good value for this price. Highly recommended- very strong 9.

Due to location, for some might a bit noisy (sound of streets) in the night. We have booked room with breakfast - which was really OK - it was not 4-star hotel experience, but was good. One thing to improve for the breakfast - please :) improve quality of your coffee :).

Apartments are located in front of metro station Trindade, traffic around and can get noisy also during the night. But the location excellent to get around, on foot and by transport. Apartment well equipped. Metro and bus very close -go directly to the airport. Breakfast basic but good choice, we very much appreciated the take away breakfast they prepared for us the day before our very early departure.

The noise from the street but after the long walks we just slept ;)

This is spacious 2-bedroom apartment with large bathroom. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Apartment is accessible by elevator. Check in and out went smoothly. Host provided plenty of towels. There is washing machine, electric heaters etc - everything you might need. Host even provided me with a bottle of Portuguese wine, a very nice surprise. Location is very convenient getting to and from airport and to and from city center.

Kitchen knife urgently needs sharpening - it was impossible to cut anything with it. It is not really the most quiet place, and windows does not block the noise very well. Small balcony might be a bonus.

The 2 bedroom t-2 apartment was spacious, clean and fully equipped with full cooking equipment if wanted. Inc washing machine. Only advice is to have dressing table/ mirror in the bedrooms. Too much cupboards. Excellent location opposite Trinidad metro

Reception for luggage and lounge area collection could stay open little longer thsn 5:30pm
