The apartment is just a few meters away from the town hall, Bolhão market and the main city attractions. Just around the corner there is a big supermarket and a metro station from where you can go to the beach or to the airport. The apartment is light, clean, stylish and comfortable, the kitchen is very well equipped. The cleaning service is offered every day. The host Tiago is a very caring host, who was always available and not only gave me the best recommendations about the jewels of the city, but also took a personal care of me when I got sick during my stay. He came personally to organise my hospital stay, as I don’t speak Portuguese and have no idea about the local health system. He is not just a perfect host, but also a truly good person. Absolutely nothing, everything was perfect.

We had the most incredible stay at Look at Me, and it was truly made unforgettable thanks to the exceptional hospitality of Filipe, the owner, and Tiago. We landed right in the middle of the April blackout, with no internet or cell connection, and they went above and beyond to make sure we were okay. They somehow managed to reach us, welcomed us with warmth, and even took care of food and beverages so we’d feel at home from the very first moment. It was such a rare and genuine gesture of care — something you don’t experience often. The apartment itself is amazing — spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, super comfortable, with a fantastic shower and all the amenities you could need. And the location? Absolutely perfect — central, vibrant, and close to everything. We had a wonderful time and truly appreciated every detail. We’ll definitely be back — highly recommended!

Wonderful apartment and really convenient location, within walking distance of everything and if very tired the taxis are very economic. The apartment itself is incredibly thought out, from the easy self check in to the very last detail. There is everything you could possibly need, comfortable bed, lovely shower and all very clean (with a daily cleaning service). There is a supermarket just below. The apartment is extremely quiet, you cannot hear outside noise; consider that all buildings are made of wood therefore some noise from guests above might be heard, but if you are an extremely light sleeper you can use ear plugs. Overall 5 stars.

This is a beautifully renovated old building, just a few meters away from the metro station and the city center but yet far enough to be quiet. The room is very pretty, decorated with lovely colours and was cleaned every day. It's equipped with more than you'd think: for example, the brand new Nespresso coffee machine was nice to have, but finding an actual Dyson hairdryer was a real treat. The host, Tiago was very helpful and welcoming, provided me with a lot of tips and recommendations (and even helped with my luggage). Breakfast includes a huge variety of foodstuff, you'll surely find something to your liking - and actually it's a lot of food, I barely needed to buy any other groceries. The backyard is occasionally visited by cute neighbourhood cats.

Accommodation and service provided before arrival, upon arrival, and during our stay were absolutely exceptional and exceeded our expectations. A week before our arrival, Mr. Tiago, our host, contacted me via WhatsApp with detailed information and offered an airport transfer. We did not use the transfer service, but he advised us on the best public transportation options to reach the apartment. This accommodation does not have a permanent reception, yet our host was very flexible in accommodating our change in check-in time due to a flight delay. He provided us with a detailed city map, clearly marking historical sites, places with beautiful views, recommendations for bars, cafes, markets, and restaurants, and gave us additional explanations. He also helped us with our luggage, which we greatly appreciated as it is not always a given. The accommodation itself was comfortable and very clean, with daily housekeeping, ensuring we returned to a pleasant and clean environment after exploring Porto. We also ordered breakfasts, and the service impressed us. We received two large bags full of fruits, milk, juices, cheeses, cold cuts, cereals, pastries, and much more, including sardines. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed, including a functioning coffee machine. After long, beautiful days spent exploring Porto, we returned to a lovely and cozy accommodation. We appreciated the possibility of checking out at 11 am and once again the offer to help with our luggage. Porto was amazing, and the service we received at Look At Me Serviced Lofts & Studios enhanced our enthusiasm even more. Thank you to our host Tiago and his team for the excellent care.

Everything was great. We have nothing to complain about.

The facility was cosy and spacious and accommodated our family of 4 comfortably. My 2 teens enjoyed the loft area. The kitchen was compact but was well equpped so we managed to prepare some meals there. After some orientation, the facility is within walking distance to various attractions. Host Tiago was very helpful and responsive to our questions (incl for directions/where to visit in Porto). Big and small requests, even after office hours. A toilet flush issue (likely 1 off) and a request for shower caps were quickly addressed. We appreciate his assistance.

We suggest that on the website, some directions and an idea of how to best reach the premises from the train station be given. It is not quite walkable for esp young families unless one is travelling very light. But a private hire car is ok - under €7.

Superb location to get to metro, restaurants, Bolhão and other key locations as meeting points for tours. Nothing further than 15 minutes walk. Most within 5! Clean, secure, modern and tastefully decorated accommodation which had nice touches throughout. Generous breakfast supplies, a coffee maker, full set of kitchen utensils, plenty of storage space and everything needed to make proper meals even though we usually ate out. The windows had excellent blinds to block out all light. The bathroom and kitchen have excellent extraction and ventilation so no issues with damp or smells in the open plan layout.

We arrived late at the airport and used the local tram to city center. The tram started at airport and directly passed the apartment in 3min walking distance. The location is exceptional. Its a quite place in 7mins walking distance to main city center. Everything in the inner city center can be walked from the apartment. Stores and restaurants are near by. The host prepared a map and some notes for the "must sees" in Porto. We followed basically all of them - it was a great fit. Whenever we will be in Porto again, that will be our place.

Even though we had a code to get into our room, Tiago waited for us to welcome us and tell us about some local attractions that might be of interest to us as a family. On vocating the property, we had an early flight but Tiago was on hand to assist with our luggages and ensure we had a pleasant night sleep. Hospitality at the property was top notch. From the housekeeping to management everything about this property is more than we could have hoped for. We had an amazing stay!

Amenities and Service: The host was very helpful with everything we needed and served a well-prepared breakfast with fresh groceries, which we were able to enjoy throughout our stay. The rooms are clean, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped, providing a comfortable environment. Additionally, there’s a lovely garden and a laundry room, with everything well-maintained in both the rooms and the building. Overall, it was a very convenient and pleasant experience.
