I was the first customer of this wonderful hotel. The reception was more than wonderful. The hotel staff were very friendly. The hotel manager received us with a great welcome and offered us a wellcome drink. The receptionist himself transported the bags upstairs. The rooms were very wonderful and the decor was very luxurious and... The mattresses are very comfortable, the window and door are soundproof, the food is very delicious and the drinks are delicious beyond description. If you want to feel very luxurious, I recommend this hotel. I would like to thank the Vincci Bonjardim Hotel and all those responsible for it. I will return soon to stay in this wonderful hotel, which made my stay in Porto very wonderful and exceptional.

Rooftop area, room facilities, styling, good breakfast options, but extremely busy at all times.

No hot breakfast options, eating cold bacon and eggs not the best. Location good, but street not the best, groups hanging around, boarded up shops and graffiti. Wouldn't want to walk on the street late at night.

We stayed in Porto for three nights and, from the moment we arrived, felt warmly welcomed. The staff were extremely professional, providing us with detailed information about the city, offering excellent recommendations, and even greeting us with a welcome drink—a gesture we truly appreciated. The room was impeccable: spacious, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The shower’s water pressure was excellent, which made our stay even more comfortable. Additionally, the housekeeping team did an exceptional job, ensuring everything was maintained to perfection. Regarding the hotel’s location, it is extremely convenient, being close to the metro station and offering easy access to all the tourist attractions. It’s also worth noting that the area is quiet and safe, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Overall, a highly recommended experience—we would return without hesitation!

The place is amazing. The front desk is helpful and very welcoming, the breakfast is super delicious, it’s either buffet or a smaller buffet and a menu. The rooms are convenient, and they even offer several different types of pillows! It was also quite warm in the room despite the winter time. I was hesitating when I read about the location, but in fact it is close to everything. The historical center is 15 min walk, but it is just 3 min to the main shopping street and to the Bolhao market. The view from rooftop restaurant was amazing, and even though the pool wass closed, I could still chill by the pool on a sunny day.

A very convenient location, right around the corner from Trindade metro station and in walking distance to all the parts of the city you could want to see! The staff were extremely welcoming and happy to help with anything. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The hotel also seems very new and the showers in particular in the bathroom was great!

You can hear the rooms surrounding you, not majorly but still annoying at times. Also if you're located in certain rooms on the ground floor you're right opposite the dining area so have to remember to keep the curtains closed or people can see directly into the room.

The Hotel is beautiful, very modern and very well-maintained. Loved the little welcome bubbly :) The room was very clean; every time we left the clean room tag outside, we returned to a sparkling clean room. The reception staff was very friendly and warm and took care of every little request. We checked in on my hubby's birthday and they gave us some great suggestions for places to eat at. Hotel is walking distance from a metro station, right outside is a grocery store, an excellent cafe & Bar called Wilson and a Chinese restaurant right next to it. The rooftop bar has sweeping city views and a beautiful bar & restaurant. We are so glad we took the breakfast offer for the entire period of our stay because the breakfast buffet is EXCELLENT, you can get omelettes made to order, they always have scrambled eggs and all elements on an English breakfast, fresh bread, delicious yoghurt bows, fresh fruit, yummy baked items YES Pastel de natas daily, superb healthy vegetables and salads too. The Nespresso machine is brilliant and they have a milk frother, also 2 types of cold brew coffees, and a mimosa corner if that's what you want too! What more can you ask for at that price? :) We walked from our hotel to most of the major attractions like Sao Bento Railway station & Time Out Porto, Clerigos Tower and the church, Carma Church, the Buzzing Santa Catarina area, and the exceptional Bolhoa market. There are several good cafes & restaurants serving authentic Portuguese food within a 5-6 min walk from the hotel, we loved Tabera do Doutor (table reservation needed) & Sai Cao. As some of the reviews mention, you can hear people from the adjoining room especially if they are very loud but this did not bother us, also the road right outside the Metro station and a small part of the road near the other big hotel around the corner have a few sketchy characters.

The location is unbeatable, right next to the Trindade metro station, which makes it incredibly convenient to reach from the airport and explore the city's suburbs. Several key attractions are within walking distance, including the Mercado do Bolhão, the Capela das Almas de Santa Catarina, and the Bolhão shopping area. The rooms were modern and spacious, featuring comfortable king-size beds. Housekeeping did an outstanding job—everything was spotless and well-maintained throughout our stay.

The biggest downside was the poor soundproofing in the rooms. We could hear (and be heard by) neighboring rooms, from phone rings to alarm clocks, TVs, and even conversations. It felt like there was little to no privacy, which made us overly conscious about our own noise levels and how we behaved.

My husband and I loved 😍 our stay ar Vincci Bonjardim. The room was comfortable and extremely clean, the roof top bar and restaurant were very handy and food was good too. However I must emphasise that the staff in this hotel were a dream come true. From day one reception and concierge gave us a warm welcome and were always there to assist. The staff in the restaurant at roof top level were very accommodating, special reference to Maria,, the Italian young hostess who spoke many languages Then came the cherry on the cake a lavish breakfast with a great choice of items, something you must wake up for and not miss out on the fresh baked bread, pastries, cheeses, eggs, bacon etc etc etc. We were in very good hands with the amazing Camile at the helm of the morning routine, her warm smile and friendly attitude made our day ! Thank you to everyone who made our holiday a comfortable and relaxed stay. PS I nearly forgot to say that Besides all the bus routes surrounding our hotel, the city Metro is literally at the foot of the street where the hotel is situated. 🙏

We lived everything about this hotel, all was top notch

It's a perfect little hotel, very clean and comfortable. The staff is extra friendly and helpful. Our double room was very spacious, nice and spotless clean. The breakfast is very nice, and there is quite a rare option of choosing between various types of coffee, including cold brew and chemex. On the last day we had to leave before breakfast and were given such breakfast boxes that we could hold on them almost till the evening! We came from Sweden, and there were even some nice words in Swedish on our breakfast boxes! We were touched and impressed. It was also my birthday, and a bottle of sparkling wine and a birthday cake were waiting for me as a compliment in my room. The location is great, in quite a vibrant area and literally 2 minutes from one of the central metro stations (30 min to the airport by metro), but in a quiet side-street, with most windows facing the quiet inner yard. There is a cool rooftop bar with a magnificent view and a swimming pool (which we unfortunately didn't use as it was winter). The only thing which makes me give 9 points instead of 10 is very thin walls, everything that is going on in the lobby or the nearest rooms is very well heard. Otherwise it's a great quality hotel with a local touch and cosy feeling to it.

Poor sound protection.

Breakfast was excellent. Lots of variety to suit our tastes each day and was regularly replenished. Staff were very helpful and genuinely interested in our daily plans and would offer advice if asked. The hotel is a 15 to 20 min walk down hill to the Douro River and the hustle of the city. The walk back up may not be suitable for everyone. We found the hotel location to our liking as we were far enough away from the noise, hustle and bustle of the river front area. The hotel's Rooftop Bar / Restaurant / Pool Area was like an oasis within the city.

I'm not sure that I can find fault with the hotel, the cleanliness of the rooms or the friendliness of the staff. We experienced a great holiday whilst there.
