Very good selection for breakfast, for example freshly made juices, a variety of fresh fruits/fruit salad, milks (lactose free, almond, soya, cow). Plus there were different cereals, bread rolls (including a toaster for sliced bread), pastries/cakes/pancakes, jams and honey as well as different teas and coffees available. However, being a vegetarian I would like to suggest more variety for vegetarians and vegans, for example sardines, vegetarian sausage or burgers, vegetable tortilla etc. The chefs were keen to hear my feedback on what more they could do to supply a variety of dishes for vegetarians. The next morning for breakfast they made a lovely mixed vegetable tortilla with herbs! The location of the hotel for me was perfect - it was good enough to be near the centre to get to various locations on foot.
It rained heavily a couple of times during my stay, it would have been good if the hotel had somewhere to dry clothes. It would have been nice to have been able to watch films on Netflix (if you didn't have a Netflix account or YouTube you were unable to watch films).

The hotel is located in about 10 mins in walking distance from local eateries and shops. The hotel is clean, the beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are spacious.
The rooms are small, limited wardrobe space to unpack belongings. A complimentary bottle of water is only given on the first night, which is disappointing for a 4* hotel. Breakfast included is very basic, toast, fruit, lots of pastries, cereals, and some fried eggs / scrambled eggs, beans, and bacon. The rooftop bar is just a terrace with few tables and chairs, no actual bar. The rooms do not have irons. Instead, you need to collect a handheld steamer from reception. You have to sign an agreement that you will return it in an hour and you liable to pay the cost of €50 if it is returned damaged.

The property is very clean and the hotel is well located very calm area but close to the center just walking distance. The breakfast was good as well, I enjoyed I would simply recommend to have natural juices and to have more variety of juices.
There isn't much that I didn't like about the property the only thing is the heater is high and the rooms are too warm for me but I told the reception to turn it off and they did so that was good. Another thing I would like to suggest is that during my stay the cleaning was so good, but the last night I was staying there (I stayed 5nights), my room wasn't cleaned properly like before...

Great little hotel, clean modern rooms, Nespresso coffee in the room, brilliant breakfast a little different every day, with freshly squeezed juice! Little roof terrace. Staff friendly and good English. About 30min walk to river but right next to Trinidade metro, perfect for river and airport
Air con in room was a bit weird, couldn’t seem to get temperature right. Bit of traffic noise from road if you’re sensitive to that (but not really hotel’s fault, rooms have good sound proofing). Could make more of roof terrace - pool?!

The hotel is located close to the city center. It is 15 min walk to the City Hall. The rooms were clean, they did housekeeping every day. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast is a little expensive, but it has many options (fruit, egg, cheese, fruit juice, croissant). There is a patisserie next to the hotel where you can have breakfast, which is much more economic.
The breakfast could be cheaper and they can put water according to the number of people staying in the room.

The property was great - very comfy and clean rooms and location was perfect as close to city center and metro stop. Unfortunately the last day sort of ruined the lovely stay due to the power outage but the reception was so kind to offer me some food in the evening as I had no cash and hadn’t eaten all day. I was so grateful for their kind gesture as it was quite a stressful day considering I was travelling alone but thankfully the staff was very kind and I really appreciated their help.
Everything was perfect.

Great facilities and super friendly and polite staff, brand new and super clean, nice rooftop to have a drink and good breakfast, recommend it.
The hotel is a bit too far from the river uphill, not that i disliked it but this might be a issue for the ones who rather be around the water. The AC system have a system which limits the usage for about 10-20 minutes which is a bit annoying so gotta constantly get up to turn it on,but still not sure how it works as sometimes kept on but other times kept stoping.

The hotel is in a very quiet area, without noise at night. Very close to the tourist attractions on foot, but also with quick access to public transport. The staff is exceptionally kind and friendly. Very good continental breakfast, served until 11 o'clock. Very clean. The spacious room, modernly furnished, equipped with everything you need, including an expresso. The hotel has 2 modern elevators. The terrace on the roof is very nicely arranged with a bar restaurant and the view over the city is splendid
Everythig was lovely..

Nice, modern and calm hotel. The reception and staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Short walk from Trindade station, with easy journey to the airport and other areas of the city. Bus stop route right outside the hotel runs every 15 mins and takes you to Serralves Park and Foz. Short, easy walk down in to the main Porto centre. Good value for money and gives you all the essentials you need for a city break. Rooftop space is a nice touch.
The street that the hotel is on looks a little off the beaten track on first impressions, but we found the neighbourhood to be safe when walking around late at night. No milk provided in the room which made the coffee and tea facilities unusable. The cleaning service isn't great, as the bedding and all towels had a really overpowering chemical laundry smell. We also had one of the cleaning team walk straight into our room without knocking.

The room (107) was very comfortable and kept immaculately clean. It was at the front of the hotel on the first floor, and had a small balcony which was an unexpected bonus. Everything in the room had a feeling of being new and modern. Staff were friendly and very professional. Breakfast was good, with the usual choices I have come to expect on the continent. Hotel is a very short walk to the tram station, which gave easy access to the city centre stops, and also the airport. Overall I was very happy with my choice, and if I ever return to Porto I would not hesitate to stay here again.
Rained every day whilst I was there! If I had to give a very minor negative comment it would be that there did not seem to be any means of keeping the hot breakfast items warm. So unless you got to them as soon as possible after they came from the kitchen, they soon went cold. I minor niggle which the hotel could easily correct.
