The flat is spacious, we had 2 rooms and 2 separate bathrooms. There were all the kitchen amenities, comfortable beds, good linen and even a bowl for the dog. The staff is invisible, but always online. We couldn’t use the terrace because of the rain, but it’s also quite big. For those who come in summer: there are 3 new air conditioners.

It’s not a shortcoming taking into consideration that it’s an ordinary thing in Porto, but you should understand that there is no elevator in the building and there are 3 floors. There are also steps in the flat, so that one room is upstairs. Elderly people may find it inconvenient. Also the sound isolation is weak, because it’s an old building. However, it’s totally resaturated and there are no bad smells and other problems common for old constructions.

We stayed in the top floor split level rear apartment. The roof terrace to the top floor ensuite bedroom was nice. The apartment was spotless. The agents were so communicative you could not fault them. Nothing is too much trouble. Very comfortable beds, lovely kitchen/lounge area. The washing machine was a great extra. Really pleased with our choice. Walking distance to central Porto, the old parts, around 20/30 mins, through pedestrianised shopping areas. Lots of things to see nearby, including churches and the covered market. Lots of grocery stores around for essentials. Airy and comfortable with the windows open, and air-conditioning for all rooms which was very effective when needed/windows closed. The agents have a safe storage locker area for early arrivals and late departures. This was extremely helpful on our last day when we stored luggage after check out and came back to catch our taxi to the airport for a late flight home. Not many apartments have this choice - it was so good to have - thank you! The agents offered to schedule a clean whilst we were there. Again, super spotless and included in the stay. Note that the agent office is about a 6 minute walk from the apartment, so best get dropped there if you are too early to check in. They were able to confirm by whatsapp that our apartment was ready when we were waiting in the arrivals hall for passport control so we went straight to the flat with all info for getting in. A seamless and exceptionally well organised company. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

There was a noise upstairs in the afternoon like a very loud fan. Not sure if this was an extractor or aircon system from places below. We were out or downstairs most of the time and it didn't appear in the morning or evening so it didn't bother us - we just wondered what it was. I suppose an umbrella could have worked on the roof top table for shade, but we sat in the sun and didn't ask if there was one because we didn't feel the need for it. There is a garden terrace accessible from the downstairs hallway, but it is not maintained and has no outdoor furniture, so we didn't use it.

Loved the unit. Had everything we needed and it was so well laid out. Our favourite was the outdoor patio; so very unique and relaxing. Must mention the 24/7 reception service available with luggage storage. Amazing service and hospitality from everyone we dealt with!!!

We had the main floor unit and we could hear the walking above us and squeaking of bed or floor above. Would not have been an issue except those guests came and went during very late hours and early morning.

The apartment/hotel is a bit outside the city centre but close enough to walk to the pedestrian shopping street area. The suite we had was on the top floor so we had lots of exercise over the last 10 days. The unit itself was pleasant and cleaning was thorough and reliable. The what's ap communication was helpful when we had a question or request. If you are physically fit this is great place. If you have any problems with ambulation you will need to find accommodation with an elevator. Overall we had a great stay.

This was a great place to stay for a digital nomad. I stayed for 4 days and it was nice having a kitchen and laundry, as well as a desk space. There are several YOUROPO locations throughout Porto and this one is at the top of the main shopping/walking street (Rua de Santa Catarina). It's near two metro stops and close to the Bolhao food market. It was nice being able to contact YOUROPO with any issues and they also provide cleaning services if needed.

Unfortunately there was a strong smoke smell in the apartment when I arrived, and a mildew smell in the back bedroom. I would suggest a dehumidifier or air purifier. This location was convenient to walk/public transit, but was next to two late-night cafes that often had men congregating outside. As a solo female traveler this made me a bit nervous as I had to stand outside to enter the door key.

The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with a fully equipped kitchen. It’s a great option for two travelers, within walking distance of the historic center. The staff was available 24/7 via WhatsApp, which was very convenient. This hotel is also a good choice for late arrivals, as long as you inform them in advance about your estimated check-in time.

The only downside was the noisy upstairs neighbors – every step was clearly heard due to the creaky floor.

Bright, modern and neat as a pin. Comfy bed and great sized fridge. Location was easy walking distance from everywhere a tourist could want to go. The absolute smoothest check-in and check-out possible, due to the efforts of Hugo and Luz. Fantastic shutters to totally block out the sound and light from the street for you fellow light sleepers.

A bit of noise comes in from the stairs and upper floors, and the water pressure can suffer if your neighbours shower at the same time.

The staff/receptionists are proficient in their command of English and they are quite fast in replying your queries. Very impressive and prompt interaction from them. Well done guys and girls! I was almost late because the uber drivers need to take 20-25min to arrive. I called the recept and they are able to get a taxi for us in 5-10min and I am able to reach the bus terminal for my bus just in time! Very helpful! So thankful to them!

The sound proofing of the rooms can be much better though.

We like the location and we like the apartment. It’s nicely done and kept. It’s clean, they provide some kitchen equipment to get by if you want to cook, plenty of towels. It’s a nice touch to have coffee and tea, there’s also sugar, olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. It’s a nice bright space. We have stayed at YourOpo Cozy several times and it’s been our favourite when we go to Porto. The staff has always been very nice. Luz was very good in communicating with us and answering questions. Luz made sure to contact me a few days before our stay and inform me of what was needed as well passing on information for our stay. In general I have found the staff friendly and helpful, they are always on top of things and easily accessible.

Not much to not like. Could use a few more pegs in the bathrooms to hang towels. Some of the apartments dont have a full mirror and that would be nice. The sofa could be a bit more comfy. It would be nice to gave a 2nd set of keys when sharing a 2 bedroom flat with other couple/family members, so in case if we do separate activities.

My second time I staying here and I chose to return because I had such a great experience. The company is amazing, they go above and beyond to accommodate their guests. The property itself and apartment are exceptional in every way. Exactly as it looks in the picture. Clean, spacious, well equipped and maintained with nice tall ceilings. Also excellent value for the price.
