The location was very close to the downtown. The host was super helpful!!

The light by the balcony where my mom slept on the couch was very bright. The location was pretty loud given it’s location.

The location is perfect. The apartment is large enough for 4 people. I loved having a smart TV. We also got a lovely welcome gift. I would definitely recommend staying there.

There was some noise coming from the bathroom for a few seconds from time to time during the night. The sound was like an open tap.

Brilliant location - all of the City's tourist attractions within walking distance, and very close to the metro for access to the wider city (beaches etc..) The Balhao Market just round the corner from the apartment was good fun and a must visit and you could walk to the river in half an hour tops. Guys running the management company were very friendly and helpful, for example allowing us to leave our bags in the office for a short whole when we arrived, pointing us to a great local cafe for breakfast etc.. We had a small problem with a blind that wouldn't shut which they sorted the same day and because we stayed more than one week they volunteered a clean of the apartment and change of bedding etc. that we didn't expect but were very grateful for. The apartment itself did the job for a family of 4 (including 2 grown up-ish kids.) Despite great location, it was nice and quiet and didn't get disturbed by noise at all The City itself is great - lots to do and see, nice vibe and pretty good value. There's all the tourist attraction of the City plus easy access to beaches through good public transport system.

Apartment was great big enough for our needs and and provided everything we wanted, however, don't expect luxury (but that said, neither did we pay for luxury) If I was looking hard to criticise, I'd say that some more instructions on the equipment in the flat would have been nice but, to be fair, we worked most of it out. Porto as a City is a little scruffier than I was expecting but maybe if you stayed nearer the river in the midst of all the tourist sites you would have had a different opinion. However, I wouldn't bother - the area this apartment is in is a great location and so much better value. You should be aware that they are currently building a new metro line in the City Centre so there's a fair bit of building work with associated hoardings etc. going on

The apartment is pretty! There were cookies and wine served in our room, which made me feel very warm. The staff replied my messages very fast.

The apartment door cannot be opened with the code I got from the landlord at the first time, so I used the real key to enter the room with the landlord’s instruction. (But after I used the real key to open the door, the electronic lock worked. I still couldn’t figure out the reason).

We liked everything: location, comfort level, access to it. The top floor terrace is wonderful!

Nothing really! We liked everything! The only small thing was a broken handle in the bathroom near the bath tub. For some people it could be difficult to get out of it, so it is better to fix it. But for three of us it wasn’t a problem at all.

Plenty of space . Kitchen facilities excellent . The hosts left a bottle of wine and snacks to welcome us. The Rooftop terrace was brilliant . It was centrally located in a quiet neighbourhood. Good restaurants nearby. We were also able to leave our luggage at the offices nearby as we had a late flight going home which was great.

It was up a steep hill but that didnt bother us but may do if you have mobility issues.

This apartment was in a great location, the center and the river are within 5-15 minutes walking. The space is comfortable, clean, and spacious. The bedroom has black-out blinds which worked very well, even for a sensitive sleeper. The kitchen is well equipped and having a washing machine was also very convenient. The wifi connection is great, also for working online with video calls, and the additional Coworking space on the terrace is also nice. The staff was very communicative and friendly. Lovely stay and would gladly stay here again!

One very small thing, it would be helpful to have a drying rack to dry clothes. Everything else was perfect!

Central location, close to Santa Catarina/ the markets (although next time I would stay somewhere in between Ribeira and Bolhao). Sufficient space for 4 people and terrace was nice for a beer or two (although note the umbrella/parasol was broken)
